0:07 - 0:08a lot.

0:12 - 0:14We have to learn the real way,
-
0:15 - 0:16the true way,
-
0:18 - 0:21the complete way of dealing with our suffering.
-
0:25 - 0:26You have to be a practitioner.
-
0:31 - 0:35The Buddha said, you are made with the five skandhas,
-
0:36 - 0:37five elements,
-
0:39 - 0:40your body,
-
0:41 - 0:45your feeling, your perception, your mental formation, your consciousness.
-
0:47 - 0:50Now, you have time to sit down,
-
0:50 - 0:54and look into your five skandhas.
-
0:57 - 1:00You have been running all the time.
-
1:01 - 1:04You are seeking something outside of your kingdom.
-
1:06 - 1:10Because the five skandhas are the territory of your kingdom.
-
1:14 - 1:18You have created a lot of war, a lot of conflict,
-
1:18 - 1:22a lot of destruction in the territory of your five elements.
-
1:23 - 1:25And you continue to run.
-
1:29 - 1:31The Buddha said, don't do that.
-
1:32 - 1:34Arrange so that you have the time to go home.
-
1:36 - 1:37to your kingdom.
-
1:39 - 1:41and to embrace your body,
-
1:42 - 1:43your feeling,
-
1:44 - 1:47your perception, your mental formation, your consciousness.
-
1:48 - 1:50My body, I am here for you.
-
1:50 - 1:51My consciousness,
-
1:51 - 1:53I am here for you.
-
1:54 - 1:57I have been running away from you a long time.
-
1:57 - 2:00Now it's time for me to go back to you.
-
2:01 - 2:03I will take good care of you.
-
2:03 - 2:05That is the first attitude.
-
2:05 - 2:07Going home to your kingdom.
-
2:10 - 2:12So everything you do in your daily life...
-
2:14 - 2:15is to go home.
-
2:17 - 2:21and to make acquaintance again with the five skandhas.
-
2:25 - 2:30Embrace them, look after them, identify the pain,
-
2:30 - 2:32like the Buddha.
-
2:33 - 2:35The Buddha said, my dear, show me your pain.
-
2:38 - 2:42You do like that, with your body, with your feeling.
-
2:42 - 2:46You go back to your body and you look with your body.
-
2:47 - 2:49You go back to your feeling and you look with your feeling.
-
2:50 - 2:54And you do like the Buddha, because mindfulness is the energy of the Buddha.
-
2:58 - 2:59The Buddha said,
-
2:59 - 3:03dear friend, because you suffer, you can be my friend.
-
3:03 - 3:06Because I have suffered, also.
-
3:07 - 3:08And I can be your friend.
-
3:09 - 3:12I can help you to understand your suffering, to identify your suffering.
-
3:14 - 3:18And when we do not understand our suffering, we can not do anything about it.
-
3:22 - 3:23Show the Buddha your suffering.
-
3:25 - 3:33Ask him to look with you and to help you to identify how that suffering has come to be.
-
3:36 - 3:41Together with the Buddha, you are searching for the root of your suffering.
-
3:42 - 3:43It's very important.
-
3:47 - 3:47So,
-
3:48 - 3:52we have to practice and practice like Avalokiteshvara,
-
3:52 - 3:56looking deeply into the nature of your body,
-
3:57 - 4:01the nature of your consciousness, namely the five skandhas.
