Provisional annual figures 2024

We had a good year.

That's the good news.

Our net revenue is expected
to be around 94 million.

That's entirely within the bandwidth
we've been predicting for a long time.

It's just slightly under budget,
about 1.1 or 1.2 million,

but it's a pretty good
achievement nonetheless.

This also means that our gross margin
is falling behind a bit-

And at the same time, we have managed
to keep the costs under control.

Let's say that the extra wiggle room
we included in the budget

wasn't needed in the end,

the bottom line being we've ended up
just below the budgeted results.

All in all, I think that's a great result.

I have often mentioned
that the big difference we make

is when we work efficiently.

That's when we're really
taking a big leap forward

if we do that in the right way.

And this is mainly about making good
working agreements with our clients,

good project management,
communicating on time,

and calling in help in time.

It's something I've mentioned before,

and what we, as shareholders, have said,

this is something we'll be
looking at structurally in 2025.

We're still losing far too much
money at the top end.

And I think the most important
part of the message is

it's not so much just about
maximizing the results.

It's about getting our
business operations in order,

which also creates more peace
in the organization,

which makes work more enjoyable for people

and reduces staff turnover.

I am also convinced that
absenteeism will decrease

and, ultimately, our results
will increases in all respects.

And that's good for all of us.

We see a lot of other firms
going public with those figures,

but we don't do that.

We prefer, perhaps more in line with
our own DNA, to stay under the radar.

A number of firms have announced

that they expect to exceed
100 million euros in turnover in 2025.

That also applies to us.

We're also going to break
through that magical barrier.

The big difference is,
we're doing it on our own.

And that's something
I'm incredibly proud of...

of this club.
