Let’s start with a few booking rules
for new Members
once they activate their Membership plan.
Once you’ve activated your Membership,
you can immediately use your Reward Points
to book a cruise with INsider Pricing,
but you must do so at least 21 days
before departure,
or 90 days if using Reward Points alone.
For inStays,
there’s a 14-day waiting period
before you can book with INsider Pricing,
which aligns with our 14-day Money-Back
guarantee.
Staying Active
Most Members choose to stay active
to enjoy continuous benefits,
which requires making
monthly payments on time.
To make things simple,
we strongly recommend
setting up a Recurring Payment Profile
as soon as your Membership is activated.
Here’s how to simplify this:
Sign in to your inCruises account.
On the left menu panel,
click ‘Payments’ and then ‘Invoices.’
Click ‘Add Card’
in the Recurring Billing window.
Choose your preferred currency.
Make sure it matches the currency
of the card you’re adding
to avoid payment issues.
Enter your payment card details
and confirm.
Designate your “default” card
as the primary payment method.
Adding a secondary card as a backup,
ensures your membership remains active
even if the primary card fails.
Your default card will serve
as the primary payment method.
For added security,
we recommend adding
a secondary card as a backup
to ensure
uninterrupted Membership benefits.
When your monthly invoice is ready,
the system will automatically charge
the default card.
If payment fails,
it will attempt to charge the backup card,
or cards.
As a last resort,
the system will use funds
from your inCruises Wallet Balance.
If all options fail,
you’ll receive an email reminder
to make the payment manually.
It’s important to know
that inCruises Membership doesn’t
require long-term contracts.
Payments are made month-to-month,
and Members can cancel anytime
without further obligations.

Every month, active Members enjoy
access to INsider Pricing.
Additional Reward Points
with every payment.
The Retention
of the full Reward Point Balance,
ensuring maximum value
from their Membership.
Most Club Members choose
to remain Active Members indefinitely.
They love how their Membership
helps them develop an elevated lifestyle
with travel for years to come.
To maximize your Member Rewards,
here’s the best practice:
Pay your invoice as early as possible,
ideally within the first five days
after receiving it.
For convenience,
you have a 30-day payment window
from the time the invoice is issued.
Payments made within this period
keep your Membership active.
What happens if you don’t pay?
When an invoice is issued,
a 30-day pending period begins.
During this time,
unpaid accounts are considered “Pending.”
While pending,
Members cannot book with INsider Pricing
or use Reward Points.
To restore Active status,
simply make the payment,
and all benefits will resume.
Inactive Status & Reactivation
If payment is not made within 30 days,
the account moves to inactive status.
When an account becomes Inactive,
any Doubled Reward Points earned
through monthly Membership payments
will be lost.
Remaining Reward Points
in your account will be adjusted
to match the total amount
you personally paid for your Membership.
All Reward Points received
through Membership Free
will be forfeited.
Inactive Members can still use
their remaining points
to reduce travel costs by up to 17%.
New Reward Points cannot be earned
until the Membership is reactivated.
And to reactivate, Members need
to make both an Activation Payment
and a Monthly Membership Payment.
Once reactivated,
they can immediately resume
earning and using Reward Points.
Finally,
let’s talk about flexibility and security.
All Membership payments are
100% protected by Trust My Travel,
providing peace of mind
in case of any unforeseen
financial issues with inCruises.
Keep in mind, though,
this is not trip-specific insurance.
For additional booking protection,
consider inCruises’ Payment Protection
or third-party trip insurance.
