Many people today admire Jesus.

Many walk after Jesus today, but from a distance.
-
Many really believe they are after Jesus, but unfortunately, they are living in a dead religion.
-
If they are not awakened by the Holy Spirit, they may profess a form of godliness on the outside...
-
but denying it through the way they live, having not the fruits demanded by God,
-
Don't profess faith, but live it!
-
The first category of men professing faith without living it
-
are the men that, though they have the grace to live in the presence of God, in a house of God where He is working constantly,
-
or in the presence of a servant of the Lord whom is used by God with power,
-
these people on purpose, continue to remain spiritually blind, ignorant, and in disobedience to what is happening there.
-
They declare and confess faith with their mouth, but deny it in action.
-
They refuse obedience, submission, they refuse to confront their weakness even in God's presence
-
and even if this grace is given to them, close to Jesus, they only profess faith.
-
Let's look at 2 Kings 15:16...
-
"And when the sons of the prophets who were viewing at Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha.
-
And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him.
-
And they said unto him, Behold now, there be with thy servants fifty strong men; let them go, we pray thee, and seek thy master" (all well until now, volunteering for Elisha)

You just received the anointing and power from God, the responsibility for a whole nation to serve...allow us to serve you!
-
The Bible says furthermore, "Maybe the Spirit of the Lord hath taken him up, and cast him upon some mountain, or into some valley. And he said, Ye shall not send.

And when they urged him (Elisha, please leave us go and seek Elijah, we want to help you, we were together with you in the school of Elijah)...
-
These people testify they belong to God, to Jesus Christ, but when they are to receive instructions in righteousness, they disobey and do their own job.
-
Why weren't these people following Elijah and reaching to the level of their master? Or at least to become wiser?
-
When they received an instruction, they would go in another direction, but Elisha never abandoned Elijah and served him in obedience, even when he was tested.

Some people obey when they are in the presence of the Lord
