Ci sono molti modi di farlo.
Quello che preferisco è dire:

0.36 è la stessa cosa di 36 centesimi

cioè 6 è nel posto dei centesimi

e 3 è nel posto dei decimi, e
lo puoi vedere come 30 centesimi.

Puoi vederlo come
3 decimi o come 30 centesimi.

Allora questo è la stessa cosa di
36 centesimi, cioè è uguale a 36 su 100.

Ora che è in forma di frazione,
possiamo semplificarlo

perché 36 e 100 hanno fattori comuni.

Sono entrambi divisibili per 4,

quindi possiamo dividere il numeratore
per 4 e il denominatore per 4

(li stiamo dividendo
entrambi per lo stesso numero,

quindi il valore
della frazione non cambia)

36 diviso 4 è 9

100 diviso 4 è 25

Adesso questi due numeri
non sembrano avere fattori comuni

quindi la frazione è semplificata

e abbiamo finito.
