Guided Meditation with Mooji — The Call From Within

From my heart has come,
something to share with you.

It is said that we are, 8 billion or
7.5 billion human beings on the Earth.

And each of us, believe that the feeling
of 'I' inside them, inside ourself,

is our person.

And if that is what we really believe...

I want you to know that who you take
yourself to be personally in your mind,

is not what God made you to be.

It is not the reality of the God that is
really here, inside this expression.

The sense of being a personal self
is not true:

it's not what
God designed this form to be.

So we are all living an illusory existence.

I say, We,

but when I say, We,
I mean the Self.

The inner being has been covered over
with a mask called a person.

And until we realise this,
we will never know who we are.

The belief that we are this person...

personal identity,
which we can call ego...

is the root cause of all delusion,
all suffering in the world.

And it has always been like this.

Wherever there's ego, know that the ego

is the one through whom
maya can operate.

The false belief that the 'I' is a person,

makes us vulnerable to be deceived,
by maya: by the darkness.

And that is... the outcome of this,
is the darkness that you see.

And maya bewitches us, to make the
false vision appear to be true and real,

and to bind us in the field of the illusory...

which makes us, in effect, dreaming:
sleeping, dreaming.

Dreamers.

It's the time for this message
to be shared,

to those who feel a deep calling

to explore into their true nature,

to recover themself,
from the clutches of maya,

and to awaken in the light
of God's grace, of God reality:

To discover our inmost nature
and being, is the God reality itself.

Not to have it, but to be it.

And that is the essence of my
connection with you, with each other.

And in this sharing that we are calling
satsang here...

Not about questions and answers
about the problems,

and daily problems anymore.

We have spent many, many years
analysing and trying to change that.

But actually, it is like trying to change
the illusory to another kind of illusion.

Exchanging one illusion
for another illusion.

And that's called delusion.

So those of you who are hearing this

and feeling, 'I need to sit with you,

and really be anchored in this,
in this revelation.

Babaji, I need to be with you,
in my heart,

and I pray to God that
we get anchored in this understanding

to the extent to the depth
that it gets transformed, into Beingness,

that it combusts,
the words combust into Beingness,

and don't stay as mental knowledge.'...

and those of you are my students
and my friends.

If it is not appealing for you,
I don't blame you.

I do not blame you.

This is the quality of attentiveness,
of yearning, that I'm open to meet.

Teachings are of no value,
if they don't land inside the heart,

and are transformed into
inner experience,

not transformed into revelations,
realisations.

I have no interest in mere theory,
however glorious they may seem.

Let us do the work.

And it is a beautiful work,

because it is supported
by universal consciousness;

it is supported by
the Supreme Lord of the Universe.

It's a blessed calling.

Those whose hearts are awakened
and touched by this;

we will find each other in this.

Please know, that the assumption,
or the belief, or the feeling that I...

when I say 'I', or when you say 'I'...

you're referring to yourself
as something personal.

Know that to be the creation of maya,
the creation of delusion.

The feeling of 'I' taken to be a person,
an individual person

of a certain race, or gender,
or name, or form, or religion...

all of this is the play of maya.

It is not what God... created.

Our so-called journey on the earth
is only to awaken

from the sleep of a personal self,

and to awaken to the realisation
and the reality of God

as our reality, inside.

And of course, the devil,
the maya, will come to say,

'Haha. Look! You're making yourself
equal with God.'

That would be what the maya would do.

That's what the devil would do.

To confuse you.

But far from it being a blasphemy...

it is the true.

It's not saying, 'I am equal with God.'
That's what the devil wants you to...

that's what the devil wants you to...
gonna accuse you of.

But that you are one in harmony.

God means 'One', oneness.

And the oneness
encompassing all-ness.

There is no separate autonomous
individual anywhere in the universe.

Everything...
What you call the person,

and the person's life and action,
is the expression of consciousness.

What we are inside , is...
that pure impersonal consciousness.

Everlasting.

Pure.

Harmony.

Oneness.

This is why there's so much
suffering in the world,

because we are not aware of this fact.

We are living only as, beasts of burden,

meaning: we are enslaved by
our false identity, and false ideas.

This is why we fight against each other,

because we don't like ourselves really;

because ego is a wretched state.

It is the false state of maya,
that has come upon the real,

upon the soul... of the
human expression of consciousness.

And we must transcend.

We must be delivered:
we must be saved from this maya.

My words are not irreligious words...

They're words of a call from God.

The awakening call from God.

And the call of God is not
shouting out into the world.

God is not disappointed with you.

It's somehow that...

It's the call of awakening:
the trumpet of God.

And all these satsangs are
the trumpet call of God.

And you will really hear it,

when you begin to disassociate
from the world.

Because the association with the world

have made you deaf,
to the voice of God.

And the voice of God
is not a screaming voice.

It is a soft voice, that will only be heard
in the quiet heart.

And how do you come
to this quiet heart?

By disassociating from everything you
see through the mind and the senses.

Nobody has taught us this.

Let go of all of that.

Not aggressively, but determinedly.

Just keep on... detaching:
become empty.

Just become empty:
right where you are now,

whether you're standing up somewhere,
sitting down somewhere,

whether you're on the bus,
or a train, or at work.

Right now, wherever this body is,
it doesn't matter actually where it is.

Start this emptying.

You don't tell anybody about it.

You can even do it for seven minutes.

Just empty, let go of everything,
everything... including your self-image,

the idea you have of yourself.

Let go of every, every concept,
every thought, every intention,

every memory, every image,
every projection, every dream.

Let go... and experience emptiness.

Be the emptiness, experiencing emptiness.

And don't pick up anything.

Just be there,
but without the feeling of waiting.

Just be here.

Don't expect anything through the mind.

And see if anything is wrong.

Acquire the feeling to just be with this,
just be with this.

Don't look for anything:
Just be here.

Just be here.

Welcome into the silent space of God.

You want God to say something?

No. He need not say something.

Just be here.

Let the senses dance,
let the world play.

Just be here;

without the idea of arms, or limbs,
and head, and body, and feet.

Just be empty of all these images.

Let go of self-image.

Let go of the idea of being a visitor here.

Experience... just... to be.

Go beyond the feeling of waiting...
of time.

Recognise the reality of this.

That it is not a journey.

It's not a pulse.

It's returning to your original nature.

Practice this, stay with this,

which is breaking the hold
of delusion upon you...

returning us to ourself.

Abide in this, as this.

There's no need to hold your breath:
the breath does not interfere with this.

With a little practice, you'll come to see

that the actions, reactions,
interactions of the world

don't actually stick, or affect this.

Learn to be here.

Don't speak about it.

And let the life unfold.

There's no need to go into
personal identity.

We do not need
to serve personal identity,

which is the illusion of maya
that is hiding the reality of God.

Please, hear this.

The Lord said,
'Be still, and know that I am God.'

Be still.

This is what is happening now:

Stay in stillness, as stillness itself.

And you will know
that God is here.

It's not here at some
close distance from you.

This is why I say, Don't hold any shape.

Don't think of God as an entity,
possessed of proportions and qualities.

Please... listen.

You are invited to listen.

You're invited to be here consciously.

You are beyond north or south,
west or east, inner or outer.

Do not rely upon imagination.

Take no offerings or suggestions
from your mind.

Simply stay empty.

Let emptiness... be... beyond action.

Emptiness is not an action.

Emptiness is not a position.

Emptiness is not a place,
like other places.

In the emptiness itself,
we get confirmed.

You who hear this...

and whose heart feel to honour this,
fall in love with this,

know I am with you.

I am you.

Beyond you, and I, and other,
the Lord is here.
