In this weeks video, Tennis coaches Carwyn and Alan demonstrate a fun singles drill you can do to capitalise on a good lob when your opponent is at the net in singles.

How the drill works is one player starts at the baseline and the other at the net. The baseline player feeds a lob over the net players head and follows the feed to the net. The net player will try to retrieve the feed and play out the rally.
