-
- Hello and welcome back,
my beautiful Froggy Army, to another video.
-
And welcome back to the last and final episode
of the Unstoppable Fan Project
-
that I have been working on
in partnership with the LEGO Group.
-
In case you somehow missed the first
three episodes of our Unstoppable Fan Project,
-
I'll give you a quick recap.
-
We have been working on some pieces
for a gaming room makeover.
-
First we made a froggy gaming backdrop,
-
then we made a controller stand,
which came out amazing.
-
And then we also made a little froggy collectible
inspired by a plushie that I actually have IRL.
-
And I ended off the last
video letting you guys know
-
that we were now going
to be creating a little stand for him,
-
like a little display stand
so we can put him on top of something
-
and he's just gonna look super cute on it.
-
So that's what we're gonna be doing today.
-
I read all of your comments
and suggestions once again.
-
So thank you so much if you left
a comment on the last video
-
with all of your suggestions and ideas.
-
As always, I'll be using a couple of your comments
to guide and fuel my creativity today,
-
and I'm super excited to get into it.
-
It is kind of bittersweet because this is
the last and final video for the Unstoppable Fan Project.
-
So before we get into anything today,
-
I just wanted to give you a really, really big,
super big heartfelt thank you
-
for working with me on this project
and watching the videos
-
and commenting and everything.
-
Thank you so much.
-
But let's focus on the sweetness, not the bitterness,
-
and let's just celebrate that this is
the final video, and let's make it a good one.
-
So in case you don't
remember from the last video,
-
we are making a little display stand
for my little froggy collectible
-
inspired by Dani's who made this video
and hers came out super, super cute.
-
So we are going to kind of make
like a mini version of hers,
-
just like make it our own, and I'm gonna use
your suggestions and everything like that.
-
I think that's all I really
have to say right now.
-
Let's just get into
making the display stand.
-
I have got some really
good ideas from you guys,
-
and I will see at the end of the video
just to talk through our final thoughts.
-
All right, so like I
probably mentioned already,
-
we're gonna be making the display
stand for this little guy.
-
He deserves it. Oh my gosh.
-
He has been asking me for a
display stand for a while now.
-
So let's give one to him.
-
I'm gonna use this green piece as a base.
-
And this idea kind of came to me from GabbysBunnie,
who had a bunch of great ideas.
-
One of them being the second
idea right here that says,
-
"Because your froggy is standing on grass,
-
a grass field with maybe some mini
or other animals like bunnies, ducks,
-
and you could of course add
a lot of flowers and stuff."
-
I think that's a great idea.
-
So let's use this as kind
of a little grass field.
-
I think that'll be good.
-
I'm gonna flip it upside down
-
'cause I wanna add some legs to it
so it can be risen up a little bit.
-
In Dani's video, she has some legs
with some stripes on them.
-
They're alternating colors.
-
But I was thinking I wanna do
four different colored legs.
-
So we're just gonna do a bunch
of different colors here.
-
I'm gonna choose some pastel colors
because Dr. Pepper Addict says,
-
"I think the display stand should be pastel
with little stickers and stuff,"
-
plus some other ideas that we'll read out later.
-
But I completely agree.
I think it should be pastel.
-
Oh my goodness.
-
This LEGO brick does not wanna stay on.
-
There we go.
-
Next, let's do some pesto pink.
-
And I think this is gonna be really good too,
and it's gonna be kind of matchy-matchy
-
with some of our other creations
that we've already made.
-
'Cause I feel like we've kinda had these same colors
going on in all of our creations, so that's good.
-
All right, so there is kind of like
the base portion of it with our legs.
-
Looking really, really good.
-
Now let's work on giving it kind of some sides
and some walls and stuff like that
-
for our figure, for our little froggy
or whatever we wanna put in here.
-
So I think I'm gonna try
using these pink ones first.
-
And I'm gonna try hanging them
off the edge just a little bit,
-
just because I think that'll look kinda cool.
-
Okay, that looks good so far.
-
I think I wanna do one more layer.
-
And since we wanted to go
with kind of that grassy field meadow theme,
-
let's use a different shade of green.
-
I think I'm gonna have this layer
stick out a little bit too.
-
I think it's just gonna look double cool, you know?
-
I'm only gonna do the green ones
on the front and back, just trust me on this.
-
But I think for some added stability and support,
-
I'm gonna add this piece on the bottom as well,
for all of the legs to be attached to.
-
So now we kind of have our base,
but we need to jazz this up a little bit.
-
Of course, of course.
-
So of course, GabbysBunnie said to add the grass field
with many other animals and lots of flowers and stuff.
-
And then Dr.PepperAddict also had the idea
to make this pastel, which was great.
-
And they also said that maybe we should add
some little Easter eggs and 100% add flowers
-
'cause you can never have too many flowers,
which I completely agree.
-
And Leah French also said, it would be cute to add
little bugs flying around that he's trying to catch.
-
It could be anything from flies,
butterflies, dragons, et cetera.
-
So we've got animals, bugs
and flowers to add in here.
-
Let's get to it.
-
For the animals, these pieces
actually came in the LEGO friend set.
-
We've got a little bunny and a little kitty,
so these are gonna be perfect.
-
I think I'm gonna add the little kitty back here,
just kinda hanging out in the back.
-
So cute. Oh my goodness.
-
Okay, and then I guess that means the bunny
will go in the opposite corner,
-
and then for some bugs,
also in the same set were these little lady bugs.
-
So we can add these into the mix as well.
-
I think I'm gonna add one right back here,
-
and then the other one closer to the front.
-
Right there.
-
So this is looking good, but I
definitely want one more bug.
-
So I actually made this little caterpillar
that's going to go on the bottom.
-
So it was super easy, super fun,
and I used these little guys as the antennas.
-
I thought that was super cool to do.
-
He's kind of a large caterpillar,
-
but I think he is a magical,
super sized caterpillar,
-
and he's kind of shy,
so he hides away a little bit,
-
and he only comes out once
he really gets to know you.
-
So if he's a little shy, I think he's gonna be hiding
underneath of everything here.
-
He might take a little bit of coaxing
to come out and join the party,
-
so he's gonna chill right underneath.
-
But there we go.
-
He's in there. He's just a little shy.
-
Last but not least are the flowers.
-
I'm sure you're like, "Raven,
where are these flowers gonna go?"
-
So we're gonna put them all on the field
and it's gonna be actually really cool.
-
You'll see.
-
So I'm gonna use all kinds of little pieces.
-
We're gonna make a bunch of little flowers
just like we did for the controller stand
-
and add them all right here in the middle.
-
Okay. I put together a bunch
of really cute flower pieces.
-
So let's stick these in.
-
There we go.
-
There's our little flower
garden looking super duper cute.
-
We need at least one flower
somewhere up here, right?
-
So I'm gonna stick one flower here.
-
And we have this itty bitty baby one
that can go on the top of the bunny's head.
-
So I'm gonna stick that right there
so that the bunny has a little hat.
-
Super cute. Okay, there we go.
Now it's officially complete.
-
So when we take our
froggy to put him on top,
-
it perfectly covers the flowers.
-
And I think it's really cool
-
because when the froggy is gonna be
sitting on top of the display stand,
-
you don't even see any flowers at all.
-
It's like very unsuspecting.
No flowers here.
-
No, no.
-
Surprise!
-
And then there's surprise
flowers that you can find.
-
So there's our little Easter egg. (laughs)
I thought that was cool.
-
One final touch though, cakestrife7197
also said to add a bug to the frog's tongue.
-
And I have one more ladybug piece
-
that we can add onto the froggy tongue.
-
So there we go.
-
Hopefully that's just the lady bug's
favorite spot to hang out.
-
You know, they're best friends.
They're best friends.
-
So yeah, that is the last build
of this project complete.
-
I'm gonna throw you back
to camera Raven to wrap this up.
-
I just love how this came out so, so much.
-
I love all of the details on it.
-
It came out so good!
-
And I love that we can pick up a froggy
and have that little hidden flower garden.
-
Just all the details are so good,
-
our little caterpillar friend,
all shy and hiding down here.
-
It came out so good, so thank you again
for all of your suggestions.
-
But before we end off the video,
-
I kinda wanted to run through all of our projects
-
and see them all together
and see the makeover truly in action.
-
As a reminder, we started off
with some amazing LEGO sets,
-
but we threw out those instructions
and we made entirely new creations.
-
Starting off, we've got
our froggy gaming backdrop,
-
which is looking as cool
and colorful as ever.
-
This is gonna help my gaming room just feel so totally me
-
and make me happy and excited every
single time I look at it.
-
We've got our controller stand,
which also doubles as a trinket dish.
-
Two for one special.
-
Not only is it functional and practical
and gonna help me save space in my gaming room,
-
but it's also super cute and so full of details,
including the little froggy friend on there.
-
And then another kind of two for one build,
-
we've got our plushie-inspired
collectible froggy that we made,
-
plus the nice little display stand
that he is sitting on top of,
-
which I can totally use for other things too,
not just the froggy.
-
But he definitely feels like he belongs there, right?
-
And now that I'm recording this,
I'm not kidding,
-
I just realized that each one of our creations has some sort of froggy element to it.
-
Like I just put that together right now.
-
I didn't even notice. (laughs)
-
So thank you all for giving me
the froggy related suggestions.
-
I'm glad that we could all, you know,
be on theme and on brand for this.
-
I also wanted to give another big thank you
-
to the LEGO Group for partnering with me
on this project and these videos,
-
and for sending me all of the LEGO sets for me to work with.
-
It's been super fun.
I really enjoyed it. So thank you.
-
But of course, an even bigger
thank you to you for watching.
-
And again, I'm gonna say it
even though I said it earlier.
-
Thank you for leaving comments.
Thank you for participating.
-
Thank you for liking the videos.
-
Thank you for being a part of
the Unstoppable Fan Project.
-
I'm sad that it's over,
-
but I'm happy that we created
such an amazing, amazing thing together.
-
So thank you all so, so much.
-
With that, I am going to get going.
-
I will see you around on the channel.
-
Thank you so much again for watching,
-
and I will see you in the next one.
-
(calm music)
