or the idea of permaculture is universal.

There are excellent farms
that have never heard of the term...

and that apply it wonderfully.

So it doesn't matter what it's called,

but the principles are key.

We tend to make...

In agriculture,
we tend to make the mistake,

[stutter]

due to increasing industrialisation,

of slightly degrading
ourselves from farmers

to so-called
“agricultural assembly line workers”.

We keep degrading ourselves...

so far down

to a point we never meant to reach.

Alright?

I first have to understand
the complexity of things.

I have to get familiar with it,

I have to immerse myself in it,

and I simply have to learn and see.

That's it, essentially.

Permaculture is based on,
very briefly,

our idea of permaculture
is based on three pillars.

Very simple pillars

that can be applied to everything.
