So what do we believe in ?

You guys have studied Sikhi

So the first bit should
be quite straightforward.

You know that we believe in one creator.

We do not believe this creator is
outside the world and separate from it.

We believe this creator is right here
right now, all around us.

In a way we are inside God.

God is not outside us
and separate from us.

We are inside God.

Because for us God is like energy.

There is nothing but God.

We believe that in the beginning
there was just God.

God from within themselves
created this illusion that we are in.

Within the illusion God put
lots of souls of little themselves.

Which are actually part of God, but
they started to think they are separate.

Thats where we are now,
this is how we believe it.

We all think we are separate from God
but in fact we are inside God.

We are part of God.
-
The whole of Siki is about
waking up to that realisation.

Anybody seen a movie called The Matrix?

You have? I am surprised
because these guys a quite young.

The Matrix is a favorite movie of mine.

What happens in Matrix
is the guy wakes up.

He realizes he is in an illusion.

It is a little bit like what we do.

As a sikh you ae supposed to meditate.

You wake up and realize oh
I am actually inside God.

All around me is God.

God is inside of me and
I am actually part of God.

It is like a waking up process.
