What to Do When a Member Needs Help

If a Member has a question
about their Membership

that you can’t answer,

or is having trouble accessing
their website or booking a cruise,

what should you do?

The best solution is to have them
contact inCruises Support.

Our Support team has full access
to the information needed

to assist Club Members.

They are highly trained
and respond to most inquiries

in a matter of hours.

Our commitment is to respond
within 24 hours, Monday to Friday,

and 24 to 48 hours during weekends.

In most cases,

even questions submitted
on weekends are answered

in just a few hours.

How to Raise a Support Ticket

When your referred Members have
specific questions about bookings

or anything regarding
their Club Membership,

here’s how they can contact Support.

Sign in to their account
on the inCruises website.

Click on the Question Mark Icon “?”

in the top-right corner
of their Back Office.

Select a Department
that matches their query.

Add a subject and provide
a brief description of the issue.

Attach relevant files, if needed.

Click Submit Ticket.

It’s that simple!

Important Reminders for Partners.

You’re not a Travel Agent.

Do not assist Members
with booking cruises.

That’s what our Support team
is trained to handle.

Never act as a Booking Agent.

Partners should not book cruises
or assist in bookings

on behalf of Members.

And additionally,

do not access others’ accounts.

inCruises strictly prohibits Partners
from having or storing the passwords

of other Partners or Members.

Account security is critical.

Prioritize the safety
and confidentiality of all accounts.
