It can feel like grief, like loss, like devastation. And yet, there’s no story behind it. Just a raw, wordless feeling.

If this has happened to you, know this: You are not doing anything wrong. You are being emptied; gently, wisely, by Grace.
These waves are not setbacks. They are the Self washing away the final traces of false identity: the illusion of separation, the dream of control.

It comes without warning.

A day full of light...

then the heart drops.

No reason.

No story.

Just a silence that sinks like a stone

into the still water of Being.

This isn't pain with a name.

It's the ache of the veil dissolving,

one breath at a time.

Don't run.

Don't question.

Don't weave it into meaning.

Just sit.

Let the wave wash through
what was never real.

Let it tear the last thread
of "I am someone"

from the cloth of your becoming.

It will sting.

But it is a beautiful sting.

The kind that only comes

when Grace is near.

You are not breaking.

You are being hollowed.

Made spacious.

Made soft.

Let it devastate.

Let it undo.

Let it take from you every mask
you forgot you were wearing.

And when it's gone...

and it will be gone,

you'll feel lighter.

Not because something was added,

but because something false
was finally let go.

So next time the wave comes,

don't call it suffering.

Call it the Self,

clearing out the last furniture

from a house you're no longer living in.

Smile.

Breathe.

Bow.
