- Enter the Redmi K80.
And this is the preview
of the POCO F7 Pro.
Don't tell them I told you.
This device is so powerful,
it has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
It has an OLED display
with Corning Gorilla Glass
7i protection.
It has 50MP camera
which can let you shoot
up to 8K video.
It has 6,550mAh
of silicone carbon battery
supporting up to 90W
of fast charge.
More details
after this quick intro.
(introduction music)
So this Redmi K80
that has 12GB of RAM
and 256GB of storage
is currently selling
at around Php24,000
which I'll link
on the description box below
where you can buy it.
Now let's talk
about its design.
We can see its back
is really nice,
it's shiny which you can see
it's two-toned here.
What it has on the top
is a plain color
and on the bottom,
it has a pattern
when it's lighted up.
So one thing I noticed
is that it's shiny
and it attracts
a lot of fingerprints
which is quite the downside
on this phone.
But if you'll put a case
and you wipe it often,
it's just simply okay.
This is what its camera bump
looks like which I think
I like the design
of the Redmi K70 last year.
So we can see it has
antenna bands here
which means this is
a metal frame.
And we can see its bezels
are quite thin
so it's really looking nice.
Its screen is flat,
by the way.
One thing you can tweak here
is it has a Xiaomi HyperAI.
Now this is a personal assistant
that you can use
and it's like Gemini.
So this is the just
the Xiaomi version of AI.
And this phone
is being packed together
with a really powerful processor—
Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
which is just one step behind
the 8 Elite.
And the score I got here
is good, near 2 million points
at 1.94 million.
And this is the breakdown score.
Its loop score is 3,900
and 90% of stability
on Wild Life Extreme.
Its thermals are not that good
and it throttled
to 68% of its best performance.
And this is the score that I got
on Geekbench
on its CPU benchmarking.
Now let's talk about its battery
at 6,550mAh
that's silicone carbon
which is probably one
of the biggest...
not the biggest,
maybe others have 7,000mAh,
but for me, 6,550mAh
is already big.
And one thing to notice
is this is around 205 grams
which is a little bit heavy,
not super lightweight,
but you have to appreciate
the size of the battery.
And another thing you'll like here
is it supports 90W
of fast charging as well.
And did you know guys,
this battery is durable.
When I put this under
the PCMark battery stress test,
and actually personally using
this device,
this phone's battery
lasts a long time.
I think it can last up
to two days without charging
due to the size of its battery.
Maybe it's not two days,
it's an exaggeration
but if you're just
using it normally,
it can approximately last
two days.
And it gave me
a 22 hours of screen-on time
on its PCMark battery stress test.
I tested this
under 50% brightness
and 60Hz of screen refresh rate.
I would really tell you
that I love the battery performance
of this phone.
Now in case you're still not
satisfied with this battery
and you're travelling
and you rarely encounter
a charging port,
you can take a look at this one,
this is the all-new
power bank of UGREEN.
This is a 20,000mAh
of power bank
that has a built-in cable.
You can put two cables here.
I'll show you guys.
One is on the back
which is built-in.
Any time you need it,
just simply pop it out.
And what's nice here
is it has a display here
showing how many percent
of battery is still left.
And you can charge
up to three devices
at the same time.
What's nice here is
it can charge up
to 20W of iPhone
and it can charge up to 22.5W
of Android devices.
Now this is very innovative.
You can attach it here.
And did you know,
this is not just
any ordinary cable,
this is another set
of Type-C cable.
It's amazing, right?
I'm really surprised
how UGREEN did this.
You can make it as a cable
and you won't be able
to recognize it as a cable.
I was just wondering
where is the other cable
that's included with it,
and it's just hidden here
and I'm really surprised.
It looks great.
Look, guys.
Very nice and very neat.
And any time I want to charge
my Redmi K80,
all I need to do is just plug
the cable on the bottom
and it'll charge.
22.5W guaranteed
on the Redmi K80.
As you can see guys,
it's written "Quick Charge."
So if you're out there
looking for a power bank
that's good,
has a big capacity,
can charge up to three devices
at the same time
and you have two cables
included with this one,
make no doubt,
check out this
20,000mAh power bank
of UGREEN.
Link on the description box.
Now going back to the device,
this phone is being protected
by IP68 rating so it means
that it has a certain level
of water resistance.
And this one comes together
with HyperOS 2.0
inside Android 15.
Let's now talk about its display.
This one has an OLED display
that's 6.67-inch
that has 120Hz
of screen refresh rate,
Dolby Vision.
And its maximum brightness
is 3,200 nits.
It has screen-to-body
ratio of 90%
and it's also being protected
by the Corning
Gorilla Glass 7i.
So that's a certain level
of scratch resistance.
When you're browsing
on social media,
expect the transition
to be smooth.
You won't have any problems here
because of its great display,
one of the better panels
that I've seen
on a Redmi K series.
As long as your
internet connection is good,
swiping on this one
on socials,
you'll really feel it
very smooth.
And if you're watching
on videos on YouTube,
expect it to give you
a really good experience
because its display
is really nice, it's sharp,
and of course,
the colors that you'll see
are vibrant here.
And by the way guys,
this phone supports Wi-Fi 7
and Bluetooth 5.4.
Now guys, this phone
has stereo speaker,
one on the bottom
and the other one
is coming here
from the earpiece.
Let's listen to how loud
its sound is.
(Pierrot by LE SSERAFIM)
Honestly guys,
its sound is loud,
to my surprise.
And by the way guys,
I'm right now wearing
the Redmi Watch 5 Active.
This is probably one
of the more affordable smartwatch
that has all the functions
you need,
and probably one
of the cheapest one
that has a call function—
a bluetooth call function.
So it means that
when someone is calling
in my Redmi K80,
I can answer it with this.
And directly, you can just
talk to that person with this.
And what's nice is
it has a good noise cancelling here
so the person you're talking with
won't hear any noise
in your background.
And another thing that I like here
is that it has 18 days
of battery life
on one full single charge.
And of course,
its design is also very trendy.
It looks like an Apple Watch
but not the same price.
So if you're interested here,
link on the description.
Now we've played
four titles here:
Wuthering Waves,
Genshin Impact,
Farlight 84, and of course,
Call of Duty Mobile.
When it comes
to Wuthering Waves,
this game feels great.
And surprisingly,
it was able to keep up.
Well, honestly,
I don't expect anything less
from a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
It can perform any task
that you throw at it.
And what's nice here
is I didn't feel that much
frame drops here
on Wuthering Waves.
Though at times,
I feel some slight delay
when playing the game
for a long time.
Especially when
you're fighting bosses
and you're kind of running
and dashing
as you're dodging them,
you'll feel some lags.
Maybe it still lacks
some optimization
but I believe the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3
can really handle it.
And the hottest temp
it achieved
after 30 minutes
of gameplay was 44°C.
On Genshin Impact,
honestly, its gameplay was good.
I was able to play
without any problems here.
The graphics is nice,
its sounds are great,
and the touch response
is great.
For the first 15 minutes,
its temperature was okay,
but as the game prolongs,
one thing I noticed
is that the frames
kind of get hot on the K80.
And the hottest temperature
it reached
after 30 minutes
of gameplay was around 45°C
which is quite hot.
On Farlight 84,
I maxed out its graphics,
I was able to play
this game for an hour non-stop.
I was enjoying
this Farlight 84,
especially on the battle royales.
And to my liking,
its gameplay was great,
so that's probably one
of the reasons
why I'm spending
so much time playing.
And one thing I liked here
is its smooth gameplay
without any frame drops.
And after 30 minutes
of gameplay, it reached 43°C.
On Call of Duty Mobile,
really expect
that it can easily handle it.
I can give you a good rating
on this game
at the highest graphic settings
possible on it.
The gameplay
is definitely smooth.
You won't feel
any frame drops here,
be it battle royale
or ranked matches.
And after 30 minutes
of gameplay, the hottest was 43°C.
Now let's talk about
the camera on this phone.
This one has a 50MP
main camera sensor with OIS
and an 8MP ultra wide lens.
It can let you shoot
up to 8K and 24 FPS.
And its front-facing camera
is a 20MP sensor
which can let you shoot
up to 1080p and 60 FPS.
Now guys, let's explore
the camera of the Redmi K80.
So taking a look
at some of the outdoor shots
that we got, I would say
some of these shots
really look sharp and very nice.
And one thing I liked about it
is that the details
that it can preserve are great.
Taking a look at some
of these greens,
a little bit saturated,
but its saturation is not too much.
While panning around
the vicinity,
the pictures that I get
from this camera are also great.
When we played
with its ultra wide lens,
this is how it looks like.
Normal
and 2x zoom.
After 2x zooming,
it's still clear.
And one thing to like here
is that its ultra wide lens
and normal lens have
the same color reproduction.
Taking a look at this shot,
it looks great here,
the focusing on the subject
looks great.
And the shot on the background
also looks great.
It looks really nice.
It looks pleasing to the eyes.
If you go indoors
and take some food shot,
you'll be able to capture
some really nice details on it.
And honestly,
food photography on this camera
looks quite nice.
And you'll really get
some nice details here out
from this camera.
And further taking
some indoor shot,
the camera performance
is great.
If you're taking gown shots,
you'll be able to get
some nice details on its beads.
And taking a look at this one,
it looks also really nice.
This is probably one
of my favorite shots
from this camera.
It looks nice and beautiful.
It's very cinematic.
Especially this butterfly,
this photo looks very detailed.
As well as some
of these heart lanterns,
its representation looks great.
And when we look
at this wine shot,
it looks really nice
and very sharp.
Taking a look
at its front-facing camera,
the photo outdoors
looks nice and sharp.
And you'll notice that
the face is kind of enhanced,
the imperfections
are filtered out,
but it looks really nice
and sharp.
And when you use it indoors,
you'll notice that your face
kind of get softened out
because maybe the lighting
isn't that good on indoors,
making it a little bit smudgy.
Checking the front-facing camera,
on its vlogging aspect,
it's stable and clear,
the video that you'll get
is sharp which I think
this is how I like it.
When it comes
to its rear camera,
equally said, it's great,
panning around here is smooth
using its camera.
And I'm just using
my bare hand here.
My shot looks great here.
Now guys, you've catch
a glimpse of the Redmi K80
which probably might be
the POCO F7 Pro.
I'm not quite sure
if the battery size
would remain as big
as this one,
because we've seen
on the X7 Pro
versus the Redmi Turbo 4
that the X7 Pro
has a smaller battery.
And of course,
the Turbo 4 has a ring light
which is also missing
on the X7 Pro.
I'm not quite sure
if it would be exactly the same
or there'll be an addition
on the POCO F7 Pro.
So if this one is priced
at around Php24,000,
I'm not quite sure,
maybe my best wildest guess
for the POCO F7 Pro,
it might be around Php27,999.
What do you think guys?
Let me know on the comments.
And honestly, this phone,
I'm really happy
with its performance.
Its gameplay is great,
its camera is great.
If you're interested guys
