  • 1:04 - 1:07
    at the University of Washington.
  • 1:07 - 1:11
    It was a great introduction
to UW, and part of the reason

    I decided to attend.
  • 1:12 - 1:14
    I have really enjoyed
    my time at DO-IT.

    Period.
  • 1:15 - 1:19
I have met many new friends.
  • 1:19 - 1:21
    DO-IT helped guide
    me through college
  • 1:21 - 1:24
    and learn about technology to
    help me succeed in classes.
  • 1:24 - 1:26
    It also helped me develop
    my leadership skills
  • 1:26 - 1:30
and prepare me for job hunting.
  • 1:30 - 1:30
    [CHATTER]
  • 1:30 - 1:33
I attended a job fair with
    one of my DO-IT mentors
  • 1:33 - 1:35
    and was able to
    talk with recruiters
  • 1:35 - 1:37
    and prospective employers.
  • 1:37 - 1:40
    In June of 2018,
    I received my degree
  • 1:40 - 1:45
from UW in Law, Societies, and
    Justice and Disability Studies.
  • 1:45 - 1:48
I want to go to law school
    and become a disability rights
  • 1:48 - 1:49
    attorney.
  • 1:49 - 1:51
    DO-IT has helped me
