IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ - As I'm uploading this it is 9am. I haven't slept since my ex posting his video trashing me. I've spent the entire night recording this video and editing it.
I need to make it clear that I'm not in a good state of mind right now, which I know isn't the best time to upload a video, but I truly feel like I've been left with no choice at this point. I've let so much of Jake saying nasty things and lying about me online slide despite it causing me a lot of distress because I didn't want to engage, but it has reached a point where I feel backed into a corner and need to finally tell the truth about him and our relationship.

I will say right now, this video gets EXTREMELY personal and uncomfortable. I never wanted to have to talk about these things, but since he has chosen to blast them over the internet, I feel like I need to discuss them.

Because of this, I'm giving early warning, I may eventually decide to remove this video and replace it with something calmer, but I don't feel like I could leave this situation right now to just fester. I have people coming to me accusing me of shit I haven't done, calling me things I am not.

I'm not willing to just let this happen without putting the reality out there. I even edited some things out of this that I ultimately decided would be too damaging to Jake and too serious to discuss on such a public forum, but I couldn't hold everything in.

The video you are seeing has been made by someone who is at their absolute limit with an abusive narcisist. He has been metaphorically poking and prodding me for so long, I can't take it anymore.

I can only hope people can see beyond me being emotional and understand the truth behind it. I was never perfect. But I did not deserve half of what he did to me.

I want this to stop now. I would be perfectly content with us both going our seperate ways and pretending the other doesn't exist. But he seems determined to drag this out and I can't handle it anymore.
