Your response should be focused and brief while delivering a fully complete answer. And avoid getting stuck in the details too much so you can keep the interviewer interested and listening. You may want to ask a question or two of your own about challenges the employer may be facing or projects that have proven to be difficult. It’s a good way to build rapport and make it more of a back and forth conversation with the interviewer.
