Protestants are often very offended that Orthodox pray for and to the dead. They do not understand scripture, or that Christians have always prayed for and to the dead. We cite the riddle the Sadducees gave to Christa about the woman who had 7 husbands, and the Transfiguration. If the answer was longer, we could have cited much more.
