- Hey! One of the heaviest package ever that Xiaomi Global sent me, and I'm excited to open this. So let's open it. You're the first one who'll get to see the inside. Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro. This is the global variant. And it has many inclusions. Let's check them out. Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro. Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro cover. Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro keyboard. And a Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro focus keyboard. Let's unbox them. (introduction music) This Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage would come at a price point of around Php34,000 here in the Philippines. I'll post the link on the description box below once it becomes available here in the Philippines. Let's quickly talk about its design. It looks really nice. It has an aluminum unibody, aluminum back, aluminum frames, and its front is definitely glass finish. One of the nice things here is its good camera placement and it looks really professional, unlike others where there's only one or two circles, but this one looks uniform and its cameras lenses are not protruding. On top, we have two loudspeakers, power button and of course, your noise-cancelling mic plus a Dolby Atmos Vision print. At the bottom, we have two loudspeakers again, so making it four speakers plus its USB Type-C port. On the sides, we have your volume rocker plus the placement of its focus pen. There are three magnets here for the keyboard mount. I'll just show you the accessories. This is the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro cover. It's very easy to use, very lightweight, and once I want to use it, it's easy to use by magnet mounting it to the tablet, then you'll cover it. And one thing that's nice here is you can fold its back into a triangular shape to make it as a tablet stand. Plus, when you carry it, it's also good, lightweight, and its fabric feels great to hold. This Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro keyboard comes in a white color. I think it also has a black color, if I'm correct. And one thing to like here is it has an elegant vibe. If you were out there in the coffee shop and you put it on the table, it looks clean. One of the things I also like about it is that its keyboard is very responsible and I just simply love the way how elegant it looks, it looks premium. And of course, its premium accessory is the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro focus keyboard. This one is a little bit heavier compared to the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro keyboard, and it has a leather finish for the outer cover and it has a trackpad, plus it has a hinge that you can adjust to the degree that you like which you cannot do on the other two cover where there's only one angle. This one, you can angle it to the way that you like, giving you more freedom on the flexibility on the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro focus keyboard. I'll link everything on the description. Of course, if you're using the focus keyboard and the trackpad is too small for you, you can always buy any kind of bluetooth mouse to pair together with the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro tablet. Let's quickly talk about the performance of this tablet. This one is being powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 which, for me, is a quite powerful chip for a tablet. Normally on a tablet, you'll do a lot of multitasking, 8S Gen 3 can definitely do those. Word sheet, spreadsheet, PowerPoint, it can handle those. Conference meeting, it's very easy for it, even if you draw here. And by the way guys, this one is compatible with the Xiaomi focus pen which I don't have as of the moment. But I can show you soon once I got it. Now, I got a near 1.5 millions points on AnTuTu Benchmark which is quite good for a tablet. Actually, pretty good. And this is the breakdown score that I got. Checking out Geekbench, this is the score. And this is the GPU benchmarking score on Geekbench. It's got 3,000 loop score plus 85% on Wild Life Extreme. Plus, its thermals are pretty solid and it throttled to 87% of its best performance. This tablet is really solid. Based on its benchmark scores, it is looking really good. And there's even more, the Geekbench AI score. Look at it, guys. One of the good things on this tablet, you can switch between the normal mode and its desktop mode. If you want the desktop mode, just slide it down, simply press this icon, it will switch to desktop mode. This is the desktop mode. It works best when it's paired together with a keyboard, this desktop mode. Let's talk about its battery. This one has an 8,850mAh of battery and one thing to like here is that even though its battery is big, it's not heavy. This one is just 500 grams which is not heavy for a tablet. And it also supports 67W of HyperCharge of Xiaomi which is, for me, a tablet size like this one, it can handle fast charge on this one. Based on my experience, I was able to fully charge in less than two hours with a big and huge battery size inside this one. And this one comes together with a Xiaomi Surge G1 chipset which protects the battery and charging on this tablet. Based on daily average usage, I can tell you that it can handle one whole day without any problem. As long as you're using this one normally, like how I spend the day watching videos, doing some spreadsheet work and doing some quick chats on the video, there's no problem. One whole day, it can easily last. Even if the keyboard is plugged in, and maybe even if you have a pen, there's no problem, it can handle those definitely. And another thing to like here is that its screen-on time is long. When I put it to the PCMark battery stress test, it gave me 14 hours and 36 minutes of screen-on time based on my testing of 50% brightness and 60Hz of screen refresh rate. Its battery is solid. Let's talk about the display. Probably one of the highlights on a tablet is the goodness of its display. On this one, it has an 11.2 inch crystal-clear display, up to 3.2k resolution. And its refresh rate is up to 144Hz, probably one of the better ones out there in the market for a tablet. And its peak brightness can reach up to 800 nits. It also supports Dolby Vision. It also has a TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light and flicker-free display. One of the things to like about this tablet is that its bezels are symmetrical which looks really nice and uniform for the screen. And if you're browsing through socials here, honestly, its display is huge. I rarely browse through socials on a tablet but I've enjoyed it here. Swiping up and up, its response is fast on my every single swipe. It's buttery smooth based on my experience. And I did took this tablet out on the coffee shop, I just watched basketball games, Korean novellas, Dragon Ball Daima altogether inside the coffee shop and I enjoyed. Its display is great. And there are times that other customers inside the coffee shop are watching with me at my background without me noticing it, but they didn't know I have a third eye on the back. And another thing you can be proud here is that it has quad speakers, two on the top and two on the bottom, and it supports Dolby Atmos audio. Plus, you can even boost its volume up to 200% compared to its regular settings. Let's quickly check it. (Season of Memories by GFRIEND) You'll also feel the bass on this tablet. And its audio is very nice coming from its loudspeaker. This tablet comes running in HyperOS 2 which has some really nice AI functions on it. Its Xiaomi Hyper AI is very useful, AI interpreter, AI subtitle, and name it, it has it on this tablet. And plus, its Xiaomi HyperConnect which gives you the Xiaomi Smart Hub where you can interconnect all your Xiaomi devices inside this one. So it means you can control your Xiaomi phone which is nearby on the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro. And how can I forget to play games on this tablet given that it's an 8S Gen 3, it's so powerful. We've played Wuthering Waves, Genshin Impact, Farlight 84, and Call of Duty Mobile. Now, Genshin Impact is one of my favorite games to play on a tablet. It's really nice. One of the things you'd appreciate on this game is that its movement is very fast to the point that you won't feel any frame drops here and it's also quite lag-free on this Pad 7 Pro. To my liking, I maxed out its graphic settings and true enough, I've enjoyed for 30 minutes straight non-stop, and the hottest it reached here is around 44°C. On Wuthering Waves, this is where I felt some slight lags playing for around 35 minutes and handling some big bosses, I kind of struggled. I'm still not used to playing on a tablet for Wuthering Waves. But overall, the graphics is nice. I also maxed it out. Though there are times that you'll feel some frame drops on it. Probably the optimization is kind of lacking. And it also got hot, reaching up to 46-48°C. On Farlight 84, you'll enjoy it because of its huge screen. To my liking, sniper scoping is fast here. And true enough, I was able to play four games for one hour of battle royale and one thing to like here is that its screen is very responsive. And another thing to like here is that its sounds are great. And if you're the type of person who likes games like the Farlight 84,
