There's a lot
of beautiful fish
in the sea, but this one
is the ugliest.
I'm Alex Farnham
and this is animalist breaking news.
The Blobfish was just named
the world's ugliest animal
by the Ugly Animal Preservation Society.
This endangered species

To find out how the public
is reacting to this news,
we asked a few animal lovers
their opinions.

the ugliest animal in the world
is a moment of despair,
or a moment of great accomplishment?
To answer these questions,
we stopped by the studio
with an in depth interview
with the Blobfish itself.

finally we're giving recognition
to the endangered species
that aren't only cute and cuddly,
like the panda bear,
but ones that make you wanna' hurl.
