Ingredients:

500 g beef

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

100 g baby corn

10 large red chilies

Tauco Sauce Mixture:

5 tbsp fermented soybean paste (tauco)

1 onion (sliced)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

3 cm ginger (crushed)

1 tbsp sweet soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

300 ml thin coconut milk

1 tsp broth powder

1 tsp ground pepper

Instructions:

Marinate the beef with salt and baking soda. Let it sit for a while to tenderize.

In a pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add the tauco (fermented soybean paste), sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, and seasoning.

Pour in the coconut milk, stir, then add the marinated beef.

Add baby corn and red chilies. Cook until the beef is fully cooked and the flavors meld together.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
