Long-time YouTuber @Tokyodrew lost his battle with cancer on May 10th. He shared the streets of Tokyo with the world through his live streams and videos in the same way that I do. His community and my community overlap and share the same love of Japan. He has been on a few of my live streams jumpscaring me in the past. Funny stuff. But we mourn him. Gone too soon. R.I.P. Drew.
To honor his passing, we'll get lost in the alleys and side streets of Tokyo! This video starts off around Asakusa Station and we venture randomly to who knows where???? Asakusa and Sensoji Temple is the number one most visited tourist attraction in Tokyo. It is always packed with tons of people who want to see the largest and oldest temple in Tokyo, which dates back 1,300 years!
We will start off in this busy place, but quickly get away from it to show you that you too can venture around aimlessly and have a great time in Tokyo!
