[Music]
-
We’ll finish with the water houses.
-
You already know that, when
-
analysing the houses, we focus on
-
the manifestation within the experience.
-
I mean the type of experience
-
that confront us with water scenarios,
-
or the kind of relationship that
-
we establish with the experience
-
leading to a particular behaviour
-
in connection with the events.
-
Within the experience are resonating
-
these archetypes that we have
-
studied in the water triplicity.
-
Within the events, experiences
-
or scenarios of the 4th house
-
we connect with Cancer; in the 8th, with Scorpio;
-
and in the 12th, with Pisces.
-
Do you understand now why
-
astrologists say that the 12th house
-
is so challenging, after hearing about Pisces?
-
Having described the archetypes,
-
in some way, we can
-
translate them into circumstances,
-
events, manifestations, scenarios
-
or areas. We refer to the type of
-
experience, which is different from
-
the type of behaviour or energetic
-
expression that we might display
-
in any area where these energies
-
of Cancer, Scorpio or Pisces are placed.
-
Well, within the 4th house and
-
regardless of everything we’ve heard
-
-regardless of primary bonds,
-
primary bonding structures,
-
interiors, our inner space, also
-
everything related to family,
-
our feelings, our lifestyle,
-
our emotional support, our
-
clan related safety structures
-
where we shelter if we haven’t found yet
-
the strength for individuation, where
-
we feel protected, sustained,
-
cared for, emotionally safe.
-
Our emotional refuge.
-
Well, regardless of that,
-
what I like to highlight is that
-
within the 4th house, we undergo
-
experiences that confront us with
-
that which takes us out of life
-
because we don't fully understand life
-
or the experience of incarnation.
-
That’s how I see it.
-
These are experiences that
-
connect us with how we evade
-
life, that confront us with our
-
evasion of life. And we’ve seen that
-
this evasion may have different
-
manifestations . It can also
-
be expressed as a strong
-
attachment to structures encompassed
-
within the 4th house, to evocation of
-
or projection in family structures.
-
We must consider the full range of
-
expressions that we’ve seen in Cancer.
-
Also, experiences that confront us
-
with the importance our affections
-
as a vital foundation. This means,
-
our inner space or “interior” as
-
one of the pillars for Incarnation.
-
Cancer is an incarnational sign.
-
It is one of the foundations of
-
Incarnation. Our bonding structures,
-
our emotional platform. The ground
-
on which we feel supported.
-
This is why, within the 4th house,
-
we experience particular situations
-
that show us our atavisms,
-
our heritage and sense of belonging,
-
our definitions of “familiar”,
-
our memories, family myths
-
and legends, our lineage and legacy.
-
In short, undergo experiences
-
that confront us with our evasions
-
and our endogamous ties,
-
or our evasions INTO our
-
endogamous patterns or ties
-
that serve as an excuse not to
-
incarnate, not to be fully present
-
-which would lead us to Leo’s
-
individuation-. When we develop
-
a healthy affectivity we can easily
-
move towards the following zodiac sign
-
in the synchronous sequence.
-
Leo encourages us to connect
-
with our inner power in order to
-
become individuals, instead of
-
holding hands with our family
-
remaining under their coverage.
-
But to stand strong, aligned with
-
our dignity and inner power.
-
The 8th house, house of Scorpio,
-
is usually related to the topics
-
we covered in Scorpio. That is
-
our shadow, what we hide from
-
others, what we don’t reveal.
-
But also experiences of loss,
-
or renunciation and our approach
-
to concealed or forbidden aspects.
-
Many different things, as you
-
can read on the slide. This is just
-
a summary or synthesis of what
-
is broadly said about the 8th house.
-
But, what I like to focus on the
-
8th house is on our behaviour
-
in relation to Scorpio.
-
Our possessiveness, how we reject
-
others, how we engage in fights
-
instead of embracing them, how we
-
want to change them, and feel
-
betrayed by them. However,
-
this experiences also present us
-
with the opportunity of revealing
-
what we normally don’t.
-
Acknowledging our true nature
-
and sharing it with others in intimacy.
-
Therefore, these experiences
-
lead us to -as I say there- a loving fusion.
-
Even in the presence of tension,
-
antagonism or contradiction.
-
Upholding love in spite of everything
-
and embracing others as they are.
-
Therefore, in the 8th house
-
we undergo situations and experiences
-
where we learn that we can show
-
to others what we normally hide,
-
and we learn to recognise ourselves
-
in what we reject about others,
-
because we need to embrace
-
that aspect of ourselves, embracing
-
the inherent light of everything
-
that seems reprehensible to me,
-
including what I reject within myself.
-
Recognising our wholeness.
-
Instead of engaging in a power struggle
-
born from the denial of our own shadows
-
-those aspects within ourselves where
-
we find our brightest Light and Love-.
-
The 12th house is normally related
-
to life’s greatest trials, but usually
-
from a fatalistic approach, which
-
I find a bit lame. We commonly
-
hear about fate or misfortune,
-
things I don’t fully agree with.
-
I believe that the 12th house
-
is fundamentally a territory
-
for spirituality, Mysticism and
-
awareness about our deepest
-
unconscious. For everything we
-
bury deep down in our subconscious
-
to keep it veiled, since these
-
experiences beckon us
-
to detachment.
-
Pisces strips itself of everything
-
in which it is referenced,
-
to embrace its true essence.
-
This is the 12th house to me.
-
A dimension of mysticism,
-
of spirituality, of what resides in us
-
but we don't want to look at, integrate
-
or be aware of. The receptive quality
-
that substantiates us, but we have
-
distorted or manipulated into
-
literal, ambitious, egocentric and
-
receptive structures that provide
-
us with a sense of safety.
-
In this house we experience
-
a sense of death and the panic
-
of dissolution, but also the magic
-
of our existence as a reflection
-
of the divine. These are mystical
-
experiences, and mystical experiences
-
can manifest through painful situations
-
that are difficult to sustain, in order
-
for us to connect precisely with
-
the transcendent.
-
This is how we understand the
-
12th house. It’s not about the
-
events themselves, but what
-
they open up for us: misfortunes,
-
accidents, hospitalizations
-
and chronic illnesses.
-
It’s not so much about the experience
-
itself, but rather situations that
-
may occur that confront us
-
with a spiritual awareness.
-
These are piscean experiences
-
for what they awaken within us,
-
not in and by themselves.
-
This is why I say that within the
-
12th house we experience
-
situations that confront us with
-
an awareness of what is not
-
ego-related, in order to perceive
-
something greater.
-
To the integration of the utmost
-
receptivity of Saturn, which is the
-
archetype of the water triplicity.
-
By integrating Saturn we understand
-
that there is an absolute balance,
-
a creative potential or will in stillness
-
and a dynamic force of creation
-
that sets things into motion.
-
When we connect with Saturn
-
we perceive this interplay,
-
embody it and open ourselves up
-
to a desire -or decision of manifesting-
-
to uphold this vibration and
-
project it into space-time.
