So what we're gonna do, we're gonna find a line on the court. So we're gonna find that nice wide base, like our ready position on the balls of our feet, and from there we're gonna hop over the line as quickly and as rapidly as we can. So guys, do about 15 to 20 reps of that and then have a 32nd rest and do another 3 sets. So now guys, for the side steps, position yourself just a little bit off of the center, you're gonna get back into your wide base and you're gonna be here side step, side step, side step. Side step. And I want you to stay nice and low in an athletic height and try and really push off with your legs. Try and get as far as you can in your side step. And then you can add in two side steps. So it's super important with the sidestep that your feet don't touch together. Your feet should have a little bit of distance between them. OK guys, so now we're onto the crossover step and the cross behind step. So this drill is called the Andy Murray drill because he was known to do this drill. So first of all, I'm gonna do the crossover version, and then I'm gonna show you the cross behind version of the drill. So starting in the center, you're just gonna go from the tram line to the inside tramline using a big crossover step. So the goal with this drill is to try and cover as much ground as you can with that crossover step. You would have seen there that I had to use a side step as well to, in order to cover all of that ground. But in my head, my goal is to try and cover as much ground as I can with that big first crossover step. And so we're gonna do the same thing now, but with the cross behind step. As you can see there, I was able to cover a lot more ground with my cross over step compared to my cross behind step, so. I'm sure you guys will find that too when you go out there and practice, so don't get discouraged if you can't cover as much ground with your cross behind step. So guys, again, for the, the crossover and the cross behind step drill, it's a good idea to time yourself for between 20 to 30 seconds. Give yourself a 20 to 32nd rest and then repeat for however many cents you would like to do. So the last rule that we're gonna go through is to work on your first step. So that first explosive step in tennis. So we're gonna balance on one leg, and then from there, you're gonna sprint forward to the service line, balancing. But as my other leg hits the ground, I'm really using that to propel myself forward as quickly as possible. So again, Make sure you alternate the legs that you're using to push off and again for that last drill, do 4 to 5 sprints on each leg. So guys, that's the end of this video.
