And every week, this is your main coursework

for this-- for this online class.

It shares with you the videos, the articles,

gives you some overviews of the chapter reading,

and then-- I don't--

you're going to see my video pop in here that I'm doing right now.

Plus I also share my-- the slides,

if you want to take a look at them for, you know,

what I'm doing in this presentation.

Alright, so we've got an-- another article,

this wonderful presentation from Les Brown--

love this guy-- on entrepreneurial mindsets.

And then your Carol Dweck TED Talk

-- almost tripped on that-- [laughs]

Carol is an expert on what is called a growth mindset.

So, watch her TED Talk,

read this short article, and then you're going to be able

to complete this week's second discussion,

which is our topical discussion for the week,

which is asking you to reflect on

and share your understanding of what is the growth mindset.

And then, again, you need to post here by Saturday,

with three responses by next Monday,

and then finish the quiz by next Monday, the 13th.

And this will be, you know,

from this point on, starting in week two,

this is how every module is organized.

What are we doing?

What are you reading?

Review your lesson in practice, review all the coursework,

and then complete the weekly discussion, the quiz.

And next week we'll start your first assignment,

which you will have two weeks to complete,

and that's the entrepreneurship diary assignment.

I revised this course last year,

and we really wanted to make sure that it--

it is extremely well done for you,

because you are my customer, when it comes to this.

This class really revolves, even though it's fully online,

really revolves around you getting to know each other

and doing some different things together,

through the discussion, okay.

Week four, I'm going to be popping back in

with another video to talk about the design thinking process

that you're going to be doing,

either by interviewing someone in in your life:

a friend, a family member, whoever, colleague,

or by-- maybe you want to interview a classmate, right?

And so I'm trying-- this is--

the design thinking process is done in the real world.

This is what entrepreneurs actually do.

Okay?

So, yes.

So again, this week, you have two assignments to complete by Friday,

but then you have until Saturday

every week to review all the coursework,

the lesson in practice,

read the chapter,

and then get that initial discussion post in,

and then you have over the weekend to finish,

if there's an assignment, a quiz,

and three discussion responses.

So that's just how it works.

Every single week in this class,

you will get used to the schedule,
