00:06:56.534 Unconscious bias, that’s what it is for me, 00:06:56.534 --> 00:07:02.782 which is that it’s like a background operating system on autopilot, 00:07:02.782 --> 00:07:05.725 that I didn’t even know was running in myself. 00:07:05.725 --> 00:07:09.352 I might say I’m culture-blind or I might say I’m gender-blind, 00:07:09.352 --> 00:07:12.021 and that I just treat everybody the same.
