You’ll need:
� 3 eggs
� 150g black glutinous rice flour
� 6g all-purpose flour
� 85g sugar
�️ 75ml cooking oil
� 40ml coconut milk
� ½ tsp salt
� 1 tsp emulsifier (SP)
� ½ tsp vanilla powder

Cheese filling:
� Cream cheese
� 1 sachet sweetened condensed milk

How to make it:
1. Whisk eggs & sugar until thick and pale.
2. Sift in rice flour, all-purpose flour, and vanilla — mix gently.
3. Add oil, coconut milk & stir until smooth.
4. Mix cream cheese with condensed milk, put in piping bag.
5. Grease mold, sprinkle cheese, pour in half of the batter, steam 15 mins.
6. Add cheese layer, then top with remaining batter.
7. Steam again for 20–25 mins. Slice & enjoy the melt!
