(Tip from the community about kids online safety)

- My biggest tip is to actually establish 
an online digital contract.

Sort of setting up 
rules and guidelines for our kids

and how they use social media
and other technologies.

- I keep my kid safe online
by ensuring that they only use devices

with up-to-date software and applications

I also ensure that 
the apps on their devices

use only appropriate permissions.

- "Beware of strangers"

Remind them this also applies to their online activities

and strangers are on the internet.

- My favorite feature 
to keep my kids safe online

is the "Guided Access" feature on the iPad

so, I put it in place and I end it 
when they are done with the activity.

- On the video services, we have
children protection on those.

And another thing we do is 
whenever they are browsing, we are with them.
