China ATTACKS Germany! German Military Plane Targeted with Lasers

  • 0:00 - 0:00
    [Music]
  • 0:00 - 0:03
The Daly Lama and China are about to
  • 0:03 - 0:06
clash. The Chinese military uses lasers
  • 0:06 - 0:09
on Germany's armed forces. And is the US
  • 0:09 - 0:13
taking its farmland back from the CCP?
  • 0:13 - 0:14
That more on this week's China news
  • 0:14 - 0:17
    headlines.
  • 0:17 - 0:19
Welcome to China Uncensored. I'm Chris
  • 0:19 - 0:21
Chapel. This episode is sponsored by
  • 0:21 - 0:23
Incogn. You probably know the companies
  • 0:23 - 0:25
are collecting your personal data, but
  • 0:25 - 0:27
you may not realize just how many.
  • 0:27 - 0:30
Dozens, maybe hundreds. most of which
  • 0:30 - 0:32
you've never heard of and you have no
  • 0:32 - 0:34
idea what they're doing with it. Incogn
  • 0:34 - 0:36
helped stop them. I'll explain more at
  • 0:36 - 0:40
the end. Germany has accused China of
  • 0:40 - 0:42
    laser targeting a reconnaissance
  • 0:42 - 0:45
aircraft during an EU mission. Every day
  • 0:45 - 0:47
we grow closer to living in Contra.
  • 0:47 - 0:51
Quick, someone hit up, up, down, down,
  • 0:51 - 0:56
left, right, left, right, B. A start.
  • 0:56 - 0:59
At the time, Germany was partaking in an
  • 0:59 - 1:01
EU freedom of navigation operation in
  • 1:01 - 1:03
the Red Sea amid attacks by the
  • 1:03 - 1:05
    Iranbacked Houthies and was approaching
  • 1:05 - 1:08
a Chinese frigot. Whether the plane was
  • 1:08 - 1:11
targeted by a laser weapon or a laser
  • 1:11 - 1:14
guidance system is unclear, but this
  • 1:14 - 1:16
isn't the first time that China has done
  • 1:16 - 1:18
this. Newsweek has put together a map of
  • 1:18 - 1:20
all the places where China is accused of
  • 1:20 - 1:23
targeting rivals with lasers. Wow. It's
  • 1:23 - 1:25
almost like China is run by a Marxist
  • 1:25 - 1:27
Leninist state that wants to destroy the
  • 1:27 - 1:30
West. Go figure. That's a message the EU
  • 1:30 - 1:33
might actually be getting. EU chief
  • 1:33 - 1:35
Ursula Vanderlayan had plenty to say
  • 1:35 - 1:38
about the CCP before a bilateral summit.
  • 1:38 - 1:40
None of it good. Mainly, she complained
  • 1:40 - 1:42
about China flooding the global market
  • 1:42 - 1:44
    with cheap goods to undercut
  • 1:44 - 1:46
competitors. But she also said that
  • 1:46 - 1:49
China is de facto enabling Russia's war
  • 1:49 - 1:52
economy. We cannot accept this. So, it
  • 1:52 - 1:54
seems the CCP has successfully burned
  • 1:54 - 1:57
bridges to both the US and Europe, which
  • 1:57 - 1:58
    considering the quality of Chinese
  • 1:58 - 2:01
construction, is about what I'd expect.
  • 2:01 - 2:03
This transparent hostility is a big part
  • 2:03 - 2:05
of the reason China's economy is still
  • 2:05 - 2:08
    on life support. Specifically, China's
  • 2:08 - 2:10
    manufacturing activity has contracted
  • 2:10 - 2:13
for the third month in a row amid
  • 2:13 - 2:16
deflation woes. This is devastating. The
  • 2:16 - 2:18
real estate market, which once made up a
  • 2:18 - 2:21
third of China's GDP, is gone. There is
  • 2:21 - 2:24
no real high- tech sector. Chinese
  • 2:24 - 2:26
    people are desperately hoarding money
  • 2:26 - 2:28
for fear of an impending collapse, so
  • 2:28 - 2:32
they aren't spending it. The CCP has no
  • 2:32 - 2:34
other plan for their economy other than
  • 2:34 - 2:37
mass manufacturing and dumping the goods
  • 2:37 - 2:39
on the global market. But as we just saw
  • 2:39 - 2:42
with the EU, no one wants to buy all
  • 2:42 - 2:45
that cheap Chinese crap. So if
  • 2:45 - 2:48
    manufacturing is contracting, the CCP
  • 2:48 - 2:51
may be screwed. But don't worry, the
  • 2:51 - 2:53
great meritocracy that is the CCP is
  • 2:53 - 2:56
    focused on what truly matters,
  • 2:56 - 2:58
    controlling the reincarnation of the
  • 2:58 - 3:02
Daly Lama. The Daly Lama just turned 90.
  • 3:02 - 3:04
So rather grimly, people have been
  • 3:04 - 3:07
talking about what happens when he dies.
  • 3:07 - 3:09
    Traditionally, the number two position
  • 3:09 - 3:11
    in Tibetan Buddhism, the Panchchin
  • 3:11 - 3:13
Llama, seeks out the reincarnation of
  • 3:13 - 3:16
the Daly Lama as a small child. But I
  • 3:16 - 3:20
kid you not, China has passed a law that
  • 3:20 - 3:23
    says you can't reincarnate without
  • 3:23 - 3:25
    government permission.
  • 3:25 - 3:27
Obviously, the CCP's plan is to install
  • 3:27 - 3:30
their own Daly Lama when the current one
  • 3:30 - 3:32
dies because that will obviously make
  • 3:32 - 3:34
the Tibetan people love them. They're
  • 3:34 - 3:37
already well on their way. Remember the
  • 3:37 - 3:38
Panchchin Llama I mentioned? The one
  • 3:38 - 3:40
whose job it is to find the next Daly
  • 3:40 - 3:45
Lama? In 1989, the Panchchin Lama died.
  • 3:45 - 3:48
Years later, the Daly Lama recognized
  • 3:48 - 3:50
    this six-year-old boy as his
  • 3:50 - 3:52
reincarnation, but the boy and his
  • 3:52 - 3:56
family disappeared just days later into
  • 3:56 - 3:59
Chinese custody and haven't been heard
  • 3:59 - 4:01
from since. The Chinese Communist Party
  • 4:01 - 4:04
then chose its own panchchin llama who
  • 4:04 - 4:07
was widely rejected by Tibetans. You
  • 4:07 - 4:09
know, since a core tenant of Buddhism is
  • 4:09 - 4:12
    not kidnapping and possibly murdering
  • 4:12 - 4:13
their spiritual leaders, it's kind of
  • 4:13 - 4:17
day one stuff. And this new Panchchin
  • 4:17 - 4:19
Lama even met with Xi Jinping last month
  • 4:19 - 4:22
and pledged feelalty to the CCP. So,
  • 4:22 - 4:24
what happens when the current Daly Lama
  • 4:24 - 4:27
dies? Previously, he floated the idea
  • 4:27 - 4:29
that he would be the final Daly Lama,
  • 4:29 - 4:31
but apparently he changed his mind after
  • 4:31 - 4:33
    discussions with senior spiritual
  • 4:33 - 4:35
leaders and appeals from the broader
  • 4:35 - 4:37
Tibetan public. In a video played last
  • 4:37 - 4:39
Wednesday during a prayer session, the
  • 4:39 - 4:42
Dalai Lama said that the Gayen Fodang
  • 4:42 - 4:44
Trust, which manages his affairs, will
  • 4:44 - 4:46
be overseeing the search for his
  • 4:46 - 4:48
    reincarnation, which sounds like it'd
  • 4:48 - 4:51
make for an incredible reality show. But
  • 4:51 - 4:54
I digress. He also said that no one else
  • 4:54 - 4:57
has any such authority to interfere with
  • 4:57 - 4:59
this matter, and so the CCP is
  • 4:59 - 5:01
    interfering with this matter. Foreign
  • 5:01 - 5:03
Ministry spokeswoman Ma Ning said that
  • 5:03 - 5:06
Tibetan Buddhism was born in China and
  • 5:06 - 5:09
is a faith with Chinese characteristics
  • 5:09 - 5:11
and also that the reincarnation of the
  • 5:11 - 5:13
Daly Lama, the Panchchin Lama and other
  • 5:13 - 5:16
great Buddhist figures must be chosen by
  • 5:16 - 5:19
drawing lots from a golden urn and
  • 5:19 - 5:22
approved by the central government. So
  • 5:22 - 5:24
godless communists actually do want to
  • 5:24 - 5:27
be involved with religion. Good to know.
  • 5:27 - 5:29
Very likely this means in the next few
  • 5:29 - 5:32
years we will have two Daly Lamas. The
  • 5:32 - 5:34
good news is that in 2020 the US passed
  • 5:34 - 5:37
the Tibetan Policy and Support Act which
  • 5:37 - 5:40
    will pursue international coalitions to
  • 5:40 - 5:42
ensure that the next Daly Lama is
  • 5:42 - 5:44
appointed solely by the Tibetan Buddhist
  • 5:44 - 5:47
Faith community. Hopefully the CCP cares
  • 5:47 - 5:50
enough about its bad economy and global
  • 5:50 - 5:52
image to avoid repeating this kind of
  • 5:52 - 5:55
interference. But I wouldn't count on it
  • 5:55 - 5:58
    since terrible, reckless decisions are
  • 5:58 - 5:59
the number one thing that gets
  • 5:59 - 6:02
reincarnated in the CCP. And after the
  • 6:02 - 6:04
break, President Trump is trying to save
  • 6:04 - 6:08
    US farms from China.
  • 6:08 - 6:11
Welcome back. According to a Daily
  • 6:11 - 6:15
Caller exclusive story, US aid quietly
  • 6:15 - 6:18
sent thousands of viruses to Chinese
  • 6:18 - 6:24
    military linked biolabs. Huh.
  • 6:26 - 6:29
    Oh god.
  • 6:29 - 6:31
This was part of a project called
  • 6:31 - 6:34
Predict, a public health program funded
  • 6:34 - 6:38
by USAD to the tune of $210 million
  • 6:38 - 6:41
steered by UC Davis. The idea was to
  • 6:41 - 6:43
collect viral samples from around the
  • 6:43 - 6:46
world. But when funding dried up, they
  • 6:46 - 6:48
    found themselves without long-term
  • 6:48 - 6:50
storage facilities or plans. And we've
  • 6:50 - 6:53
seen how great China is at storing
  • 6:53 - 6:55
viruses. In fact, field work was halted
  • 6:55 - 6:58
in September 2019, just months before
  • 6:58 - 7:00
the pandemic began. The program ended
  • 7:00 - 7:03
altogether in March 2020, the height of
  • 7:03 - 7:06
the pandemic lockdowns. The Daily Caller
  • 7:06 - 7:08
obtained documents showing that over a
  • 7:08 - 7:10
    10-year period, thousands of viral
  • 7:10 - 7:14
samples were sent to Chinese labs, even
  • 7:14 - 7:16
though there was no formal agreement in
  • 7:16 - 7:18
place. Included among these labs were
  • 7:18 - 7:21
    the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese
  • 7:21 - 7:23
Academy of Sciences, the Centers for
  • 7:23 - 7:25
Disease Control and Prevention of Guang
  • 7:25 - 7:28
Dong Province, and the Wuhan Institute
  • 7:28 - 7:32
of Urology. I have no more tears left.
  • 7:32 - 7:35
The documents also show that USID paid
  • 7:35 - 7:38
for 11,000 virus samples to be brought
  • 7:38 - 7:41
from Eunan Province to Wuhan. Eunan, by
  • 7:41 - 7:44
the way, is where we find some of CO
  • 7:44 - 7:49
19's closest viral relatives. And USID
  • 7:49 - 7:53
sent them to where COVID came from. Wow.
  • 7:53 - 7:56
And the cherry on top, there was no
  • 7:56 - 7:58
apparent plan in place to ensure the
  • 7:58 - 8:01
    samples weren't used for boweapons,
  • 8:01 - 8:04
something the CCP is actively pursuing.
  • 8:04 - 8:07
I'd say we're living in idiocracy, but
  • 8:07 - 8:10
no one in that movie was this stupid.
  • 8:10 - 8:11
    These internal documents were obtained
  • 8:11 - 8:13
through a Freedom of Information Act
  • 8:13 - 8:15
lawsuit brought by US right to know
  • 8:15 - 8:18
which is a nonprofit newsroom and public
  • 8:18 - 8:19
    health research group. The Trump
  • 8:19 - 8:22
    administration pulling USAD funding may
  • 8:22 - 8:24
have gutted some useful programs, but I
  • 8:24 - 8:27
think the hundreds of millions of
  • 8:27 - 8:29
Americans who suffered from CO won't
  • 8:29 - 8:31
    miss this program. The Trump
  • 8:31 - 8:34
    administration is moving decisively to
  • 8:34 - 8:36
    block China from weaponizing American
  • 8:36 - 8:39
farmland. And even better, it looks like
  • 8:39 - 8:40
this has some bipartisan support in
  • 8:40 - 8:42
Congress. On Tuesday morning, the US
  • 8:42 - 8:44
    Department of Agriculture released its
  • 8:44 - 8:47
    National Farm Security Action Plan,
  • 8:47 - 8:49
    which includes legislative and executive
  • 8:49 - 8:51
    reforms such as banning Chinese
  • 8:51 - 8:53
    nationals from obtaining American
  • 8:53 - 8:56
farmland and assessing who holds land
  • 8:56 - 8:59
near military bases. This should have
  • 8:59 - 9:01
always been the law, but hey, it's like
  • 9:01 - 9:03
they say, the best time to stop being
  • 9:03 - 9:06
stupid was yesterday, but the second
  • 9:06 - 9:07
    best is today.
  • 9:07 - 9:10
Four Chinese nationals, three men and a
  • 9:10 - 9:12
woman, have been detained in Greece for
  • 9:12 - 9:16
    photographing fighter jets. Huh. You
  • 9:16 - 9:17
know, I wonder if things like this could
  • 9:17 - 9:19
be why it's a problem for Chinese
  • 9:19 - 9:21
nationals to own farmland near US
  • 9:21 - 9:24
military bases. But we're not done with
  • 9:24 - 9:27
Chinese espionage yet. The US is seeking
  • 9:27 - 9:29
the extradition of a Chinese man held in
  • 9:29 - 9:32
Italy accused of hacking to steal COVID
  • 9:32 - 9:36
19 vaccine research. The man shoots away
  • 9:36 - 9:38
is accused of working for China's
  • 9:38 - 9:40
Ministry of State Security or MSS to
  • 9:40 - 9:42
    target US-based universities,
  • 9:42 - 9:44
    immunologists, and bureologists
  • 9:44 - 9:47
    researching CO 19 back in 2020. That's
  • 9:47 - 9:49
according to an indictment unsealed on
  • 9:49 - 9:50
Tuesday by the US District Court for the
  • 9:50 - 9:53
    Southern District of Texas. The
  • 9:53 - 9:55
    indictment also accused another person,
  • 9:55 - 9:57
Jang Yu, who is now in China, of helping
  • 9:57 - 10:00
out, and I don't think the CCP will
  • 10:00 - 10:02
extradite him to the US. While the names
  • 10:02 - 10:05
of the universities went unnamed in the
  • 10:05 - 10:07
    indictment, the University of Texas
  • 10:07 - 10:09
    Medical Branch in Galveston admitted
  • 10:09 - 10:12
that it was one of the victims, probably
  • 10:12 - 10:14
as a reminder that this is what happens
  • 10:14 - 10:17
when you mess with Texas. The arrest is
  • 10:17 - 10:19
a major victory for the FBI because
  • 10:19 - 10:21
while they frequently go after hackers
  • 10:21 - 10:22
accused of working for foreign spy
  • 10:22 - 10:25
adversaries, they rarely catch one from
  • 10:25 - 10:27
China. But this is just the latest in a
  • 10:27 - 10:30
    long string of high-profile espionage
  • 10:30 - 10:32
cases involving China. And it's part of
  • 10:32 - 10:35
a growing trend of the world being fed
  • 10:35 - 10:39
up with everything China's selling. Now,
  • 10:39 - 10:41
I've got a video I want to show you that
  • 10:41 - 10:42
you're going to love. But first, this
  • 10:42 - 10:45
episode is sponsored by Incogn. Whenever
  • 10:45 - 10:47
you do anything online or use apps on
  • 10:47 - 10:49
your phone, there are tons of companies

that collect your personal data. I'm
  • 10:51 - 10:53

    information without my permission. This
  • 11:04 - 11:07
was terrifying. So, what did I do? I've
  • 11:07 - 11:08
been getting as many of these companies
  • 11:08 - 11:10
as possible to delete my data from their
  • 11:10 - 11:14
systems. I did it using Incogn and you
  • 11:14 - 11:16
can, too. Incogn's already gotten my
  • 11:16 - 11:20
details removed from 653 of these data

  • 11:22 - 11:24
didn't have to do anything after signing
  • 11:24 - 11:28
up. Incogn just handles it. And now you

your info, paste that link into Incogn
  • 11:44 - 11:46
and Incogn's agents will get rid of it
  • 11:46 - 11:49
