Specifically, we're going to explore

and of technology
and business leadership, integration.

One of the key aspects we're going to
explore is how to cultivate a digital

and AI ready culture
in your traditional organization.

We will discuss what that looks like
and how you can begin

to encourage those essential
elements in your own context.

You don't need to be a new organization.

You just need to adopt some new elements
that help to build that culture in your

your group.

Furthermore,
we will address the vital relationship

between IT and Non-It professionals
as you navigate

the process of digital transformation
and AI possibilities.

Making this relationship effective

and synergistic is paramount for success.

So we'll examine practical ways
to improve collaboration

and shared understanding
between these two groups of leaders.
