The majority of people are stressed out
when they wake up,

have negative thoughts and emotions,
-
and this has a negative impact
on their day.
-
Today I wanna take you on a
meditative journey.
-
Only 5 minutes.
-
If you do them daily, you will
be more energised.
-
You will feel better and will exude more
gratitude in your life,
-
and also, revert to self love.
-
I'm taking you on this
journey today.
-
So close your eyes at first and
take
-
a deep breath with your nose,
-
(music playing)
-
and then slowly exhale through your mouth.
-
And again, breathe in with your nose
and breathe out through your mouth.
-
Let your body relax while breathing.
-
One more time, breathe in
and breathe out,
-
and think of 5 things that
you're grateful for.
-
This can be your job or the place
where you live
-
or having enough to eat
-
5 things you're grateful for
-
because they enrich your life
-
With every inhale,
breathe deeper into your chest
-
and allow your body to
-
sink deeper into relaxation
-
think about it 5 people who
you are grateful for
-
Bring them into your mind’s eye
and take a moment to observe them,
-
tell them thank you for
being in your life
-

-
let this gracefulness spread out
in your heart
-
And from there, allow it to
spread throughout your entire body,
-
because you can sense right away
what a great gift this life is.
-
This gift was given to you,
-
and your task is to make use of this gift
the best that you can.
-
On the day of your birth you were given
one more gift:
-
that is your imagination and with it
you can
-
achieve everything in your thoughts that
you want to achieve.
-
Out of this thankfulness think of a goal
-
that you want to achieve or a thing
that you want to put into action.
-
It could be a meet-up with your
good friend,
-
something work-related that you
would like to achieve.
-

Call it in —
this thing you desire.
-
See how it is being
successfully guided toward you.
-
As if you were creating a little movie
in your mind.
-
Take a close look at what you want
to achieve,
-
and how you are achieving it.
-

-
Let a joyful smile light up your face
as you think of this.
-

-
If others are present in this vision —
what are they doing?
-
what are these people saying?
(music)
-
place both of your hands on your heart,
-
and promise yourself that
you're gonna do your best today
-
to achieve this thing and if it doesn´t
work out today,
-
then you will keep trying to always
search for the positive, never the negative.
-
Don't focus on what´s going wrong
in your life,
-
but rather on what you did right.
(music)
-
Take one more deep breath in through
your nose, in deep gratitude for this day.
-
And for your life,
exhale... (pause)
-
Acknowledge everything that
didn’t go well today.
-
It’s only a test — meant to
make you stronger.
-
With your goal clearly before you, and
gratitude flowing through your body,
-
open your eyes and come back
to this present moment...(pause)
-
I hope this short meditation
