Davidic Covenant - Jesus, the Son of David / Kingdom School - Lesson 9

  • 0:01 - 0:03
Welcome to the Kingdom School. This is
  • 0:03 - 0:06
lesson nine and I am very excited to be
  • 0:06 - 0:09
with you today. I just want to uh share
  • 0:09 - 0:12
some testimonies and a small clip of a
  • 0:12 - 0:14
video or maybe two videos where one of
  • 0:14 - 0:17
them I think you have seen that before.
  • 0:17 - 0:18
First I want to start with this picture
  • 0:18 - 0:21
I took the other day. This is people
  • 0:21 - 0:25
from Puerto Rico who was here in Mexico
  • 0:25 - 0:27
and uh they have been traveling many
  • 0:27 - 0:31
nations and Jesus king of the nations
  • 0:31 - 0:33
    and there's all the
  • 0:33 - 0:36
flags they came to be with us and now I
  • 0:36 - 0:39
gave out a video with them and their
  • 0:39 - 0:41
testimony and the thumbnail of the video
  • 0:41 - 0:43
    is
  • 0:43 - 0:46
this. God is moving many countries where
  • 0:46 - 0:49
we talk about Puerto Rico also Norway
  • 0:49 - 0:50
    where I'm going
  • 0:50 - 0:53
soon. But then there's a picture there.
  • 0:53 - 0:56
Some of you remember that. That was 11
  • 0:56 - 0:58
years ago when I was in New York City
  • 0:58 - 1:00
and I met some boys on the street and I
  • 1:00 - 1:03
prayed for them and they got
  • 1:03 - 1:06
healed. when those people from Puerto
  • 1:06 - 1:10
Rico, some of them saw this video on
  • 1:10 - 1:13
YouTube and this video started something
  • 1:13 - 1:16
in them and now they have a work in
  • 1:16 - 1:18
Puerto Rico. They have connection in
  • 1:18 - 1:20
Panama where we also have been and met
  • 1:20 - 1:22
some of the people. We're talking about
  • 1:22 - 1:24
Colombia. We're talking about Brazil and
  • 1:24 - 1:27
we are talking about many many places.
  • 1:27 - 1:31
And for many people, this video on
  • 1:31 - 1:35
YouTube with me in New York City
  • 1:35 - 1:38
started a new journey for them. And I
  • 1:38 - 1:40
just want to show a little clip for this
  • 1:40 - 1:43
video here. If we make disciples and
  • 1:43 - 1:46
everybody is encrypted to do the
  • 1:46 - 1:48
    ministry, everybody see people get
  • 1:48 - 1:51
healed and saved, then we can change a
  • 1:51 - 1:53
    big city like this.
  • 1:53 - 1:55
You don't you have not seen this before
  • 1:55 - 1:57
and you don't know. Hey, God is real,
  • 1:57 - 1:59
    man.
  • 1:59 - 2:01
    How long had
  • 2:01 - 2:06
    that feel now?
  • 2:11 - 2:15
Yeah, it's loose. Where's the pain?
  • 2:15 - 2:18
    Now it's gone.
  • 2:18 - 2:21
Now it's pain. Where do you have Where
  • 2:21 - 2:22
do you have pain? Right here. that you
  • 2:22 - 2:25
have right now the healing thing because
  • 2:25 - 2:27
the pain is going to go. Try to feel the
  • 2:27 - 2:30
    head.
  • 2:32 - 2:34
Now the pain is gone. Now the pain is
  • 2:34 - 2:37
gone. Yes. So this was New York City and
  • 2:37 - 2:40
if you want to see the whole video I can
  • 2:40 - 2:42
link to it in the text together with
  • 2:42 - 2:44
    this
  • 2:44 - 2:46
video. We can see something like that
  • 2:46 - 2:48
    and it can
  • 2:48 - 2:51
just be experience or oh it was good. It
  • 2:51 - 2:54
was powerful. God did something, but we
  • 2:54 - 2:56
also take it and run with it and then
  • 2:56 - 2:59
start to live it ourself and start to
  • 2:59 - 3:02
see a lot of fruit and and we see right
  • 3:02 - 3:04
now God is doing something many many
  • 3:04 - 3:07
nations and it's not only Mexico where
  • 3:07 - 3:10
we are. God is doing amazing things here
  • 3:10 - 3:12
but many nations. I just gave out this
  • 3:12 - 3:15
video from France and I want you to just
  • 3:15 - 3:19
see the intro here where this woman got
  • 3:19 - 3:22
baptized a demon manifest. She got
  • 3:22 - 3:24
filled with Holy Spirit. She experienced
  • 3:24 - 3:29
freedom. And I want you to see this also
  • 3:33 - 3:37
    freedom. Come on.
  • 3:43 - 3:46
So I want to start with this to say
  • 3:46 - 3:50
let's do it together. Let let's connect.
  • 3:50 - 3:53
come and join a kickstart we are myself
  • 3:53 - 3:56
I'm going to Norway here I'm going to
  • 3:56 - 3:58
    Netherlands I'm going to UK there's a
  • 3:58 - 4:00
working France we're talking about Latin
  • 4:00 - 4:02
America we're talking about many places
  • 4:02 - 4:03
all over the world where there's people
  • 4:03 - 4:06
who don't just want to sit and see a
  • 4:06 - 4:09
video on YouTube don't just want to hear
  • 4:09 - 4:11
about this life but actually want to
  • 4:11 - 4:14
live it and as I go on in this kingdom
  • 4:14 - 4:16
school I I really encourage you to see
  • 4:16 - 4:20
the lessons not be somebody who just
  • 4:20 - 4:22
listen be somebody who really do it, who
  • 4:22 - 4:25
experience it and see how God is
  • 4:25 - 4:28
transforming your life because this is
  • 4:28 - 4:30
the life we are called to live. Yes, we
  • 4:30 - 4:32
are called to preach the kingdom of God
  • 4:32 - 4:35
as I'm going to talk about today. But we
  • 4:35 - 4:37
are going to live the kingdom of God. We
  • 4:37 - 4:39
are going to experience the power of the
  • 4:39 - 4:42
kingdom of God through healing, through
  • 4:42 - 4:44
    deliverance, through preaching about the
  • 4:44 - 4:47
kingdom and see people truly born again.
  • 4:47 - 4:49
But I'm excited to be with you today.
  • 4:49 - 4:52
And uh today is lesson nine in the
  • 4:52 - 4:55
kingdom school. And it's the covenant of
  • 4:55 - 4:58
David. The diabetic covenants or David's
  • 4:58 - 5:03
covenant. Cut to the heart. You need
  • 5:03 - 5:06
this. When I write cut to the heart is
  • 5:06 - 5:09
    out of Acts 2:37.
  • 5:09 - 5:13
And I want to say that probably you have
  • 5:13 - 5:17
    heard this many
  • 5:17 - 5:19
times. The when they heard that they
  • 5:19 - 5:21
were caught to the heart and said to
  • 5:21 - 5:23
Peter and the other apostle brothers
  • 5:23 - 5:26
what shall we do? And Peter replied
  • 5:26 - 5:27
repent and be baptized every one of you
  • 5:27 - 5:29
in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ for
  • 5:29 - 5:32
the forgiveness of your sins and you
  • 5:32 - 5:33
will receive the gift of the Holy
  • 5:33 - 5:36
Spirit. I myself have been preaching out
  • 5:36 - 5:38
of those verses for many many many
  • 5:38 - 5:40
    years.
  • 5:40 - 5:42
When they heard this, they were caught
  • 5:42 - 5:45
to the heart. When they heard
  • 5:45 - 5:49
what what did they hear and what was it
  • 5:49 - 5:52
that caught them to the heart and when
  • 5:52 - 5:56
this lesson is over today, you will know
  • 5:56 - 5:58
what it was they heard. You know why
  • 5:58 - 6:01
they were cut to the heart. And after
  • 6:01 - 6:04
today, you never read this famous words
  • 6:04 - 6:07
the same way again because you have an
  • 6:07 - 6:10
understanding of it. When they heard
  • 6:10 - 6:11
this, what was that? That was the
  • 6:11 - 6:14
covenant of David. That was David they
  • 6:14 - 6:16
heard about and what we're going to look
  • 6:16 - 6:20
at today. So I hope you are ready. So
  • 6:20 - 6:22
why is this important for us who live
  • 6:22 - 6:24
today? Why? Because what I'm going to
  • 6:24 - 6:27
share is the truth. And the truth is
  • 6:27 - 6:29
what will set us free. And if we don't
  • 6:29 - 6:31
have the right foundation, again, as I
  • 6:31 - 6:34
said, we will not stand when the storm
  • 6:34 - 6:37
is coming. So, I hope you are ready for
  • 6:37 - 6:40
this lesson nine, the covenant of David,
  • 6:40 - 6:42
where we are going to start with looking
  • 6:42 - 6:45
at the covenant of David and and go back
  • 6:45 - 6:48
from book of acts and and and and go
  • 6:48 - 6:50
back to the covenant of David and back
  • 6:50 - 6:52
and forth. And then we have a break at
  • 6:52 - 6:54
one time and after the break we are
  • 6:54 - 6:56
going to start in Acts again and then we
  • 6:56 - 6:59
will uh put it all together. So I'm
  • 6:59 - 7:03
excited and uh let me pray here. God we
  • 7:03 - 7:05
thank you for this day. I thank you for
  • 7:05 - 7:08
everyone who's who's seen this video.
  • 7:08 - 7:10
God pray that you open the eyes and the
  • 7:10 - 7:12
ears today. Help them God to receive
  • 7:12 - 7:15
this truth. Help them to understand this
  • 7:15 - 7:17
God. The truth that set them free and
  • 7:17 - 7:20
make them strong God. Let them get a
  • 7:20 - 7:22
good foundation, God, and let this cut
  • 7:22 - 7:25
them to the heart, God, in a new way,
  • 7:25 - 7:28
God. Come with your Holy Spirit, as help
  • 7:28 - 7:31
me to share this in the name of Jesus.
  • 7:31 - 7:36
    Amen. Let's start here.
  • 7:36 - 7:40
Acts 14, we read this here. It was about
  • 7:40 - 7:42
Paul and and Paul, he had been
  • 7:42 - 7:45
traveling. Now, he was in uh Lististra,
  • 7:45 - 7:48
Iconium, and and Antioch. and he saw
  • 7:48 - 7:50
revival. On the way back, he traveled
  • 7:50 - 7:53
back to those same cities again. And we
  • 7:53 - 7:56
read here that when he returns there, he
  • 7:56 - 7:59
    strengthened the disciples and encourage
  • 7:59 - 8:00
    them to
  • 8:00 - 8:04
remain true to the faith. And we must go
  • 8:04 - 8:07
through many hardship to enter into the
  • 8:07 - 8:11
kingdom of God. So Paul encouraged
  • 8:11 - 8:15
them, strengthened them to be what do
  • 8:15 - 8:19
you read? true to the faith and let them
  • 8:19 - 8:21
    understand that is through many
  • 8:21 - 8:24
hardships we are going to enter into the
  • 8:24 - 8:27
kingdom of God. When you read the
  • 8:27 - 8:29
    kingdom of
  • 8:29 - 8:34
God, they knew that that lead back to
  • 8:34 - 8:37
David. Every time you say kingdom, it
  • 8:37 - 8:41
leads back to David. Yes, it leads to
  • 8:41 - 8:44
Christ. And we say Christ is our
  • 8:44 - 8:48
foundation. He is. But Jesus, he's the
  • 8:48 - 8:49
    son of
  • 8:49 - 8:52
David. And to really understand who
  • 8:52 - 8:55
Christ is and why Christ came and what
  • 8:55 - 8:57
he did and what he's going to come back
  • 8:57 - 9:01
and do, we need to go further back. We
  • 9:01 - 9:04
should not start in Matthew 1:1. We have
  • 9:04 - 9:07
to go back to David and see who David is
  • 9:07 - 9:10
and see what the promise is. And without
  • 9:10 - 9:12
    David, without understand the covenant
  • 9:12 - 9:15
of David and the promise to David, you
  • 9:15 - 9:18
cannot understand who Jesus is and why
  • 9:18 - 9:21
he he did what he did and say what he
  • 9:21 - 9:22
said and going to come back and do what
  • 9:22 - 9:26
he want to do. So this is important. So
  • 9:26 - 9:28
we are going to go back to
  • 9:28 - 9:32
Samuel and we have first Samuel where
  • 9:32 - 9:36
Saul he he tried to king kill David
  • 9:36 - 9:37
again and again many times out of
  • 9:37 - 9:40
jealousy and all of that that open up
  • 9:40 - 9:42
for evil spirit. God gave him an evil
  • 9:42 - 9:45
spirit and I encourage you as always go
  • 9:45 - 9:48
in and read the whole story yourself.
  • 9:48 - 9:51
Get it in. That is 1 Samuel some of the
  • 9:51 - 9:53
things we read there. Second Samuel
  • 9:53 - 9:55
    there David is
  • 9:55 - 9:58
    anointed as king over
  • 9:58 - 10:01
    Judah and in chapter
  • 10:01 - 10:04
    five he conquer
  • 10:04 - 10:08
Jerusalem which become known as Zion or
  • 10:08 - 10:11
the city of David. I want to start with
  • 10:11 - 10:14
this verse because this is very very
  • 10:14 - 10:19
important. So here 2 Samuel 5:7 we read
  • 10:19 - 10:23
here David captured the for fortress of
  • 10:23 - 10:27
Zion which is the city of
  • 10:27 - 10:30
    David.
  • 10:30 - 10:32
    Zion the city of
  • 10:32 - 10:36
    David later called
  • 10:36 - 10:40
Jerusalem the is very very important. We
  • 10:40 - 10:43
need to understand this because again
  • 10:43 - 10:45
again we are going to read in the Bible
  • 10:45 - 10:47
about Zion. What is Zion? Zion is the
  • 10:47 - 10:49
city of David. But what is the city of
  • 10:49 - 10:52
David? That is Jerusalem. And and if you
  • 10:52 - 10:55
look at this city, so we have Zion, the
  • 10:55 - 10:57
city of David later called Jerusalem.
  • 10:57 - 11:01
That is where what where the ark of the
  • 11:01 - 11:03
covenant was brought. So if you go back
  • 11:03 - 11:06
and read the Old Testament, first 2
  • 11:06 - 11:10
Samuel and so on, we read about the ark
  • 11:10 - 11:11
of the covenant. That is where the
  • 11:11 - 11:15
present of God was. And it was brought
  • 11:15 - 11:17
    there to where
  • 11:17 - 11:21
Zion, city of David, Jerusalem. And that
  • 11:21 - 11:24
was where the temple of Salmon was
  • 11:24 - 11:28
built. That was where Jesus died later.
  • 11:28 - 11:29
That was where the Holy Spirit was
  • 11:29 - 11:32
poured out. That is where the holy new
  • 11:32 - 11:35
testament church was born on Pentecost
  • 11:35 - 11:38
and that is where one day Jesus would
  • 11:38 - 11:42
return and that is where after the
  • 11:42 - 11:45
    millennium after thousand years reign
  • 11:45 - 11:47
that is where the heavenly Jerusalem
  • 11:47 - 11:51
will come down from heaven. So there
  • 11:51 - 11:54
right there on that hill on that city in
  • 11:54 - 11:58
in that region that is that is God chose
  • 11:58 - 12:01
God chose that and that's why if you
  • 12:01 - 12:04
    look at world news
  • 12:04 - 12:07
    today everything is pointing to
  • 12:07 - 12:09
Jerusalem like like there's so much
  • 12:09 - 12:13
fight over that small little area the
  • 12:13 - 12:17
enemy love hate it God's people should
  • 12:17 - 12:20
    love it and there's that
  • 12:20 - 12:23
So all of this is important. So and
  • 12:23 - 12:26
again is is pictures like the ark of the
  • 12:26 - 12:27
covenant was brought there. There was
  • 12:27 - 12:30
God's present was brought there. It
  • 12:30 - 12:32
point to one day where God's presence
  • 12:32 - 12:35
will be there. God will walk there. The
  • 12:35 - 12:37
temple of Solomon was built there. That
  • 12:37 - 12:40
that is the temple of Salmon that but in
  • 12:40 - 12:42
the new heaven earth there will be no
  • 12:42 - 12:45
temple because God will be is light. He
  • 12:45 - 12:48
will be there. But but it all point to
  • 12:48 - 12:51
that day. Jesus died there. But he did
  • 12:51 - 12:53
not only die there. He will return
  • 12:53 - 12:54
there. The Holy Spirit was poured out
  • 12:54 - 12:56
    there.
  • 12:56 - 12:59
Everything is pointing to that place.
  • 12:59 - 13:03
But let's read the covenant of David in
  • 13:03 - 13:08
2 Samuel 7. We read here.
  • 13:08 - 13:10
So we read here after the kings was
  • 13:10 - 13:13
settled in his palace and the Lord had
  • 13:13 - 13:15
given him rest from all his
  • 13:15 - 13:19
enemies he said to Nathan the prophet.
  • 13:19 - 13:23
So this is the end of of of David's
  • 13:23 - 13:27
life. He said here I am living in a
  • 13:27 - 13:31
house of cedar while the ark of God
  • 13:31 - 13:34
remains in a tent. Like I'm here but the
  • 13:34 - 13:38
ark is still in a tent.
  • 13:38 - 13:40
David replied to the king, "Whatever you
  • 13:40 - 13:43
have in mind, go ahead and do it, for
  • 13:43 - 13:45
    the Lord is with
  • 13:45 - 13:48
you." But that night, the word of the
  • 13:48 - 13:50
Lord came to Nathan the prophet and
  • 13:50 - 13:53
said, "Go and send my servant David,
  • 13:53 - 13:57
this is what the Lord said. Are you the
  • 13:57 - 14:00
one to build me a house to dwell in?"
  • 14:00 - 14:02
And he continues and God says,"I have
  • 14:02 - 14:05
not dwell in a house from the day I
  • 14:05 - 14:07
brought the Israelite up from Egypt to
  • 14:07 - 14:10
this day. I have been moving from place
  • 14:10 - 14:14
to place with a tent as my dwelling.
  • 14:14 - 14:17
Whatever I have, whenever I have moved
  • 14:17 - 14:21
with all the Israelite, I did I ever say
  • 14:21 - 14:24
to any of the rulers who I've commanded
  • 14:24 - 14:28
to shepherd my people, why have you not
  • 14:28 - 14:31
built me a house of cedar? And he
  • 14:31 - 14:34
continues, but now then tell my servant
  • 14:34 - 14:37
David, this is what the Lord Almighty
  • 14:37 - 14:41
said. I took you from the pasture from
  • 14:41 - 14:44
tending the sheep and appointed you to
  • 14:44 - 14:46
ruler over my people Israel. I have been
  • 14:46 - 14:49
with you wherever you have gone and I
  • 14:49 - 14:52
have cut off your enemy before
  • 14:52 - 14:56
you. Now I will make your name great
  • 14:56 - 14:59
like the names of the greatest man on
  • 14:59 - 15:04
earth. And I will provide a place for my
  • 15:04 - 15:07
people Israel. and I will plant
  • 15:07 - 15:10
them that they can have a place of their
  • 15:10 - 15:12
    own and no longer be
  • 15:12 - 15:15
    disturbed. Wicked people will not
  • 15:15 - 15:18
oppress them anymore as they did in the
  • 15:18 - 15:20
beginning. And then he move on and say
  • 15:20 - 15:23
something here. And I have do uh and
  • 15:23 - 15:26
have done since that time. I appointed
  • 15:26 - 15:27
    leader over
  • 15:27 - 15:31
Israel. I will also give you rest from
  • 15:31 - 15:34
    all your enemies.
  • 15:34 - 15:37
The Lord declared to you that the Lord
  • 15:37 - 15:40
himself would establish a house for
  • 15:40 - 15:45
you. When your days is over and you rest
  • 15:45 - 15:51
with your ancestors, I will raise up
  • 15:51 - 15:55
your offspring to succeed you, your own
  • 15:55 - 15:59
flesh and blood, and I will establish
  • 15:59 - 16:03
his kingdom. And then he comes, he is
  • 16:03 - 16:07
the one. So it's not David. He is the
  • 16:07 - 16:12
one who will build a house for my name.
  • 16:12 - 16:16
And I will establish the throne of his
  • 16:16 - 16:19
kingdom forever. This is very very
  • 16:19 - 16:21
important. I know when we read it seems
  • 16:21 - 16:22
    so far
  • 16:22 - 16:25
away. David come I want to build a
  • 16:25 - 16:27
house. Nathan he starts to prophesy
  • 16:27 - 16:29
about the story and what is happening.
  • 16:29 - 16:31
But then he said this, "I will give you
  • 16:31 - 16:34
rest from your enemy. When your days is
  • 16:34 - 16:37
over, I will raise somebody up of your
  • 16:37 - 16:40
offspring to succeed you and I will
  • 16:40 - 16:45
establish his kingdom and he's the one
  • 16:45 - 16:48
who will build a house for
  • 16:48 - 16:52
me." And then we think of Solomon who
  • 16:52 - 16:54
    built the
  • 16:54 - 16:58
temple but it have two meanings. this
  • 16:58 - 17:02
son of David who built the temple. But
  • 17:02 - 17:06
we also have Jesus, the son of David who
  • 17:06 - 17:10
built a house for God, the
  • 17:10 - 17:14
temple by living stones, you and me, a
  • 17:14 - 17:18
place where God can drill. So, so he had
  • 17:18 - 17:19
    different meanings here. And he
  • 17:19 - 17:24
continues, I will be his father and he
  • 17:24 - 17:25
    will be my
  • 17:25 - 17:29
son. And it this is the word of our Lord
  • 17:29 - 17:31
Jesus Christ. But then we read here when
  • 17:31 - 17:34
he does wrong I will punish him with a
  • 17:34 - 17:38
robe by human hands. So but when he do
  • 17:38 - 17:41
wrong like Jesus did not got punished
  • 17:41 - 17:44
because he was doing wrong but Jesus was
  • 17:44 - 17:46
flocked by man. Jesus was punished by
  • 17:46 - 17:49
man. So it have a double
  • 17:49 - 17:51
meaning is talk about Saleomon but it
  • 17:51 - 17:55
also talk about Christ. But my love will
  • 17:55 - 17:58
never be taken away from him as I took
  • 17:58 - 18:02
it away from Saul who I removed from
  • 18:02 - 18:04
    before
  • 18:04 - 18:08
me. Your house and your kingdom will
  • 18:08 - 18:10
endure forever before me. Your throne
  • 18:10 - 18:13
will be established forever. But if you
  • 18:13 - 18:17
look at Solomon, Solomon sinned. Solomon
  • 18:17 - 18:23
went wrong and he lost the kingdom.
  • 18:23 - 18:27
But this son he's talking about is
  • 18:27 - 18:28
    Jesus. This
  • 18:28 - 18:33
is the promise God gave to David. And
  • 18:33 - 18:37
this is it was not fulfilled in
  • 18:37 - 18:39
Solomon the son of David. It was
  • 18:39 - 18:43
fulfilled in Jesus the son of David. And
  • 18:43 - 18:45
this is important. So so what is the
  • 18:45 - 18:47
    promise to
  • 18:47 - 18:50
David? God will provide a place for his
  • 18:50 - 18:55
people. a place of rest from their
  • 18:55 - 19:00
enemies. That is the promise to David
  • 19:00 - 19:03
and that is given to his son Jesus. And
  • 19:03 - 19:06
when we are born again, we can enter
  • 19:06 - 19:09
into this place, enter into this
  • 19:09 - 19:12
kingdom. This is what God have for us.
  • 19:12 - 19:16
God is providing a place for us for rest
  • 19:16 - 19:18
for our enemies. And I'll come back to
  • 19:18 - 19:21
this. God will raise up offspring of
  • 19:21 - 19:24
David, one of his own flesh and blood
  • 19:24 - 19:27
and establish his kingdom forever. So
  • 19:27 - 19:29
    there's going to be a
  • 19:29 - 19:31
    kingdom that will be established
  • 19:31 - 19:33
forever. What is that? That is the
  • 19:33 - 19:35
kingdom of God. That is what we are
  • 19:35 - 19:39
praying about. Oh our father who's in
  • 19:39 - 19:42
heaven, hallowed be your name. Your
  • 19:42 - 19:43
    kingdom
  • 19:43 - 19:46
come. Your will be done. When we pray
  • 19:46 - 19:48
    the Lord's
  • 19:48 - 19:52
prayer, what are we praying for? We are
  • 19:52 - 19:56
praying for what God promised to David
  • 19:56 - 19:59
in second Samuel. We just read about
  • 19:59 - 20:02
that is where it started. That is the
  • 20:02 - 20:06
kingdom forever. God will be his father
  • 20:06 - 20:09
and he will be God's son.
  • 20:09 - 20:11
So as we read here and we see that in
  • 20:11 - 20:14
Acts 7 where he talk about how Solomon
  • 20:14 - 20:18
he built a house for God the temple.
  • 20:18 - 20:22
However the most high does not live in
  • 20:22 - 20:26
houses made by human hands as the
  • 20:26 - 20:29
prophet said. Heaven is my throne and
  • 20:29 - 20:32
the earth is my footstep foottool. What
  • 20:32 - 20:34
kind of house will you build for me?
  • 20:34 - 20:39
said the Lord. So, so the house God
  • 20:39 - 20:42
don't live in a temple in a building. He
  • 20:42 - 20:46
live like come on heaven is his throne.
  • 20:46 - 20:49
So, so it it's very very interesting
  • 20:49 - 20:51
    you. So, we have 1
  • 20:51 - 20:55
Samuel or 2 Samuel where we read what we
  • 20:55 - 20:58
just read here about what God promised
  • 20:58 - 21:01
    to David.
  • 21:01 - 21:04
    years later, 350 years
  • 21:04 - 21:09
later, the pro prophet Isaiah, he also
  • 21:09 - 21:11
    prophesied
  • 21:11 - 21:16
about that offspring of David uh and
  • 21:16 - 21:18
prophesied about who he is. And there we
  • 21:18 - 21:22
get some more details to the covenant of
  • 21:22 - 21:27
David and who this is. So that is Isaiah
  • 21:27 - 21:31
    9. For to us a child is
  • 21:31 - 21:35
born. To us a son is given and the
  • 21:35 - 21:38
government will be on his shoulder. This
  • 21:38 - 21:40
is important. So the child that is born,
  • 21:40 - 21:43
the government will be on his shoulder
  • 21:43 - 21:45
and he will be called wonderful
  • 21:45 - 21:47
    counselor, mighty God, everlasting
  • 21:47 - 21:50
father, prince of peace. Of the
  • 21:50 - 21:53
greatness of his government and peace
  • 21:53 - 21:57
    there will be no end.
  • 21:57 - 22:01
He will reign on David's throne. So
  • 22:01 - 22:05
Isaiah 350 years later is prophesying
  • 22:05 - 22:08
about a child that will be born and that
  • 22:08 - 22:11
    child will have the
  • 22:11 - 22:13
    government on his
  • 22:13 - 22:18
shoulder and he will reign on David's
  • 22:18 - 22:21
throne. That is the son that will build
  • 22:21 - 22:24
the house. That is the the the
  • 22:24 - 22:26
everlasting kingdom of God. That was
  • 22:26 - 22:29
what God spoke about through Nathan the
  • 22:29 - 22:33
prophet to David and this is what Isaiah
  • 22:33 - 22:35
spoke about. So there's a son that be
  • 22:35 - 22:39
born and the greatness like no nothing
  • 22:39 - 22:41
we have seen before and he will reign on
  • 22:41 - 22:46
    David's throne and over his
  • 22:46 - 22:49
kingdom. And then we talk about that he
  • 22:49 - 22:52
will be upholding with justice and
  • 22:52 - 22:56
righteous from that time and forever. So
  • 22:56 - 23:00
what do we read? We read here a child is
  • 23:00 - 23:02
born the government shall be on his
  • 23:02 - 23:05
shoulder. The greatest of his government
  • 23:05 - 23:09
and peace will have no end. And he will
  • 23:09 - 23:11
reign on David's throne with justice and
  • 23:11 - 23:15
righteousness. And his reign will never
  • 23:15 - 23:17
    end.
  • 23:17 - 23:19
So if you look at it, let's go through
  • 23:19 - 23:21
it again and and and then I want you to
  • 23:21 - 23:24
    to think of
  • 23:24 - 23:28
this. So we had that promise to David.
  • 23:28 - 23:30
What was that? God will provide a place
  • 23:30 - 23:33
for his people, a place of rest for the
  • 23:33 - 23:35
enemies. Place of rest for the enemy.
  • 23:35 - 23:37
God will raise up offspring of David,
  • 23:37 - 23:39
one of their own flesh and blood, and
  • 23:39 - 23:42
establish his kingdom forever. God will
  • 23:42 - 23:48
be his father and he will be God's son.
  • 23:48 - 23:50
And then a child is born. The government
  • 23:50 - 23:52
will be on his shoulder. The grace is
  • 23:52 - 23:54
his government and peace have no end.
  • 23:54 - 23:56
And he will reign on David's throne and
  • 23:56 - 23:59
justice forever and just rises and his
  • 23:59 - 24:02
reign will be forever. What you need to
  • 24:02 - 24:06
understand that what we just read
  • 24:08 - 24:12
here was what they was at the time of
  • 24:12 - 24:15
Jesus was fed with daily. That was their
  • 24:15 - 24:18
food. That was what they read. That was
  • 24:18 - 24:21
what they was waiting for. That was what
  • 24:21 - 24:23
they was longing for. That was what they
  • 24:23 - 24:27
have heard. It was part of them. And it
  • 24:27 - 24:29
is so important to understand. If you
  • 24:29 - 24:31
don't understand this, you you you not
  • 24:31 - 24:32
understand the New Testament. You not
  • 24:32 - 24:34
understand what happened in the New
  • 24:34 - 24:37
Testament. So what we just read here was
  • 24:37 - 24:39
what they were being fed with. It's so
  • 24:39 - 24:41
    important. All right. This this
  • 24:41 - 24:45
important. So again, they were fed with
  • 24:45 - 24:48
this from the time they were born. They
  • 24:48 - 24:51
were fed with this week after week. They
  • 24:51 - 24:54
knew it like we know the alphabet. A B
  • 24:54 - 24:58
CDE E F G like we know the alphabet.
  • 24:58 - 25:02
    They knew what that one
  • 25:02 - 25:06
day one day they will find rest from the
  • 25:06 - 25:08
    enemy.
  • 25:08 - 25:11
But but how how would that
  • 25:11 - 25:14
happen? They knew that God will raise up
  • 25:14 - 25:16
    offspring of
  • 25:16 - 25:20
David. But who who is that son of
  • 25:20 - 25:23
David that that that where the
  • 25:23 - 25:24
government will be on his shoulder.
  • 25:24 - 25:26
Where is that kingdom? We are longing
  • 25:26 - 25:29
for that kingdom. And a child will be
  • 25:29 - 25:33
born. Oh, and he will reign of David's
  • 25:33 - 25:37
    on David's throne.
  • 25:37 - 25:40
Is it this child? Is it that
  • 25:40 - 25:42
    child? Who is that
  • 25:42 - 25:45
child? So this was what they were fed
  • 25:45 - 25:48
with. We as Gentiles believer, we who
  • 25:48 - 25:50
come to faith today, we are not fed with
  • 25:50 - 25:53
that. We have not heard this. We just
  • 25:53 - 25:56
jump in in the end of the story or
  • 25:56 - 25:57
middle of the story and say, "Hey,
  • 25:57 - 25:59
Jesus, he's the savior. You need to be
  • 25:59 - 26:00
    saved."
  • 26:00 - 26:03
But but you don't see a movie by
  • 26:03 - 26:05
starting in the end middle of the movie
  • 26:05 - 26:06
or the end of the movie. You don't
  • 26:06 - 26:08
understand the movie if you don't start
  • 26:08 - 26:10
in the beginning. The same way when you
  • 26:10 - 26:13
read a book like like I have my book
  • 26:13 - 26:15
here. If you start in the middle of this
  • 26:15 - 26:17
book to read there, there's things you
  • 26:17 - 26:19
will not understand. You still get
  • 26:19 - 26:21
something out of it, but there's things
  • 26:21 - 26:24
you will not understand. Why? because
  • 26:24 - 26:25
you start in the middle and when I talk
  • 26:25 - 26:28
about something you're like but but I I
  • 26:28 - 26:30
    don't understand what he's talking
  • 26:30 - 26:32
about. But if you start in the beginning
  • 26:32 - 26:34
you will know what was been spoken
  • 26:34 - 26:37
about. The same with the Bible. So
  • 26:37 - 26:40
understand the context. Let's go back to
  • 26:40 - 26:43
the time of Jesus' birth or even before
  • 26:43 - 26:46
in beginning of the New Testament the
  • 26:46 - 26:49
    gospels Mary the mother of
  • 26:49 - 26:52
Jesus she she knew those things. She
  • 26:52 - 26:55
have heard those things spoken about to
  • 26:55 - 26:58
spoke about over the coffee table, over
  • 26:58 - 26:58
    the
  • 26:58 - 27:01
dinner. Oh, we are oppressed by our
  • 27:01 - 27:03
    enemies. When will that day
  • 27:03 - 27:07
come where a child is born? Who reign on
  • 27:07 - 27:09
the throne of David? Who give us rest
  • 27:09 - 27:10
for our enemies? Who will have the
  • 27:10 - 27:13
government of his shoulder, a government
  • 27:13 - 27:15
on his shoulder, who establish the
  • 27:15 - 27:16
    kingdom
  • 27:16 - 27:19
forever? When when is that moment
  • 27:19 - 27:23
coming? And then one day Mary the mother
  • 27:23 - 27:27
of Jesus he had the angel Gabriel coming
  • 27:27 - 27:30
to her and there we read here don't be
  • 27:30 - 27:33
afraid Mary you have found favor for
  • 27:33 - 27:36
    God you will
  • 27:36 - 27:39
conceive and give birth to a son and you
  • 27:39 - 27:43
will call him Jesus. He will be great
  • 27:43 - 27:45
and he will be called the son of the
  • 27:45 - 27:48
most high. And then they come, the Lord
  • 27:48 - 27:52
God will give him the throne of his
  • 27:52 - 27:55
father, Joseph. No, no, Joseph is not
  • 27:55 - 27:58
the father. Jes David was the
  • 27:58 - 28:01
father. It was by the Holy Spirit. He's
  • 28:01 - 28:03
the son of God, but he's in the line of
  • 28:03 - 28:07
David. So his father, Jesus father is
  • 28:07 - 28:10
David. And he will reign over Jacob's
  • 28:10 - 28:13
descendants. That is Israel. is the
  • 28:13 - 28:15
kingdom of God is the kingdom of Israel
  • 28:15 - 28:18
we are Gentiles are invited into and his
  • 28:18 - 28:23
    kingdom will never end.
  • 28:23 - 28:27
Mary understood it like whoa we have
  • 28:27 - 28:29
been waiting for this child. Who is this
  • 28:29 - 28:33
child Isaiah spoke about? Who is the son
  • 28:33 - 28:36
of David? The offspring of David. Nathan
  • 28:36 - 28:39
the prophet spoke about to David. And
  • 28:39 - 28:43
then the angel spoke to her and said is
  • 28:43 - 28:46
from you is here. This is the son. This
  • 28:46 - 28:50
is the child. And so and and it was not
  • 28:50 - 28:52
only Marius. Everyone in the New
  • 28:52 - 28:53
Testament, everyone at the time of
  • 28:53 - 28:56
Jesus, they they they live with an
  • 28:56 - 28:59
expectation. They live with a longing on
  • 28:59 - 29:04
of that day, that child, that son, that
  • 29:04 - 29:06
kingdom. And therefore, the gospel was
  • 29:06 - 29:09
so much stronger to them than it is for
  • 29:09 - 29:11
    many of us today.
  • 29:11 - 29:16
But it's not only Nathan. It's not only
  • 29:16 - 29:19
um Nathan and Isaiah who spoke about it.
  • 29:19 - 29:22
Daniel, he spoke about this kingdom. We
  • 29:22 - 29:24
looked about Daniel before, but there
  • 29:24 - 29:26
was things Daniel said that really give
  • 29:26 - 29:29
a a more more filling to what this is
  • 29:29 - 29:32
about. And we talked about the rock of
  • 29:32 - 29:34
that David last time. And this is what
  • 29:34 - 29:36
we read here. In the time of those
  • 29:36 - 29:39
kings, the God of heaven will set up a
  • 29:39 - 29:42
kingdom. So in that time, and we're
  • 29:42 - 29:44
going to look at that another time, God
  • 29:44 - 29:46
will set up a kingdom that will never be
  • 29:46 - 29:50
destroyed or will be left to another
  • 29:50 - 29:53
people. It will cross all those kingdom
  • 29:53 - 29:57
and bring them to an end, but it will
  • 29:57 - 29:59
endure forever. So when this time of the
  • 29:59 - 30:01
kingdom will come, there will be a
  • 30:01 - 30:03
judgment over the other kingdoms. They
  • 30:03 - 30:07
will be destroyed in that sense. And
  • 30:07 - 30:10
then we read on here in Daniel 7 and
  • 30:10 - 30:11
    there he
  • 30:11 - 30:16
said look in a vision in the night I saw
  • 30:16 - 30:21
and before me was one like um son of man
  • 30:21 - 30:22
coming with the clouds of heaven. Then
  • 30:22 - 30:26
we read on. He was given
  • 30:26 - 30:31
authority, glory and ser power. All
  • 30:31 - 30:34
nations and people and every language
  • 30:34 - 30:39
worship him. So there will be a a a time
  • 30:39 - 30:41
    Jesus come
  • 30:41 - 30:43
back. There will be a destruction
  • 30:43 - 30:45
somehow of the kingdoms. But there will
  • 30:45 - 30:47
be a time where all nations, all
  • 30:47 - 30:50
countries will worship him. His dominion
  • 30:50 - 30:52
is a everlasting dominion. and you will
  • 30:52 - 30:54
not pass away. And his kingdom is one
  • 30:54 - 30:56
    that will never be
  • 30:56 - 31:00
destroyed. So all of this I'm reading
  • 31:00 - 31:02
here, the Jews read it again and again
  • 31:02 - 31:05
and again. It was their longing. That
  • 31:05 - 31:08
was their hope. That was what they spoke
  • 31:08 - 31:14
about how this day would come and who
  • 31:14 - 31:18
    this man will be.
  • 31:18 - 31:23
But what we read here in Daniel 7, he
  • 31:23 - 31:25
    will come from the
  • 31:25 - 31:29
clouds with power and glory and set up
  • 31:29 - 31:31
    that
  • 31:31 - 31:33
kingdom. It was not what happened the
  • 31:33 - 31:36
first time Jesus came. First time he
  • 31:36 - 31:40
came, he did not come in the clouds with
  • 31:40 - 31:43
glory and power to set up the kingdom.
  • 31:43 - 31:46
No, first time he came, he came as the
  • 31:46 - 31:49
    child
  • 31:49 - 31:53
born without glory, without power. There
  • 31:53 - 31:56
was some wise man who saw it, but other
  • 31:56 - 31:58
people did not know about it that that
  • 31:58 - 32:00
    child was already
  • 32:00 - 32:03
born. So, so there's many prophecies
  • 32:03 - 32:06
lead to the first coming, but even more
  • 32:06 - 32:10
lead to the second coming. and and now
  • 32:10 - 32:14
we are living after Christ. So we should
  • 32:14 - 32:18
focus not only on the first coming and
  • 32:18 - 32:21
him as as the child who was born but we
  • 32:21 - 32:25
should get our focus on him who's coming
  • 32:25 - 32:26
    in the
  • 32:26 - 32:30
    clouds to set up his
  • 32:30 - 32:34
kingdom. But Matthew 1 starts with this
  • 32:34 - 32:36
and now we understand why Matthew one
  • 32:36 - 32:39
starts with this. This is the chronology
  • 32:39 - 32:41
of Jesus the Messiah, the son of David.
  • 32:41 - 32:44
    Matthew 1
  • 32:44 - 32:46
    starts
  • 32:46 - 32:50
    with defining who Jesus
  • 32:50 - 32:53
is. And Jesus, yes, was born by Mary,
  • 32:53 - 32:56
but Jesus is not the son of Joseph. He's
  • 32:56 - 32:58
the son of God, but he's the son of
  • 32:58 - 33:01
David. He's in the line of David. Jesus
  • 33:01 - 33:04
    is the one.
  • 33:04 - 33:09
And for a Jew to read this to understand
  • 33:09 - 33:13
that hey that who who's that Jesus the
  • 33:13 - 33:17
the the the son of Joseph Mary who who's
  • 33:17 - 33:21
that Jesus of Nazar who's that Jesus
  • 33:21 - 33:24
    when Jew understood
  • 33:24 - 33:27
that don't you know who this is no it's
  • 33:27 - 33:31
the son of David for you to hear this
  • 33:31 - 33:34
    the son of
  • 33:34 - 33:37
    David, is is he the
  • 33:37 - 33:40
one? Yeah. Is is he the
  • 33:40 - 33:44
one the the child was born? Is is he the
  • 33:44 - 33:46
one who have the government on his
  • 33:46 - 33:49
shoulders? Is he the one who will build
  • 33:49 - 33:52
the house of God? Who will establish the
  • 33:52 - 33:55
kingdom? Is he the one who will give us
  • 33:55 - 33:58
rest from our enemies? Is he the one
  • 33:58 - 34:01
where his kingdom will have no end?
  • 34:01 - 34:05
Is he the one? And then it just explode
  • 34:05 - 34:10
in them when they understood those three
  • 34:10 - 34:16
four words here that Jesus is the son of
  • 34:16 - 34:19
David. It don't do the same in us as
  • 34:19 - 34:21
gentile believers. Like for years I read
  • 34:21 - 34:23
that Jesus is the son of David. Yeah,
  • 34:23 - 34:26
he's the son of David. But in jail,
  • 34:26 - 34:29
things happened in me with the kingdom
  • 34:29 - 34:31
teacher I'm giving to you now. It
  • 34:31 - 34:34
exploded in me in a way I've never
  • 34:34 - 34:35
    experienced
  • 34:35 - 34:37
before. In jail, I had a time where, as
  • 34:37 - 34:40
I said, where God I saw revival. I saw
  • 34:40 - 34:41
people come to faith. A lot of things
  • 34:41 - 34:43
happened. I start to do Bible studies
  • 34:43 - 34:45
every day. One time had three teaching
  • 34:45 - 34:47
per day and suddenly I did not know what
  • 34:47 - 34:49
to teach anymore. And it was like God
  • 34:49 - 34:51
said, "Now you go back to the beginning.
  • 34:51 - 34:54
Start from the beginning." As I said
  • 34:54 - 34:56
    before, don't start a read a start a
  • 34:56 - 34:57
book in the middle of the book or in the
  • 34:57 - 34:58
end of book. You're not understand. You
  • 34:58 - 35:01
start in the beginning. And I went back
  • 35:01 - 35:04
to the beginning. And I read and I study
  • 35:04 - 35:06
    and I studied
  • 35:06 - 35:09
Abraham, son of Abra. I studied
  • 35:09 - 35:12
    David, understood the covenant of
  • 35:12 - 35:16
David. And then when I came to Matthew
  • 35:16 - 35:20
1:1, I got the Jewish awakening. Wow.
  • 35:20 - 35:23
Jesus is the son of David. He is the
  • 35:23 - 35:25
child of he is this and this and this
  • 35:25 - 35:28
and this and suddenly just exploded in
  • 35:28 - 35:31
me and I hope that this would explode in
  • 35:31 - 35:34
you. I want to read something from my
  • 35:34 - 35:38
book. This is my book 412 days and I
  • 35:38 - 35:40
want to read something from that
  • 35:40 - 35:43
here. How it how I wrote it in my book
  • 35:43 - 35:46
when they exploded in me. Suddenly I
  • 35:46 - 35:48
understood the big picture before when I
  • 35:48 - 35:52
read Matthew 1:1 with start with this is
  • 35:52 - 35:54
the generality of Jesus the Messiah the
  • 35:54 - 35:56
son of David the son of Abraham I did
  • 35:56 - 36:00
not put much into it but now when I read
  • 36:00 - 36:04
it read that the Lord our Lord is the
  • 36:04 - 36:07
son of Abraham the son of David it just
  • 36:07 - 36:11
exploded in me Jesus is the son Jesus is
  • 36:11 - 36:14
the son of David who will sit on the
  • 36:14 - 36:18
throne on forever and ever. And he will
  • 36:18 - 36:21
there and we will therefore reign with
  • 36:21 - 36:24
him. Yes, he is the son of Abraham, the
  • 36:24 - 36:27
heir to the promise. And when we are in
  • 36:27 - 36:30
Christ, we are therefore also heirs to
  • 36:30 - 36:32
    the same
  • 36:32 - 36:35
promise. Before when I read those
  • 36:35 - 36:37
verses, I did not understand them. But
  • 36:37 - 36:41
now they just make the Bible come alive
  • 36:41 - 36:44
    in a new way.
  • 36:44 - 36:46
and and it was really like getting a new
  • 36:46 - 36:48
Bible and and and I really encourage you
  • 36:48 - 36:52
to get the 412 days because there I talk
  • 36:52 - 36:54
also about the kingdom and give you some
  • 36:54 - 36:58
teaching but but it just exploded in me
  • 36:58 - 37:02
and and we need to have a foundation. We
  • 37:02 - 37:05
cannot just preach New Testament. We
  • 37:05 - 37:07
cannot just start in Matthew 1:1. We
  • 37:07 - 37:11
need to understand what it means that
  • 37:11 - 37:13
Jesus is son of Abraham. what it means
  • 37:13 - 37:16
that Jesus is the son of David. We need
  • 37:16 - 37:18
to let this explode in us. Why? Because
  • 37:18 - 37:23
this is truth and it will make us
  • 37:23 - 37:26
strong. So it it was really special and
  • 37:26 - 37:29
and and it was in that time I I did this
  • 37:29 - 37:31
teaching. I am now teaching with to you
  • 37:31 - 37:35
and and I'm excited to uh to continue.
  • 37:35 - 37:38
And ju just like the last words from
  • 37:38 - 37:41
Jesus in Revelation 22. The last word we
  • 37:41 - 37:44
hear there in the Bible is yes I am
  • 37:44 - 37:47
coming soon. Amen. Come Lord Jesus is
  • 37:47 - 37:51
what we read. But there's other words
  • 37:51 - 37:54
the last words here before that look I'm
  • 37:54 - 37:57
coming soon. My reward is with me. So
  • 37:57 - 38:00
Jesus will come back soon and he have
  • 38:00 - 38:03
his reward with him. And I will give
  • 38:03 - 38:05
each person according to what they have
  • 38:05 - 38:08
done. I'm also and omega, the first and
  • 38:08 - 38:10
the last, the beginning and the end. And
  • 38:10 - 38:12
then he said this, blessed are those who
  • 38:12 - 38:14
wash the robes. Why? Because they may
  • 38:14 - 38:16
have the right to the tree of life and
  • 38:16 - 38:18
may go through the garden into the city.
  • 38:18 - 38:19
And what city is that? That is the
  • 38:19 - 38:21
    heavenly Jerusalem. That is talking
  • 38:21 - 38:24
about the city. that is talking about
  • 38:24 - 38:27
lead back again to David outside those
  • 38:27 - 38:29
who will not be able to enter those
  • 38:29 - 38:31
doors those who live in sin and practice
  • 38:31 - 38:34
magic ar sexual immoral moral people
  • 38:34 - 38:38
murders and so on and then he said this
  • 38:38 - 38:41
I Jesus have sent my angels to give you
  • 38:41 - 38:44
this testimony from the churches and
  • 38:44 - 38:48
then he said this about himself I am the
  • 38:48 - 38:52
root and the offspring of David and the
  • 38:52 - 38:55
bright morning star. So one of the last
  • 38:55 - 38:58
words we talking about after that he
  • 38:58 - 39:01
said what we look I'm coming soon. The
  • 39:01 - 39:04
last words of Jesus the last testimony
  • 39:04 - 39:08
is what? I am the root and the offspring
  • 39:08 - 39:08
    of
  • 39:08 - 39:11
    David. What do that
  • 39:11 - 39:15
mean? We read it here. I am the
  • 39:15 - 39:18
root and the offspring of David. So he's
  • 39:18 - 39:22
the source of David. the root he's the
  • 39:22 - 39:24
root is first and David come later he's
  • 39:24 - 39:27
the source of David and the reason David
  • 39:27 - 39:30
is alive if Jesus had not been there
  • 39:30 - 39:31
    have been no
  • 39:31 - 39:34
David but at the same time he's the son
  • 39:34 - 39:37
of David how can he be before David and
  • 39:37 - 39:41
after David because he's alpha and omega
  • 39:41 - 39:42
he's the beginning and the end how can
  • 39:42 - 39:46
he be before David and after David
  • 39:46 - 39:48
    because everything was created by
  • 39:48 - 39:54
Jesus but in the flesh as the child
  • 39:54 - 39:59
born. He's the son of man, the son of
  • 39:59 - 40:02
David. So everything was created by
  • 40:02 - 40:06
Christ. But as Jesus came, he came as
  • 40:06 - 40:08
the son of David. So therefore Jesus
  • 40:08 - 40:11
testify, I am the root and the offspring
  • 40:11 - 40:14
    of David. So who is
  • 40:14 - 40:17
Jesus? He have many names. He have many
  • 40:17 - 40:19
things. But one thing we can say about
  • 40:19 - 40:24
it is that he is the root of
  • 40:24 - 40:27
David. He's the source of David, but
  • 40:27 - 40:30
he's also the offspring of David. And
  • 40:30 - 40:32
it's so beautiful just how it is. And
  • 40:32 - 40:35
and and and at the time of Jesus when
  • 40:35 - 40:38
    Jesus ra rode in in
  • 40:38 - 40:40
Jerusalem, we read the crowds, they came
  • 40:40 - 40:43
together and they were shouted. What
  • 40:43 - 40:45
what a shouting? How did they worship
  • 40:45 - 40:47
    Jesus?
  • 40:47 - 40:51
Hosana the son of David. Blessed is he
  • 40:51 - 40:53
who comes in the name of our Lord.
  • 40:53 - 40:55
    Hosana in the
  • 40:55 - 41:00
highest. Hosana the son of David. That
  • 41:00 - 41:01
    was how they
  • 41:01 - 41:05
    worshiped Christ or
  • 41:05 - 41:08
    Jesus. They knew who he
  • 41:08 - 41:11
was. Who was he? He was the son of
  • 41:11 - 41:15
David. And we as Gentiles, believers, we
  • 41:15 - 41:18
often don't understand that. In my next
  • 41:18 - 41:22
lesson in the kingdom school, we are
  • 41:22 - 41:25
going to look at Jesus as more as as
  • 41:25 - 41:29
what it means with him as the king. We
  • 41:29 - 41:31
often don't look we we look at Jesus as
  • 41:31 - 41:32
the savior. Oh, he's the savior. No,
  • 41:32 - 41:35
he's the king. Yeah, but he's the
  • 41:35 - 41:37
    savior. Yeah, but he's the
  • 41:37 - 41:41
king. He's the king. He's it's not just
  • 41:41 - 41:44
the savior who will save us from hell so
  • 41:44 - 41:48
we can go to heaven. We preach salvation
  • 41:48 - 41:50
heaven and hell and there's no talk
  • 41:50 - 41:54
about the kingdom. But Jesus is the
  • 41:54 - 41:57
king where we can be born again and come
  • 41:57 - 42:01
enter into his kingdom. Your kingdom
  • 42:01 - 42:04
come. Your will be done here on earth.
  • 42:04 - 42:06
He's the king. He was foretold to be a
  • 42:06 - 42:10
king. He was born as a king. He
  • 42:10 - 42:14
was worshiped as a king. He was crowned
  • 42:14 - 42:15
    as a king with
  • 42:15 - 42:19
thorns. He was he died as a king. He
  • 42:19 - 42:22
rose up as a king and he will return as
  • 42:22 - 42:26
a king. Jesus is the king. And you
  • 42:26 - 42:28
cannot say that Jesus is the king
  • 42:28 - 42:31
without going back to the kingdom and
  • 42:31 - 42:33
back to and back to David because the
  • 42:33 - 42:36
Bible onto David there was no talk about
  • 42:36 - 42:39
a kingdom. It was about a nation. It was
  • 42:39 - 42:41
about a people. It was about Abraham and
  • 42:41 - 42:44
what we have looked at onto now. So next
  • 42:44 - 42:47
time I'm going to look at David as in
  • 42:47 - 42:50
Jesus as a king. And and when you see
  • 42:50 - 42:52
that like the rock of David we talked
  • 42:52 - 42:55
about last time the covenant of David we
  • 42:55 - 42:57
are going to look at this time and then
  • 42:57 - 42:59
they teach as the king we're going to
  • 42:59 - 43:01
look at next time and this time next
  • 43:01 - 43:03
    time it's it's it's just beautiful it's
  • 43:03 - 43:05
it's just beautiful when it all come
  • 43:05 - 43:08
together. We want to do a a break now at
  • 43:08 - 43:10
this time here. We have a small break
  • 43:10 - 43:13
here and after the break we will go in
  • 43:13 - 43:17
and and look at at what pre Peter really
  • 43:17 - 43:19
    preached on
  • 43:19 - 43:21
Pentecost and why they were cut to the
  • 43:21 - 43:23
heart and and you're going to see again
  • 43:23 - 43:26
it leads to David and then I'll end up
  • 43:26 - 43:28
and and again why is this important for
  • 43:28 - 43:31
us? Why do we need this? Because we love
  • 43:31 - 43:34
Jesus and we want to know who Jesus is.
  • 43:34 - 43:37
We want to know what he he came to do
  • 43:37 - 43:39
first time and we want to know what he's
  • 43:39 - 43:41
going to come back and do next time. We
  • 43:41 - 43:44
want to be ready prepared so when he
  • 43:44 - 43:48
come we know what it is otherwise we
  • 43:48 - 43:50
will not survive this journey and and be
  • 43:50 - 43:54
a faithful servant and be ready. So uh
  • 43:54 - 43:58
    see you after the break.
  • 44:04 - 44:08
    [Music]
  • 44:08 - 44:10
We are back again here and we are going
  • 44:10 - 44:14
to look at Peter's sermon at Pentecost.
  • 44:14 - 44:18
And you know I'm a preacher. I have been
  • 44:18 - 44:20
reading the Bible and preacher of the
  • 44:20 - 44:23
Bible many many many years now soon
  • 44:23 - 44:29
going on 30 years with God. and and Acts
  • 44:29 - 44:34
2, I read it so many times. Uh I've been
  • 44:34 - 44:37
preaching out of it, but again in jail
  • 44:37 - 44:39
when when I really understood David and
  • 44:39 - 44:42
the kingdom, it it just and understood
  • 44:42 - 44:44
    the
  • 44:44 - 44:47
context. We we are in the context now of
  • 44:47 - 44:48
    of
  • 44:48 - 44:51
Pentecost. The Jews all over the world
  • 44:51 - 44:54
came to celebrate Sud, the giving of the
  • 44:54 - 44:55
    law
  • 44:55 - 44:57
uh and the first fruit. And that was
  • 44:57 - 45:00
where the Holy Spirit was poured out.
  • 45:00 - 45:03
And and and there was Jews who was still
  • 45:03 - 45:07
waiting the Messiah, the Savior, the
  • 45:07 - 45:10
one, the son of David, the kingdom of
  • 45:10 - 45:12
Israel. They were waiting for this
  • 45:12 - 45:16
moment to come. And and that was why
  • 45:16 - 45:18
Peter was preaching what he was
  • 45:18 - 45:19
preaching. And that was why they were
  • 45:19 - 45:21
caught to the heart. And we're going to
  • 45:21 - 45:23
    look at that. So Acts
  • 45:23 - 45:26
2:22 and and and I like the boldness
  • 45:26 - 45:28
Peter have. That is what happened when
  • 45:28 - 45:30
the Holy Spirit is really coming. Fellow
  • 45:30 - 45:35
Israeli listen to me. Jesus of Nazareth
  • 45:35 - 45:39
was a man accredited by God to you by
  • 45:39 - 45:42
miracles, wonder and signs which God did
  • 45:42 - 45:45
amongst you through him as you yourself
  • 45:45 - 45:49
    know. This man was handed
  • 45:49 - 45:52
over to you by God's plan and
  • 45:52 - 45:55
fornowledge and you with help of wicked
  • 45:55 - 45:58
man put him to death by nailing him to
  • 45:58 - 46:00
the cross. So he's like just going
  • 46:00 - 46:02
through it. This is Jesus what he did.
  • 46:02 - 46:06
You know it and you crucified him. God
  • 46:06 - 46:09
    God raised him from the
  • 46:09 - 46:12
dead freeing him from the agony of death
  • 46:12 - 46:15
because it was impossible for death to
  • 46:15 - 46:20
keep it hold on him and he move on and
  • 46:20 - 46:23
who how do he move on he move on with
  • 46:23 - 46:28
David said about him so try to see this
  • 46:28 - 46:31
here Peter is preaching Jesus came with
  • 46:31 - 46:32
    signs and
  • 46:32 - 46:37
wonders you crucify ied him. But death
  • 46:37 - 46:40
could not hold him. Why? Because David
  • 46:40 - 46:41
    said about
  • 46:41 - 46:46
him. But did David speak about Jesus?
  • 46:46 - 46:49
    Yes. The David spoke about
  • 46:49 - 46:52
Jesus. It's all about Jesus. All point
  • 46:52 - 46:55
to him. David said about Jesus. David
  • 46:55 - 46:59
said about him, "I saw the Lord always
  • 46:59 - 47:04
before me. Because he is at my right
  • 47:04 - 47:07
hand, I will not be shaken. Therefore,
  • 47:07 - 47:10
my heart is glad and my tongues
  • 47:10 - 47:15
rejoice. My body also will rest in hope
  • 47:15 - 47:17
    because you will
  • 47:17 - 47:22
not abandon me to the round of the dead.
  • 47:22 - 47:26
You will not let your holy one see the
  • 47:26 - 47:30
    clay. He's actually
  • 47:30 - 47:33
quoting a psalm here. This is what let's
  • 47:33 - 47:36
say like that. David said this. This is
  • 47:36 - 47:39
what Peter said. And he's quoting Psalm
  • 47:39 - 47:42
    16. So David said this, "My heart be
  • 47:42 - 47:45
glad and my tongue rejoice. My body also
  • 47:45 - 47:48
will rest in sure because you will not
  • 47:48 - 47:50
abandon me to the round of the dead nor
  • 47:50 - 47:53
you will let your faithful one see the
  • 47:53 - 47:55
    clay decllay. This is
  • 47:55 - 47:59
what David said. Psalm 16. And that was
  • 47:59 - 48:02
what Peter quoted when he said David
  • 48:02 - 48:04
    said. And he continues, "Fellow
  • 48:04 - 48:08
Israelite, I can tell you confidently
  • 48:08 - 48:13
that the patriarch David died and was
  • 48:13 - 48:16
buried. And his tomb is here with us
  • 48:16 - 48:18
today." And I've seen the tomb of David
  • 48:18 - 48:23
in Jerusalem. He was a prophet and
  • 48:23 - 48:27
known and knew that God have promised
  • 48:27 - 48:32
him on a oath that he will place one of
  • 48:32 - 48:35
    his descendants on his
  • 48:35 - 48:39
throne. Seeing what was to come, he
  • 48:39 - 48:42
spoke of the resurrection of the
  • 48:42 - 48:45
Messiah. So when David spoke what we
  • 48:45 - 48:49
    read here, Psalm
  • 48:49 - 48:53
    16, he he spoke, he
  • 48:53 - 48:56
prophesied not just about himself. It's
  • 48:56 - 48:58
not about himself. Why? Because he's
  • 48:58 - 49:00
    dead and
  • 49:00 - 49:04
buried. David's body saw the clay. David
  • 49:04 - 49:07
died and his tomb is with us today. But
  • 49:07 - 49:10
when he spoke Psalm 16, what did he do?
  • 49:10 - 49:13
    He saw in the future
  • 49:13 - 49:17
Christ. He spoke about not himself but
  • 49:17 - 49:20
the son of him the offspring of him
  • 49:20 - 49:24
Christ the one who will not see the
  • 49:24 - 49:28
clay. He spoke about the Messiah that he
  • 49:28 - 49:31
was not abandoned in the round of the
  • 49:31 - 49:34
dead or his body will see the clay. God
  • 49:34 - 49:37
have raised this Jesus to life and we
  • 49:37 - 49:44
are witness of this. So so he he he he
  • 49:44 - 49:48
preached the gospel to them but he do
  • 49:48 - 49:50
not just start and say hey Jesus died on
  • 49:50 - 49:52
a cross and he rose up again. He points
  • 49:52 - 49:57
back to David and say that Jesus is the
  • 49:57 - 50:02
one David spoke about when he said Psalm
  • 50:02 - 50:04
    16. a psalm they all knew. They were
  • 50:04 - 50:07
singing Psalm 16. They knew it. They
  • 50:07 - 50:09
    grew up with Psalm
  • 50:09 - 50:12
    16. And suddenly they understood that
  • 50:12 - 50:14
whoa Jesus is the one. David were not
  • 50:14 - 50:17
speaking about himself because he's dead
  • 50:17 - 50:19
and buried this day. But Jesus was the
  • 50:19 - 50:22
    one who rose up
  • 50:22 - 50:26
again. And then he continue exalted him
  • 50:26 - 50:30
to the right hand of God.
  • 50:30 - 50:33
He has received from God the promise of
  • 50:33 - 50:36
the Holy Spirit and has poured out what
  • 50:36 - 50:38
you now see and hear. And then we read,
  • 50:38 - 50:41
"For David did not ascend to
  • 50:41 - 50:45
heaven." And yet he said, "The Lord said
  • 50:45 - 50:49
to my Lord, sit on my right hand until I
  • 50:49 - 50:53
make your enemy a foot stool for my
  • 50:53 - 50:56
feet." Again, he's quoting the Psalms.
  • 50:56 - 51:00
But David was not the one who went to
  • 51:00 - 51:03
heaven. David is not the one who sit on
  • 51:03 - 51:05
    the right hand of
  • 51:05 - 51:10
God waiting until the enemies is a
  • 51:10 - 51:12
    foottool for
  • 51:12 - 51:16
defeat. David is not the one but Jesus
  • 51:16 - 51:19
is the one. Jesus is the one who is
  • 51:19 - 51:21
sitting on the right hand of God and
  • 51:21 - 51:25
he's waiting because one day the enemies
  • 51:25 - 51:28
will be like a foottool under his feet.
  • 51:28 - 51:31
He will come and he will reign and he
  • 51:31 - 51:33
will rule and he will destroy every
  • 51:33 - 51:35
other kingdom and he will set up the
  • 51:35 - 51:38
kingdom of Israel here on earth at it is
  • 51:38 - 51:41
promised. So he read this is what he's
  • 51:41 - 51:43
saying. Therefore, let all Israel be
  • 51:43 - 51:45
assured of this. God have made this
  • 51:45 - 51:49
Jesus whom you crucified both Lord and
  • 51:49 - 51:52
    Messiah, King and
  • 51:52 - 51:55
Savior. So they heard this and and and
  • 51:55 - 51:57
one of the things you know that they
  • 51:57 - 52:01
heard was this again, sit on my right
  • 52:01 - 52:04
hand until I make the enemies a foot on
  • 52:04 - 52:06
a foottool on your feet. This is very
  • 52:06 - 52:10
very important. This is Psalm 110.
  • 52:10 - 52:13
So in Peter's preaching he pre he start
  • 52:13 - 52:17
with Psalm 16 and then he go to Psalm
  • 52:17 - 52:21
110 a psalm of David and and what what
  • 52:21 - 52:25
is 110? What do you read here? The Lord
  • 52:25 - 52:28
says to my Lord sit on my right hand
  • 52:28 - 52:31
until I make your enemy a foottool for
  • 52:31 - 52:34
    your feet.
  • 52:34 - 52:38
Again, the Lord said to my Lord, the
  • 52:38 - 52:41
word Lord, one of the Lords here is
  • 52:41 - 52:44
Lord, but the other Lord here is Jehovah
  • 52:44 - 52:50
is Yah Yahweh is God. So, so the Lord
  • 52:50 - 52:51
    that is
  • 52:51 - 52:58
Yahweh Yahwh Jehovah Yahweh said to my
  • 52:58 - 53:04
Lord Jesus, "Sit at my right hand until
  • 53:04 - 53:08
I make your enemies a foot stool for
  • 53:08 - 53:10
your feet." Where is Jesus right now?
  • 53:10 - 53:13
He's sitting on the right hand of God.
  • 53:13 - 53:15
What is going to happen soon? God is
  • 53:15 - 53:19
going to make all the enemies a foottool
  • 53:19 - 53:22
for the feet of Jesus Christ. He will be
  • 53:22 - 53:25
kings of kings, lords of lord. He's not
  • 53:25 - 53:28
just a child born in Bethlehem anymore.
  • 53:28 - 53:32
He is the king who will come back in
  • 53:32 - 53:35
dominion in the clouds, destroy all
  • 53:35 - 53:37
other kingdoms, and set up a everlasting
  • 53:37 - 53:40
    kingdom here on earth.
  • 53:40 - 53:44
The Lord will extend your mighty scepter
  • 53:44 - 53:49
from Zion that is Jerusalem saying rule
  • 53:49 - 53:52
in the midst of your enemies. This is
  • 53:52 - 53:55
talking about the day of the Lord. It's
  • 53:55 - 53:57
talking about the return of our Lord
  • 53:57 - 54:01
Jesus Christ. And he continues where
  • 54:01 - 54:03
where he said this in the same psalm.
  • 54:03 - 54:07
The Lord is at your right hand. He will
  • 54:07 - 54:13
cross kings on the day of his
  • 54:13 - 54:16
wrath. He will judge the nation, heaping
  • 54:16 - 54:20
up the dead and crossing the rulers of
  • 54:20 - 54:24
the whole earth. That was what they what
  • 54:24 - 54:28
he preached. That was what he quoted. He
  • 54:28 - 54:34
was quoting two Psalms of David, 16 and
  • 54:34 - 54:37
    110.
  • 54:38 - 54:40
    And then we
  • 54:40 - 54:45
    read when the people heard
  • 54:45 - 54:47
    this, heard
  • 54:47 - 54:50
    what? Heard
  • 54:50 - 54:53
this. Sit on the right hand. I make your
  • 54:53 - 54:56
enemies on the foot stool or make your
  • 54:56 - 54:59
enemy as a foottool under your feet.
  • 54:59 - 55:02
That he will rule in the midst of the
  • 55:02 - 55:04
enemies. That there will be a day of
  • 55:04 - 55:07
wrath. that he will judge the nations.
  • 55:07 - 55:11
    When the people heard
  • 55:12 - 55:15
this, they were caught to the heart. Why
  • 55:15 - 55:17
were they caught to the heart? Because
  • 55:17 - 55:18
they understood that they have just
  • 55:18 - 55:21
    crucified the
  • 55:21 - 55:24
one. They have crucified that one. They
  • 55:24 - 55:28
have and or this is the one God spoke
  • 55:28 - 55:32
about. This is the one who is right now
  • 55:32 - 55:36
sitting at God's right hand, but the one
  • 55:36 - 55:38
    who will come back
  • 55:38 - 55:42
soon in the day of wrath, in the day of
  • 55:42 - 55:45
the Lord, and he will let the scepter go
  • 55:45 - 55:47
out all over the world and he will cross
  • 55:47 - 55:49
the nation and he will sing of the
  • 55:49 - 55:52
kingdom of David and he will rule with
  • 55:52 - 55:56
justice and righteousness. He is the one
  • 55:56 - 55:59
    that will judge all
  • 55:59 - 56:03
    people. When they heard
  • 56:03 - 56:06
    this, what have we
  • 56:06 - 56:09
done? We have killed the Messiah. We
  • 56:09 - 56:12
have killed the one, the one who will
  • 56:12 - 56:13
    judge
  • 56:13 - 56:17
us. When they heard this, they were cut
  • 56:17 - 56:20
    to their
  • 56:20 - 56:23
heart. Jesus is the one. He's coming
  • 56:23 - 56:27
back soon. And they said, "What shall we
  • 56:27 - 56:30
do?" And then Peter said, "Repent and be
  • 56:30 - 56:33
baptized, every one of you, in the name
  • 56:33 - 56:35
of Lord Jesus for the forgiveness of
  • 56:35 - 56:36
your sins, and you shall receive the
  • 56:36 - 56:38
Holy Spirit, the gift of the Holy
  • 56:38 - 56:40
    Spirit." I've been preaching these
  • 56:40 - 56:43
    verses hund thousand of
  • 56:43 - 56:46
times. Often they don't don't go a week
  • 56:46 - 56:48
    between me quoting
  • 56:48 - 56:51
this, but I never really understood the
  • 56:51 - 56:54
context of it. When they heard
  • 56:54 - 56:57
    this Psalm
  • 56:57 - 56:59
    110, Psalm
  • 56:59 - 57:02
16, he is the one, the son of
  • 57:02 - 57:05
David. Of course, today if you go out on
  • 57:05 - 57:06
    the
  • 57:06 - 57:09
street in a different context and quote
  • 57:09 - 57:13
some Psalm 110, oh, the Lord said to my
  • 57:13 - 57:15
Lord, sit on the right hand until I put
  • 57:15 - 57:18
the on enemy under a foottool. Put the
  • 57:18 - 57:20
enemy as a foottool under your feet.
  • 57:20 - 57:22
People were not like be caught to the
  • 57:22 - 57:25
heart but they were caught to the heart
  • 57:25 - 57:27
because they have the understanding they
  • 57:27 - 57:30
understood what it is and I want to say
  • 57:30 - 57:32
everyone who understand this will be
  • 57:32 - 57:34
    caught to the
  • 57:34 - 57:38
heart. I would say as a Jew who come to
  • 57:38 - 57:42
faith, I think when they hear some when
  • 57:42 - 57:46
they know that Jesus is the one, the son
  • 57:46 - 57:49
of David, when their eyes are open,
  • 57:49 - 57:51
suddenly all pieces would fall in place
  • 57:51 - 57:54
and they'll be cut to the heart and they
  • 57:54 - 57:56
will just have a foundation that so
  • 57:56 - 57:59
deep. We as Gentiles, it would be a
  • 57:59 - 58:02
different order. I think us we will hear
  • 58:02 - 58:04
we have sinned Jesus the savior we need
  • 58:04 - 58:06
to be born again and we can hear the
  • 58:06 - 58:08
gospel still in a way where we are cut
  • 58:08 - 58:11
to the heart but for many of us we first
  • 58:11 - 58:14
repent we are baptized in the name of
  • 58:14 - 58:15
Jesus for the forgiven receive the holy
  • 58:15 - 58:18
spirit and then the holy spirit start to
  • 58:18 - 58:21
teach us the whole truth and maybe this
  • 58:21 - 58:23
cut into the heart in connection with
  • 58:23 - 58:27
psalm 110 come later in our life I know
  • 58:27 - 58:29
with me when I came to faith I did not
  • 58:29 - 58:31
understand all of this. I understood I
  • 58:31 - 58:32
was sinner. I understood I need
  • 58:32 - 58:35
forgiveness. I repented. God, he he
  • 58:35 - 58:38
changed my life. I got baptized. I got
  • 58:38 - 58:39
filled with the Holy Spirit. But
  • 58:39 - 58:43
according to my heart first came later
  • 58:43 - 58:45
later in my life, the Holy Spirit really
  • 58:45 - 58:48
reveals sin. And I would say according
  • 58:48 - 58:51
to the heart is is still coming. So, I'm
  • 58:51 - 58:55
not saying that that we need to preach
  • 58:55 - 58:58
exactly the same as Peter did in Acts
  • 58:58 - 59:00
two to Gentiles because they don't know
  • 59:00 - 59:03
anything about David. We can lead people
  • 59:03 - 59:06
to God without this in the beginning,
  • 59:06 - 59:09
but then we need to preach it. They need
  • 59:09 - 59:11
to have this foundation. It's part of
  • 59:11 - 59:14
the teaching. Yeah, they can know about
  • 59:14 - 59:17
Jesus. is a savior and he's the son of
  • 59:17 - 59:18
    god
  • 59:18 - 59:22
and born of a virgin and people need to
  • 59:22 - 59:23
repent and be baptized receive the holy
  • 59:23 - 59:25
spirit and they can come to faith and
  • 59:25 - 59:26
they can re be baptized they can receive
  • 59:26 - 59:29
the holy spirit without knowing what I
  • 59:29 - 59:31
was preaching here but then when they
  • 59:31 - 59:33
    have come to
  • 59:33 - 59:36
faith we need to continue preaching the
  • 59:36 - 59:38
gospel we need to continue preach the
  • 59:38 - 59:40
gospel of the kingdom they need to
  • 59:40 - 59:41
    understand
  • 59:41 - 59:45
this because this is the foundation
  • 59:45 - 59:47
is deeper than hey a child is born in
  • 59:47 - 59:49
Bethlehem but who is that child he will
  • 59:49 - 59:51
come back on the clouds but what do that
  • 59:51 - 59:54
mean so so I don't say everyone needs to
  • 59:54 - 59:56
change everything I preach but try to
  • 59:56 - 60:00
get as much in as you can but for some
  • 60:00 - 60:02
people they never heard this before and
  • 60:02 - 60:05
we still need to keep it simple so this
  • 60:05 - 60:08
is why they are caught to the heart they
  • 60:08 - 60:10
understood that Jesus is the rock of
  • 60:10 - 60:13
David who will cross all kingdoms as we
  • 60:13 - 60:16
saw for last time and set up the kingdom
  • 60:16 - 60:19
of God here on earth. And we need to be
  • 60:19 - 60:23
born again or we cannot first see that
  • 60:23 - 60:25
kingdom and later enter into that
  • 60:25 - 60:30
kingdom. This is the gospel of the
  • 60:30 - 60:35
kingom. I want to read one more text
  • 60:35 - 60:37
    from my book here 412
  • 60:37 - 60:40
days. when I was in jail and all of this
  • 60:40 - 60:43
was exploding me and and it really I got
  • 60:43 - 60:46
caught to the heart in in a way like I
  • 60:46 - 60:48
had the Holy Spirit already. I was born
  • 60:48 - 60:50
again. I have it all. But when I
  • 60:50 - 60:53
understood it, it just it just went so
  • 60:53 - 60:55
much deeper than I've ever experienced
  • 60:55 - 60:58
    before. I'm like, "Wow, I I didn't know
  • 60:58 - 61:01
that about my Lord and Savior." Not not
  • 61:01 - 61:04
in this way. Now, now I start to see
  • 61:04 - 61:06
    more. I understand
  • 61:06 - 61:09
more. And it really exploded in me as I
  • 61:09 - 61:10
    said
  • 61:10 - 61:14
before. But I also want to say I I in
  • 61:14 - 61:16
jail I got a prophetic word. God spoke
  • 61:16 - 61:18
    to me a very strong
  • 61:18 - 61:22
word about revival and what he want to
  • 61:22 - 61:25
do. And we looked at some of it. He want
  • 61:25 - 61:27
to one of the things he wants to do he
  • 61:27 - 61:31
want to restore the gospel back to the
  • 61:31 - 61:34
church. Restore the gospel. And and that
  • 61:34 - 61:36
is my heart. And you who know me, you
  • 61:36 - 61:38
know I love the gospel. I I love the
  • 61:38 - 61:41
gospel. I love the cross. Jesus died. He
  • 61:41 - 61:43
got buried. He rose up again. Now we
  • 61:43 - 61:45
need to die to sin. We need to be buried
  • 61:45 - 61:47
in the water and we need to rise up in
  • 61:47 - 61:49
the power of the Holy Spirit. I love the
  • 61:49 - 61:51
gospel. Hey, you need to repent and be
  • 61:51 - 61:54
baptized and receive the Holy Spirit. I
  • 61:54 - 61:56
love the gospel. I I love it. I I love
  • 61:56 - 61:59
to talk about Jesus. And I've seen many
  • 61:59 - 62:01
many people born again. I'm so thankful
  • 62:01 - 62:04
for that. And I know the gospel. I know
  • 62:04 - 62:06
the gospel. I've been preaching. I've
  • 62:06 - 62:08
been starting it. I I know the gospel.
  • 62:08 - 62:10
    I'm I'm I have a foundation. I I know
  • 62:10 - 62:13
what the gospel is about. But what
  • 62:13 - 62:14
    happened was
  • 62:14 - 62:17
that when I got the prophetic word, it
  • 62:17 - 62:19
    was around day
  • 62:19 - 62:21
    100. I prayed every day, God, you want
  • 62:21 - 62:23
to restore the gospel back to the
  • 62:23 - 62:24
church. Restore the gospel back to the
  • 62:24 - 62:27
church. Because I I'm I'm sad in my
  • 62:27 - 62:29
heart that pre people are just
  • 62:29 - 62:31
preaching. Oh, ask Jesus into a heart of
  • 62:31 - 62:33
    sinners prayer without repentance or
  • 62:33 - 62:36
baptism just a symbol or or the Holy
  • 62:36 - 62:39
Spirit is only for a few. I'm sad in my
  • 62:39 - 62:40
heart over so many people in the church
  • 62:40 - 62:42
who don't know the gospel of Christ who
  • 62:42 - 62:44
    is not born
  • 62:44 - 62:46
again. They think they will enter one
  • 62:46 - 62:47
    day but they will
  • 62:47 - 62:50
not. And I was praying daily, God, the
  • 62:50 - 62:52
gospel, the gospel, bring the gospel
  • 62:52 - 62:54
back to church. bring the gospel back to
  • 62:54 - 62:56
church. Bring the gospel back to church.
  • 62:56 - 62:59
But then as all of this was going on,
  • 62:59 - 63:01
    one day God
  • 63:01 - 63:03
    spoke about the
  • 63:03 - 63:07
gospel of the kingdom. Listen here. I
  • 63:07 - 63:10
cried to God. Oh God, we need this so
  • 63:10 - 63:12
much. And there I'm talking about the
  • 63:12 - 63:13
king, the gospel back to the church. The
  • 63:13 - 63:15
gospel, God, people need to be born
  • 63:15 - 63:17
again. We need this so much. We need it,
  • 63:17 - 63:21
God. We need it all, God. God, we need
  • 63:21 - 63:24
the gospel to come back to the church.
  • 63:24 - 63:26
People need to be born again and set
  • 63:26 - 63:29
free from their sins. Many are deceived.
  • 63:29 - 63:31
They are still in their sins. They are
  • 63:31 - 63:34
not free. They need the gospel. So that
  • 63:34 - 63:36
was my prayer and I'm reading from my
  • 63:36 - 63:42
book here. and then amidst my prayer for
  • 63:42 - 63:45
the church and that the gospel will come
  • 63:45 - 63:47
    back to it
  • 63:47 - 63:51
suddenly suddenly like lightning it came
  • 63:51 - 63:56
to me God spoke to me God told
  • 63:56 - 64:00
him this is the gospel he said this word
  • 64:00 - 64:02
    this is the
  • 64:02 - 64:06
gospel I want you to help restore back
  • 64:06 - 64:08
    to the
  • 64:08 - 64:12
And this is why I needed to bring you
  • 64:12 - 64:16
here to reveal this gospel to you. And
  • 64:16 - 64:21
then it came those words, the gospel of
  • 64:21 - 64:22
    the
  • 64:22 - 64:26
kingdom. And I continue reading. I will
  • 64:26 - 64:28
    never forget when he
  • 64:28 - 64:33
said, "This is the gospel, the gospel of
  • 64:33 - 64:35
    the kingdom.
  • 64:35 - 64:38
This is what I have been learning the
  • 64:38 - 64:41
last few weeks and month. This is what
  • 64:41 - 64:44
I've been sharing with the inmates. This
  • 64:44 - 64:48
is the gospel that have been lost in the
  • 64:48 - 64:51
    church. Repentance, baptism, water, and
  • 64:51 - 64:53
receiving the Holy Spirit is the proper
  • 64:53 - 64:57
response and what we must do to enter
  • 64:57 - 64:59
    into his kingdom.
  • 64:59 - 65:01
I saw that I often have been preaching
  • 65:01 - 65:03
the gospel, the good news, without
  • 65:03 - 65:06
    preaching the
  • 65:07 - 65:11
kingdom. As I saw so clearly in that
  • 65:11 - 65:14
moment that God wanted me to help
  • 65:14 - 65:17
restore the gospel of the kingdom back
  • 65:17 - 65:21
to the church, the gospel of his kingdom
  • 65:21 - 65:25
that one day will come. This is what he
  • 65:25 - 65:28
    promised Abraham and David and
  • 65:28 - 65:32
throughout the whole Bible. It just
  • 65:32 - 65:35
exploded in me. It was like, God, the
  • 65:35 - 65:37
    gospel, the gospel, the
  • 65:37 - 65:40
gospel. God, you want to restore the
  • 65:40 - 65:43
gospel back to the church. And then it
  • 65:43 - 65:45
was almost like when I was praying, God,
  • 65:45 - 65:48
you want to restore the gospel of the
  • 65:48 - 65:50
    kingom.
  • 65:50 - 65:54
It just those word the gospel and then
  • 65:54 - 65:57
the words were like of the
  • 65:57 - 66:00
kingdom. This is the gospel. Not that
  • 66:00 - 66:03
gospel without the kingdom or that
  • 66:03 - 66:05
gospel or that gospel. That gospel.
  • 66:05 - 66:08
There's many gospels. But this gospel,
  • 66:08 - 66:10
the gospel of the kingdom, Jesus the
  • 66:10 - 66:12
Messiah, the son of David, the son of
  • 66:12 - 66:16
Abraham, the kingdom of God. Come on. It
  • 66:16 - 66:21
just exploded in me like I never ever
  • 66:21 - 66:23
    experienced anything before. And that's
  • 66:23 - 66:26
why this this book is called 412 days
  • 66:26 - 66:28
persecuted for Christ. A journey of
  • 66:28 - 66:31
hope, freedom and revival. The hope is
  • 66:31 - 66:34
related to the kingdom. The freedom came
  • 66:34 - 66:36
    with understanding the kingdom. Revival
  • 66:36 - 66:38
had to do with the kingdom also. And the
  • 66:38 - 66:40
    next book is going
  • 66:40 - 66:44
to call the kingdom book and we are
  • 66:44 - 66:46
working on that right now. So, so this
  • 66:46 - 66:49
is the thing as I've said it before. So,
  • 66:49 - 66:51
    why
  • 66:51 - 66:53
    repent? Because the kingdom is
  • 66:53 - 66:57
near. Why be born again of water and
  • 66:57 - 67:01
spirit to one day enter into this
  • 67:01 - 67:04
kingdom? Why live holy? Because one day
  • 67:04 - 67:06
Christ will return. He's sitting on the
  • 67:06 - 67:09
right hand on God waiting for that day.
  • 67:09 - 67:13
And he will return for his bride, us who
  • 67:13 - 67:15
    are ready, the
  • 67:15 - 67:17
church. Why lead other people to
  • 67:17 - 67:19
    righteousness? Because he have his
  • 67:19 - 67:21
    reward with
  • 67:21 - 67:25
    him. The answer is is
  • 67:25 - 67:29
is more than just because we need
  • 67:29 - 67:32
to. Why lead other people to
  • 67:32 - 67:34
righteousness? Well, I've always had a
  • 67:34 - 67:36
longing for that. But as shown before,
  • 67:36 - 67:38
Daniel 7 is saying this. I never thought
  • 67:38 - 67:39
    about this before.
  • 67:39 - 67:42
The multitude who sleep in the dust of
  • 67:42 - 67:44
the earth will awake. Some to
  • 67:44 - 67:46
everlasting life and some to shame and
  • 67:46 - 67:48
everlasting condemn. When is that? We
  • 67:48 - 67:51
talking about the the the day of the
  • 67:51 - 67:53
Lord, the return of our Lord Jesus. We
  • 67:53 - 67:55
also talking about the great white
  • 67:55 - 67:56
throne. We talking about the judgment.
  • 67:56 - 67:57
We are talking about the last few
  • 67:57 - 67:59
    chapters in
  • 67:59 - 68:01
Revelation. Those who are wise will
  • 68:01 - 68:03
shine like the brightness of the
  • 68:03 - 68:06
heavens. And those who lead many to
  • 68:06 - 68:10
righteousness like the stars forever and
  • 68:10 - 68:13
ever. Those who are wise will shine like
  • 68:13 - 68:14
    the
  • 68:14 - 68:17
brightness of heavens. What do you mean
  • 68:17 - 68:19
shine like the brightness of heaven and
  • 68:19 - 68:21
    those who leave many
  • 68:21 - 68:25
will shine like the stars forever? Paul
  • 68:25 - 68:28
he said this when he talking about the
  • 68:28 - 68:31
resurrection. He said not all flesh are
  • 68:31 - 68:34
the same. People have one kind of flesh,
  • 68:34 - 68:37
animals have another, birds another, and
  • 68:37 - 68:39
fish another. So every species have
  • 68:39 - 68:43
different flesh. There are also heavenly
  • 68:43 - 68:46
bodies and they have earthly bodies. But
  • 68:46 - 68:49
the splendor of the heavenly bodies is
  • 68:49 - 68:51
one kind and the splendor of the earthly
  • 68:51 - 68:53
body is another kind. So there's
  • 68:53 - 68:56
    different splendor of different bodies.
  • 68:56 - 68:58
And the sun have one kind of splendor
  • 68:58 - 69:03
and the moon another and the stars. So
  • 69:03 - 69:06
will it be with the resurrection of the
  • 69:06 - 69:08
dead. There will be different kind of
  • 69:08 - 69:10
splendor. The moon have one. The sun
  • 69:10 - 69:12
have one. The sh star stars have
  • 69:12 - 69:16
different. The body that sown is parable
  • 69:16 - 69:19
is raised in parable. Is sorn with
  • 69:19 - 69:22
dishonor is raised with glory. Is sorn
  • 69:22 - 69:24
in weakness is raised with power. Is
  • 69:24 - 69:25
sworn a natural body is raised a
  • 69:25 - 69:27
spiritual body. He's talking about this.
  • 69:27 - 69:29
    Listen
  • 69:29 - 69:32
here. The sun have one kind of splendor,
  • 69:32 - 69:34
    the moon another, and the
  • 69:34 - 69:37
stars have another, and the the the
  • 69:37 - 69:40
different kind of splendor. So it will
  • 69:40 - 69:43
be with the resurrection of the
  • 69:43 - 69:45
    dead. When
  • 69:45 - 69:50
Jesus on the mount of triigration, he
  • 69:50 - 69:54
pull away his body and he was shining.
  • 69:54 - 69:57
You saw Jesus' glory and he will one day
  • 69:57 - 70:00
return in that glory. That would
  • 70:00 - 70:04
be like the sun coming down and everyone
  • 70:04 - 70:07
will see him. The glory of Christ. When
  • 70:07 - 70:11
we are raised from the dead, we are not
  • 70:11 - 70:13
just getting a new earthly body. We are
  • 70:13 - 70:16
getting a heavenly body. And like
  • 70:16 - 70:18
there's different splendor from star to
  • 70:18 - 70:21
star. The same it will be for us. And we
  • 70:21 - 70:25
read that those who are wise, they will
  • 70:25 - 70:28
shine like the brightness of heavens,
  • 70:28 - 70:30
like the stars, there will be so much
  • 70:30 - 70:34
glory in this resurrection body. And
  • 70:34 - 70:36
those who lead many to righteousness
  • 70:36 - 70:38
will shine like the stars forever and
  • 70:38 - 70:42
ever. It is going to be so
  • 70:42 - 70:45
glorious. And and this is the thing. We
  • 70:45 - 70:48
are going to reign here on earth with
  • 70:48 - 70:50
Christ, but we are going to receive
  • 70:50 - 70:53
those who are faithful, our resurrection
  • 70:53 - 70:57
body, not this tent. We are saw in this
  • 70:57 - 71:00
tent in in dishonor, in weakness, but we
  • 71:00 - 71:04
are going to be raised up in strength,
  • 71:04 - 71:08
in glory, in power. And and when you
  • 71:08 - 71:10
    understand all of this, it
  • 71:10 - 71:13
    just change you.
  • 71:13 - 71:16
you you let's read let's lead many
  • 71:16 - 71:19
    people to righteousness. Why? Because
  • 71:19 - 71:21
see I'm coming soon. I have my reward
  • 71:21 - 71:23
    with me. He
  • 71:23 - 71:26
says he will repay for everything we are
  • 71:26 - 71:29
done here on earth. We are living for
  • 71:29 - 71:34
that day. We are waiting for that
  • 71:34 - 71:36
day. But many Christians are not there.
  • 71:36 - 71:39
They are just don't understand who we
  • 71:39 - 71:42
are. Like like we read here, we are the
  • 71:42 - 71:44
people called out. We should not live
  • 71:44 - 71:46
like this world. We are called out. We
  • 71:46 - 71:49
should be a holy nation. We are in this
  • 71:49 - 71:52
world, but we are not of this world. And
  • 71:52 - 71:56
then we read, we are longing for a
  • 71:56 - 72:00
country that can be called our own like
  • 72:00 - 72:03
we read here in Hebrews. And this is the
  • 72:03 - 72:06
thing here when we read about the people
  • 72:06 - 72:09
in the Old Testament, the the Hebrews,
  • 72:09 - 72:12
    the Jewish people who was
  • 72:12 - 72:15
pilgrims, we are the same here. We read
  • 72:15 - 72:18
here that all of these people were still
  • 72:18 - 72:21
living in faith when they died. But they
  • 72:21 - 72:25
did not receive at that time what the
  • 72:25 - 72:28
the things promised. What is that? That
  • 72:28 - 72:30
is what we are going to read here. They
  • 72:30 - 72:33
only saw it and welcome it in the
  • 72:33 - 72:35
distance. That is when you are born
  • 72:35 - 72:38
again, you see the kingdom of God in the
  • 72:38 - 72:41
distance is out there. The heavenly
  • 72:41 - 72:44
Jerusalem. They were walking with that
  • 72:44 - 72:46
focus. But many of them died and did not
  • 72:46 - 72:48
see that day because that day have not
  • 72:48 - 72:50
arrived yet. Now they're sleeping in the
  • 72:50 - 72:53
dust. But when Jesus will return, they
  • 72:53 - 72:55
will rise up and they will receive it
  • 72:55 - 72:58
with us. They will not go before us.
  • 72:58 - 73:00
They will meet with us in the cloud in
  • 73:00 - 73:03
the in the sky and we will see our Lord
  • 73:03 - 73:07
Jesus together. So they saw it in the
  • 73:07 - 73:09
distance welcome it and they admitted
  • 73:09 - 73:11
that they are foreigner and strangers
  • 73:11 - 73:14
here on earth like we are today. People
  • 73:14 - 73:17
who say such thing shows that they are
  • 73:17 - 73:20
looking for a country of their own. And
  • 73:20 - 73:23
then we read on here if they'll be
  • 73:23 - 73:24
thinking of the country they have left
  • 73:24 - 73:27
they could have opportunity to return.
  • 73:27 - 73:29
Instead, they were longing for a better
  • 73:29 - 73:32
country. What is that? A heavenly one.
  • 73:32 - 73:34
Therefore, God is not ashamed to be
  • 73:34 - 73:36
called their God because he have been
  • 73:36 - 73:42
prepared a city for them. Are we Are
  • 73:43 - 73:47
you waiting for the kingdom? Are you
  • 73:47 - 73:49
longing for the kingdom? Are you longing
  • 73:49 - 73:51
for a time of rest from your enemies,
  • 73:51 - 73:53
for a country of your own? For all of
  • 73:53 - 73:55
this I've been talking about? because
  • 73:55 - 73:57
    it's it's all
  • 73:57 - 74:00
about the kingdom of God and and and
  • 74:00 - 74:03
    it's it's not just all
  • 74:03 - 74:06
about heaven in that sense. It's like
  • 74:06 - 74:08
heaven. No, it's the kingdom of God is
  • 74:08 - 74:10
the kingdom of Israel is the promise.
  • 74:10 - 74:12
Let's read some of those words in in
  • 74:12 - 74:14
Matthew 5. There's so many warnings in
  • 74:14 - 74:16
Matthew. There's so many warnings and
  • 74:16 - 74:19
notice these warnings. Different kind of
  • 74:19 - 74:22
warnings, but they all have one common
  • 74:22 - 74:25
    element. And what is that?
  • 74:25 - 74:30
the kingdom. So Matthew 5 Jesus say I
  • 74:30 - 74:32
    tell you unless your righteousness
  • 74:32 - 74:34
perceive that of the Pharisees and
  • 74:34 - 74:36
teacher of the law you will certainly
  • 74:36 - 74:40
    not enter the kingdom of
  • 74:40 - 74:42
heaven that's not a way to say the
  • 74:42 - 74:44
kingdom of God the kingdom of heaven you
  • 74:44 - 74:47
will not enter if your righteousness is
  • 74:47 - 74:51
not pro pre surpassing that of the
  • 74:51 - 74:53
    Pharisees he
  • 74:53 - 74:55
continues another place not everyone who
  • 74:55 - 74:58
say Lord Lord God to me will enter into
  • 74:58 - 75:00
the kingdom of heaven but only the one
  • 75:00 - 75:03
who does the will of my father who's in
  • 75:03 - 75:05
heaven. Another place truly I tell you
  • 75:05 - 75:08
unless you change and become like a
  • 75:08 - 75:10
little child you will never enter into
  • 75:10 - 75:13
the kingdom of heaven. Another place he
  • 75:13 - 75:15
said I tell you it is hard for someone
  • 75:15 - 75:19
who's rich to enter into the kingdom of
  • 75:19 - 75:22
heaven. He has warnings. The warnings is
  • 75:22 - 75:25
    if your righteousness is not
  • 75:25 - 75:27
pursuing surpassing this, you will not
  • 75:27 - 75:30
answer. It's not everyone who say Lord
  • 75:30 - 75:32
Lord if you don't become like a child
  • 75:32 - 75:34
and it's hard for a rich man. There's
  • 75:34 - 75:36
    warning, warning, warning, warning. But
  • 75:36 - 75:38
what is the coming element here? You
  • 75:38 - 75:40
will not enter the kingdom. You will not
  • 75:40 - 75:42
enter the kingdom. You will not enter
  • 75:42 - 75:43
the kingdom. You will not enter the
  • 75:43 - 75:47
kingdom. It's all about entering into
  • 75:47 - 75:50
that kingdom. We are born again and in
  • 75:50 - 75:53
in the new birth we see the kingdom in
  • 75:53 - 75:56
the distance. We welcome it. We see it
  • 75:56 - 75:59
like we read before but we are not
  • 75:59 - 76:02
there. And the people in the old days
  • 76:02 - 76:04
they died without really receiving it
  • 76:04 - 76:06
    that but they died in
  • 76:06 - 76:08
faith waiting for that day and they are
  • 76:08 - 76:10
now sleeping in the dust but one day
  • 76:10 - 76:12
    they'll be raised up with
  • 76:12 - 76:18
us. So so that is the thing we
  • 76:18 - 76:20
Are we living for that day? Are we
  • 76:20 - 76:22
living for the kingdom? Are we living
  • 76:22 - 76:23
    for the
  • 76:23 - 76:26
promise? Do we understand who Christ
  • 76:26 - 76:28
    really
  • 76:28 - 76:33
is? Let's end up here. The David of the
  • 76:33 - 76:35
    Davidic
  • 76:35 - 76:37
covenant that is to you and me. That was
  • 76:37 - 76:41
to David and his son, the son of David.
  • 76:41 - 76:43
And he's not Solomon's. What Saleommon
  • 76:43 - 76:46
built was a shadow and a picture of of
  • 76:46 - 76:47
    the real
  • 76:47 - 76:51
thing. What is the covenant about?
  • 76:51 - 76:54
Promise a place of rest from our
  • 76:54 - 76:57
enemies. Often you don't think about
  • 76:57 - 77:00
that so much. Oh, I don't need rest of
  • 77:00 - 77:02
my enemies. I'm living the good American
  • 77:02 - 77:04
    dream. I'm living a good
  • 77:04 - 77:06
life. But we are going to go through
  • 77:06 - 77:09
some very hard times in the future and
  • 77:09 - 77:11
we are going to be persecuted. When I
  • 77:11 - 77:13
    was in
  • 77:13 - 77:17
jail, it just sounds good. When I was in
  • 77:17 - 77:19
jail, that like rest from my enemies,
  • 77:19 - 77:22
    I'm like,
  • 77:22 - 77:26
"Oh, it really sounds good. It it it
  • 77:26 - 77:28
brought me joy." When I'm living a good
  • 77:28 - 77:30
American life and there's no problem,
  • 77:30 - 77:35
you don't long for a time where there's
  • 77:35 - 77:36
rest from the enemies. But when the
  • 77:36 - 77:38
enemy is standing at your door and
  • 77:38 - 77:40
knocking and they're p pursuing you and
  • 77:40 - 77:43
you are fighting with them, it's really
  • 77:43 - 77:46
good news. And I guarantee you the way
  • 77:46 - 77:49
the where we are going as a church, you
  • 77:49 - 77:52
want to understand this because when
  • 77:52 - 77:54
persecution come, you need to have this
  • 77:54 - 77:57
hope otherwise you will not endure. You
  • 77:57 - 77:59
need to know that this is just a short
  • 77:59 - 78:03
time of trials and testing. But one day,
  • 78:03 - 78:06
if I'm faithful to the end and endure,
  • 78:06 - 78:09
God will bring me the rest for my
  • 78:09 - 78:11
enemies. Because this is what promised
  • 78:11 - 78:13
to David. And that is the covenant. And
  • 78:13 - 78:17
that is what Jesus came with. He will
  • 78:17 - 78:20
    establish everlasting
  • 78:20 - 78:23
kingdom. That is also good news. raise
  • 78:23 - 78:26
up offspring and put all enemies under
  • 78:26 - 78:29
his foot and feed. God will be his
  • 78:29 - 78:32
father and he will be his son and he
  • 78:32 - 78:36
will cross all other kingdoms and he
  • 78:36 - 78:39
    will judge the
  • 78:40 - 78:43
    nations. It is so
  • 78:43 - 78:47
beautiful. Again, next lesson when we
  • 78:47 - 78:48
    talk about
  • 78:48 - 78:52
this put the enemies under his feet.
  • 78:52 - 78:54
Next lesson we're going to look at that
  • 78:54 - 78:57
Jesus when he rose up again he say I
  • 78:57 - 79:00
have all power in heaven and earth. So
  • 79:00 - 79:02
he came first time he took the power
  • 79:02 - 79:06
back. But what you need to understand is
  • 79:06 - 79:08
that Satan is still the prince of this
  • 79:08 - 79:11
world. Jesus is not ruling here right
  • 79:11 - 79:14
now. He's even not ruling from heaven
  • 79:14 - 79:16
right now. Look at this world. This is
  • 79:16 - 79:18
not a perfect world. But he have the
  • 79:18 - 79:21
authority and he giving us authority.
  • 79:21 - 79:24
But one day he will come down here say
  • 79:24 - 79:27
mine mine mine mine mine and he will sit
  • 79:27 - 79:29
up the throne here in the city of
  • 79:29 - 79:33
Jerusalem the de city the Zion and he
  • 79:33 - 79:36
will rule and we will rule and reign
  • 79:36 - 79:40
with him he have all authority it's been
  • 79:40 - 79:43
given to him but he's right now sitting
  • 79:43 - 79:46
at God's right hand and the enemy have
  • 79:46 - 79:51
not yet been put as an enemy under his
  • 79:51 - 79:55
feet but it is going to happen and that
  • 79:55 - 79:56
is what we are going to look at next
  • 79:56 - 79:59
time what it means to have authority and
  • 79:59 - 80:03
how it works so it goes like this all
  • 80:03 - 80:05
thing point to Jesus and there was the
  • 80:05 - 80:07
last word he said look I'm coming soon
  • 80:07 - 80:09
and I have my reward with me hallelujah
  • 80:09 - 80:13
I am the root and the offspring of
  • 80:13 - 80:17
David he's the source of David he's the
  • 80:17 - 80:19
creator he's the beginning of David and
  • 80:19 - 80:21
he's the son of David How can that be?
  • 80:21 - 80:24
Because he's both the beginning and the
  • 80:24 - 80:27
end. So this is what I wanted to share
  • 80:27 - 80:29
this time. I want to really encourage
  • 80:29 - 80:31
    you if this
  • 80:31 - 80:35
seems for me it's just life. Now when I
  • 80:35 - 80:39
started and and listen to all of this or
  • 80:39 - 80:41
read it in the Bible, there was a lot of
  • 80:41 - 80:43
things that I I didn't put it all
  • 80:43 - 80:46
together. But the more I go into it, the
  • 80:46 - 80:49
more clear I become. If you feel this is
  • 80:49 - 80:51
difficult to understand, go back and see
  • 80:51 - 80:54
lesson one again in the kingdom school.
  • 80:54 - 80:58
Go through it again from lesson 1 2 3 4
  • 80:58 - 81:01
    5. Go through all the lessons. I'm going
  • 81:01 - 81:03
to do the next lesson next time. Then we
  • 81:03 - 81:05
are going to have a break for two months
  • 81:05 - 81:07
because I'm going to travel. I'm going
  • 81:07 - 81:09
to Europe and do meetings in in
  • 81:09 - 81:12
different place in Europe in in do two
  • 81:12 - 81:14
months. Go back and see it all again.
  • 81:14 - 81:16
See all the lessons again. Take the
  • 81:16 - 81:18
Bible. Read about Abraham. Read about
  • 81:18 - 81:20
David. Get a foundation. Get your eyes
  • 81:20 - 81:23
on the heavenly city, the new Jerusalem,
  • 81:23 - 81:25
the day of the Lord, the day of wrath
  • 81:25 - 81:27
for some, but the day of reward for
  • 81:27 - 81:30
others. Be ready for that. Get that
  • 81:30 - 81:33
    understanding foundation. Why? Because
  • 81:33 - 81:36
then you will endure when the enemy
  • 81:36 - 81:38
comes after you. You will stand firm and
  • 81:38 - 81:40
you'll be able to preach a gospel where
  • 81:40 - 81:43
it's not just, oh, pray this prayer, go
  • 81:43 - 81:45
to church, and and one day you die and
  • 81:45 - 81:48
go to heaven. like you will understand
  • 81:48 - 81:50
that is through many trials and
  • 81:50 - 81:52
hardships we are going to enter into the
  • 81:52 - 81:54
kingdom of god and we need to strengthen
  • 81:54 - 81:56
our brothers and we read here in the
  • 81:56 - 81:59
first verse in acts 17 today we we need
  • 81:59 - 82:03
to be a people who is focused because we
  • 82:03 - 82:06
are going to go through many trials and
  • 82:06 - 82:08
hardships and I just see a church who's
  • 82:08 - 82:11
not ready for it I see a church great
  • 82:11 - 82:14
church the big part of the church they
  • 82:14 - 82:16
fall away why because they don't have
  • 82:16 - 82:18
    foundation, they don't have
  • 82:18 - 82:20
understanding. So God bless you. See it
  • 82:20 - 82:23
and subscribe to the YouTube. Share it.
  • 82:23 - 82:25
Get it out to other people and talk
  • 82:25 - 82:27
about it because this is the kingdom
  • 82:27 - 82:30
gospel of the kingdom. God want to come
  • 82:30 - 82:31
out to all people. Let me pray for you.
  • 82:31 - 82:34
God, I pray for everyone here who sees
  • 82:34 - 82:36
this. Pray that you will speak to them.
  • 82:36 - 82:38
Open their eyes and their ears, God.
  • 82:38 - 82:39
That they will know the truth and the
  • 82:39 - 82:42
truth will set them free, God. And that
  • 82:42 - 82:44
this will give them foundation in their
  • 82:44 - 82:47
life, God. and help them to to
  • 82:47 - 82:50
prioritize correctly, God. Help them to
  • 82:50 - 82:53
to to take up the cross daily and follow
  • 82:53 - 82:56
you and and not be deceived by by by
  • 82:56 - 82:59
this world and what this world have to
  • 82:59 - 83:01
offer, God. But they will finish the
  • 83:01 - 83:04
race and run strong, God, and they will
  • 83:04 - 83:06
be victorious and they will inherit all
  • 83:06 - 83:08
of this, God. Come with your Holy
  • 83:08 - 83:10
Spirit, God, and speak to everyone right
  • 83:10 - 83:13
now in the name of Jesus. Amen. God
  • 83:13 - 83:17
bless you. See you next time. Bye-bye.
