-
The water element is hard to approach.
-
Today, my goal is to offer you
-
a different perspective of
-
what water represents.
-
We obsessively manipulate
-
and obstruct the water element,
-
or the idea we have of it associated
-
with emotions, feelings , etc.
-
We need to see what we do with that,
-
because water represents receptivity.
-
And receptivity is not only sentimental,
-
affective, bonding, feeling, etc.
-
We’ll delve into this,
-
but that is a distortion of water.
-
If we don’t understand the water
-
we won’t understand
-
ourselves, or anything that is.
-
We could say the same about the
-
other three elements,
-
the other triplicities, of course.
-
From the wellspring of all creation,
-
receptivity flows, imbuing each thing
-
with the essence of something superior.
-
It is trough water that we make it real,
-
viable, verifiable, it unfolds
-
as we are going to see.
-
When I say that Saturn is the
-
water planet, people tend to argue
-
with me, especially astrologists.
-
Or, at the least, they’re very surprised.
-
By my understanding of the planets,
-
the fields of planetary information.
-
My understanding of Astrology
-
comes from Kabbalistic cosmology,
-
in which Saturn is feminine.
-
It represents the feminine principle
-
of the Universe, the cosmic mother.
-
Those who have studied astrology from
-
a different perspective, find this shocking.
-
According to them, Saturn represents
-
something completely different, but
-
essentially they're the same thing.
-
Saturn is the maximum receptivity.
-
And our distortion of the water element
-
-that Saturn sustains- is to silence,
-
the consciousness
-
what we receive. The awareness
-
of what we receive. The awareness
-
of what we reflect and shape.
-
That is the fundamental challenge
-
for the integration and comprehension
-
of water. Because what
-
the ego does is to turn
-
what we receive and shape on a plane
-
of what's primordial energy
-
and information, we tend to turn it into
-
our reception and emission structures
-
Into what ‘I’ receive. And we
-
linked this to our emotionality.
-
We'll delve into this soon.
-
So, when we talk about the water
-
element we need to feel that
-
we receive. When we receive,
-
we define. When we define,
-
we constrain. Something dies.
-
Of the Light that has been emitted,
-
some of it overflows us and we
-
need to constrain it, in order to
-
understand and channel it.
-
Thus, we ‘obscure’ what we receive
-
because I need to make it viable,
-
understandable, conceivable.
-
I need to channel it.
-
Saturn receives pure Light,
-
receives and constraints it
-
to make it viable, to be able to shape.
-
That's the principle of Water.
-
And what does the ego do? It claims
-
ownership of the information and energy,
-
shaping it into what it receives, based
-
on its own expectations. This is
-
a distortion of receptivity, wherein
-
Saturn symbolizes the awareness of
-
the infinite being mirrored within the finite.
-
In a way, to embrace water means
-
comprehending that within the finite
-
we constantly see the reflection of
-
a brighter Light, from a higher plane.
-
Pure Light and information that
-
we can’t rule, understand or comprehend,
-
only intuit. But we reflect it anyways,
-
and it is present in everything we experience.
-
If we lose awareness in our reception
-
of this higher Light, we lose
-
awareness of the purpose for
-
everything we experience.
-
This is, ultimately, the water element.
-
Well, as we are going to see, there are
-
three languages, fundamentally: Cancer,
-
Scorpio and Pisces. The experiences
-
at play, as you see there, are the ones
-
from the 4th, 8th and the 12th houses.
-
We’ll describe this but first, if we
-
observe Saturn from my perspective,
-
Saturn as an archetype face us
-
with this information:
-
Receptivity.
-
The awareness that we are
-
fractals of something Superior.
-
The awareness that this fractality
-
is vital foundation, frequency
-
reflected in everything. It is one
-
of the substantive foundations
-
of experiences, circumstances,
-
what I make of my actions.
-
Wherever we choose to focus on
-
can be infused with the constant awareness
-
that we are bringing into manifestation
-
something that underlines and sustains
-
the very fabric of matter, and our
-
relationship with it. This source
-
which we receive and which explains
-
all that is.
-
Therefore in an archetypal dimension
-
-not distorted by the Ego-, which
-
I call Second Fractal, face us
-
with the primeval and highest
-
awareness of the Essence.
-
An awareness of our fractality.
-
The perception that we are a
-
reflection of something else all the time.
-
Saturn, in a way, is the comprehension
-
that there is another plane,
-
-beyond space and time- where
-
there’s absolute balance.
-
There is absolute balance,
-
that becomes more dense when
-
is channeled into matter through us.
-
This absolute balance contains a
-
creative will, that is Neptune.
-
This is why I find it curious when
-
people tell me:
-
"My Neptune”. I say that we have
-
no idea what Neptune is. It’s in a plane
-
of Cosmic dialogue with itself,
-
divine dialogue with itself.
-
Kabbalists say that it’s God
-
becoming aware of Himself. But we
-
clumsily say that: “my Neptune makes me
-
do this or that”. Well, Neptune is
-
absolute balance, the creative will,
-
is static. It’s mere potential, If you will.
-
And Uranus is the cosmic father.
-
It’s the force, the necessary movement
-
to manifest that creative will.
-
Something we can only intuit.
-
But we cannot understand it,
-
we cannot control it, we cannot
-
rule it. But then comes Saturn.
-
When Saturn comes to play,
-
that which can only be intuited
-
because is unmanifested -and
-
we can only be aware of the manifested-
-
that which we only intuit,
-
Saturn manifests it by constraining it.
-
Saturn formulates this infinite potential
-
so it can be manifested.
-
This is Saturn. This is why it
-
represents the cosmic mother.
-
It conceives reality.
-
It serves this infinite potential,
-
or dynamic force at the service of
-
infinite potential -Neptune and Uranus-
-
to be formulated as an hypothesis
-
of materialization within space and time.
-
Therefore, Saturn helps us understand
-
that everything that is and everything we are
-
comes from this Source.
-
The water element and Saturn
-
are awareness of this receptivity.
-
That we are constantly experiencing
-
or witnessing the materialization
-
of something transcendent.
-
That each thing, and each experience,
-
mirrors that Source.
-
This is the reason why integrating
-
Saturn and the water element is crucial.
-
Because, if we don't fully comprehend this
-
we can’t comprehend the reality we live in.
-
Saturn is a vessel, it's a dimension
-
that conceives and delivers the
-
potential for materialisation, into
-
space-time, into matter, into form, into us.
-
Without Saturn we would be not,
-
because it formulates the hypothesis of “us”.
-
In a way, it channels the potential of
-
formulation into an hypothesis of
-
realisation. This final form is contained
-
within the founding unity, everything is
-
contained by it, but hasn’t been formulated yet.
-
This is why Saturn embodies the
-
Universe’s feminine principle,
-
the cosmic womb that conceives, creates.
-
Before Saturn, there was no space-time.
-
Saturn receives and circumscribe,
-
this is why it can formulate,
-
because it demarcates. When it formulates,
-
it turns the infinite into the finite.
-
When it turns the infinite into the finite
-
it restricts the full potentiality of the Light.
-
We could say that Saturn distinguishes
-
potential from reality.
-
But only by turning mere potential
-
into something potentially real, if you will,
-
can we conceive the manifestation
-
of the static creative will (Neptune),
-
or the dynamic force of generation (Uranus).
-
Only Saturn is capable of turning
-
that into determination of manifestation
-
facilitating the existence of everything
-
and the experiences we go through.
-
If we understand Saturn we can
-
understand ourselves and
-
everything we live. This is the
-
foundation of water: fractality, the
-
awareness of being reflection.
-
“As above, so below”.
-
The infinite, and the finite.
-
The manifested and the unmanifested.
-
The manifested is dense, less luminous,
-
because it has a lower amount of Light.
-
To be able to capture within a finite form
-
we need to restrict the infinite.
-
This is the water.
-
Jupiter turns this into a substance, a
-
vital essence substantiating all things.
-
This is why, when we do
-
Planetary Purification we work
-
from Jupiter towards matter:
-
Jupiter, Mars, Sun, Venus,
-
Mercury, Moon and Earth.
-
Before Jupiter we lack this vital breath,
-
this essence substantiating all things
-
coming from the Source.
-
But only Saturn is able to formulate
-
things in order for them to be brought to Life.
-
This is water, being constantly
-
aware that we are reflecting
-
something superior, that we are
-
spirituality in action, that we are
-
Light taking shape
-
And the awareness that our Ego
-
constantly distorts the meaning of
-
these creative will, dynamic force
-
and the Saturnian receptivity
-
and formulation qualities as a vessel.
-
Therefore, everything that exists
-
has a deep meaning coming from
-
the Source, because it is a reflection of it.
-
Even though it may seem like a
-
distortion of it, because “Divinity
-
is inherent in everything that is”.
-
This is the deep meaning of water.
-
Well, I speak symbolically of God, of the divine.
-
I suppose I’ve already made that
-
clear in a previous class.
-
If we understand this we can
-
integrate the water element,
-
otherwise we confuse our
-
receptive nature with what WE
-
receive from our relationships and
-
our environment. This is why
-
in distortion, Saturn involves affectivization.
-
We turn the ultimate reception of
-
information and creative energy
-
reflected in matter, into what we
-
receive or what we want for ourselves.
-
We claim ownership and taint
-
our receptive nature with
-
our relational and bonding dynamics,
-
instead of seeing in them -as
-
in everything else- the reflection
-
of the Universe. We embody
-
something ungraspable for our
-
finite consciousness. In a way,
-
we are differentiated Unity.
-
Fusion of Light and matter.
-
Light channelling into form, but also
-
form constraining Light.
-
The awareness of these contradictions
-
comes from Water.
-
Saturn makes it possible for that
-
which you can only intuit, and is brighter
-
than what you reflect, to take shape within you,
-
even though, as it substantiates you,
-
it is the very same thing that you reflect.
-
Thanks to this, we get to understand
-
transcendence within immanence.
-
The Divine within the Human.
-
The fusion of Spirit with matter.
-
Saturn brings awareness of this.
-
The possibility of bringing together
-
Spirit and matter, Divine and Human,
-
Infinite and finite, is born with Saturn.
-
This is the meaning of Water:
-
the divinity of everything.
-
The creative will and the force of
-
creation reflected in everything.
-
This is Saturn’s receptivity.
-
Saturn is, therefore, the paradox
-
of being Life and Death at the same time.
-
Saturn is both the Mother of Life
-
and the Mother of Death. On one hand,
-
Saturn receives and manifests,
-
thereby giving Life.
-
On the other hand, it constrains
-
limitless potential to bring things
-
into realisation.
-
It constraints the potential
-
to be able to integrate
-
what receives and formulate
-
possible manifestations.
-
The reception witnesses the death
-
of the Infinite, turning into finitude.
-
The restriction, if you will, of the
-
Infinite into the finite.
-
Therefore, we find an asymmetry
-
within Water, in the sense that
-
finitude is not infinite, but it’s
-
a reflection of the Infinite.
-
So, ultimate receptivity is associated
-
with Saturn and the water element
-
as one of the frequencies that
-
sustain all we are, and all we experience.
-
From this awareness we can
-
comprehend that water substantiates
-
the initiation journey. This is
-
similar to what we already know about
-
Saturn from other astrological
-
perspectives: Saturn brings grounding.
-
The awareness of fractality
-
helps us navigate the complexities
-
derived from the union of Spirit and matter.
-
By its limiting function, Saturn
-
gives viability, and in a way, it turns
-
the unmanifested potential into
-
manifest reality, simplifying it.
-
In that line, Saturn supports our
-
journey, the cosmic circuit that
-
will lead us back to the Source
-
by experiencing finitude and form,
-
a dense, coarse and fragmented existence
-
as opposed to the systemic and primordial.
-
But it’s essentially the same.
-
This is why if I throw carelessly
-
an object, like a fork, it’s like
-
treating Creation carelessly.
-
Saturn and Water helps us to understand
-
that we are experiencing a higher plane
-
in every little thing of our everyday.
-
As Benedetti would say: in our
-
morning coffee lies the divine.
-
Saturn sustains our process, giving
-
us awareness of our fractal existence,
-
connecting us with the Essence in
-
everything we experience. It will also
-
give us support when we go back
-
to the Source, after gaining awareness
-
of non-time within time, of the Infinite
-
within the finite. When
-
Kabbalists do their Purifications
-
they actualize planetary information
-
into the matter, purifying it.
-
We also do it in our courses and
-
this process finishes in Saturn.
-
We channel higher information,
-
we purify the planetary information
-
tainted by the Ego. We engage
-
in a process of purging what the ego
-
has claimed and manipulated for itself.
-
And when we carry out this purification
-
from Jupiter downward: Jupiter, Mars,
-
Sun, Venus, Mercury, Moon, and Earth,
-
once this purification is done, the next step
-
(after the descent into matter) is ascent.
-
To Saturn. And what does Saturn represent?
-
The profound questions about
-
the primordial.
-
In that sense, Saturn sustains the future.
-
It embodies the question we ask ourselves
-
about the Infinite, embracing our
-
finite existence -when we’ve relinquished
-
our pretensions of eternity and infinity-.
-
When we’ve dissolved our need to claim
-
ownership over everything, because
-
we’ve become aware of the fact
-
that we are a dense, coarse, fragmented
-
and non-systemic expressions of Light.
-
When we embrace this, we become able
-
to channel pure Light. And we become
-
able to be Light instead of “Koldo”.
-
By contemplating the Essence,
-
channelling Light and dissolving the need
-
to constantly identify with Koldo,
-
I gain understanding of Koldo’s actions
-
within the material realm. Because
-
I can exist in the material realm from
-
a different perspective when I become
-
conscious that the fundamental is at play through me.
-
Saturn represents both:
-
the initiation journey, the path,
-
the experiential process that leads us
-
to feel in this physical reality
-
the Cosmic vibration, the primaeval
-
Essence; but simultaneously a
-
progressive return towards the Source
-
to ask ourselves questions about it
-
once we’ve calm the need to
-
claim ownership over everything.
-
Including Saturn. From our First Fractal
-
personality structures we manipulate Saturn.
-
From a virtuous potential, an
-
archetypal plane -not manipulated
-
or distorted by the Ego- Saturn would
-
represent what I’ve been describing.
-
But let’s see how we distort this
-
from our egoic structures by
-
relating to this information and energy
-
from our ego-identity, hindering
-
our capacity to embrace our fractality
-
to embrace Saturn’s receptivity.
-
What do we do
-
from our personality structures or
-
from the deviations of the
-
conforming frequencies or
-
vital foundations of everything that exists?
-
What is our behaviour when we manipulate
-
and distort the water element?
-
Well, we distort the meaning of
-
maximum receptivity. That is to say,
-
we distort, we corrupt the ‘receptivity’.
-
We desist in the consciousness
-
of that reflection, of fractality.
-
The Ego-self misplaces this
492
00:24:12,900 --> 00:24:16,140
maximum receptivity of information
-
and energy, this primaeval Source
-
where everyone and everything
-
comes from, we make it ours.
-
We confuse this with ‘what we receive’
-
and above all, although not only
-
but above all, with our relationships
-
and bonds -where we have expectations-.
-
With our ambitious and demands
-
in the sentimental spheres of our life.
-
Saturn is reduced to our feelings.
-
Our need for bonding and relationships
-
lead us to believe that Water
-
equals to our emotionality, because
-
in these territories we experience
-
maximum reception and emission.
-
The interplay of reception and reflection.
-
Therefore, instead of simply observing
-
the information and energy that we reflect,
-
we remain within a dimensional structure
-
centered around the ego, where
-
what is received is connected to oneself.
-
Consequently, we project it onto
-
the territories of maximum egoic
-
reception, which are associated with
-
our connections and relationships.
-
When we distort its information,
-
Saturn ends up reduced in the
-
material experience to: our bonds,
-
in which we experience power struggles;
-
and our relationships, in which we
-
create a Myth around our identity.
-
That is to say, that in our bonds we
-
seek possession of the other person,
-
as we will see in Scorpio.
-
“You are mine”.
-
While in relationships, we create
-
a story of who we are based in
-
our relationship. For instance,
-
Cancer does this. So, we have
-
bonding structures or relational
-
structures. And the whole field of
-
human emotionality -where we
-
mythologize our story to create a
-
narrative of who we are; or where
-
we self-assert our identity through
-
the power struggles within our bonds,
-
not like the creation of a Myth
-
but more like a need to change others
-
into what we want them to become-.
-
We confuse these structures of
-
human emotionality, with its particular
-
forms of reception, into our only
-
possible experience of receptivity.
-
And we ignore our receptive nature
-
as reflections of the Divine,
-
like I said before.
-
From these bonding and relational
-
structures where we distort Saturn’s
-
information reducing it to human
-
emotionality, we experience
-
fear of solitude, fear of not being loved,
-
and our affections affect us.
-
When our affections affect us and
-
we experience fear of solitude,
-
or we don’t feel worthy of being loved
-
-as we will see some water structures do-
-
we fail to acknowledge what
-
explains and sustains everything.
-
The unconditionally emitted and
-
received Love that sustains it all.
-
This is essentially what Saturn, or
-
water as a vital foundation, represent.
-
So, the Ego with its doings manipulate
-
receptivity by ‘affectivising’ it.
-
At this point we stumble upon
-
saturnine rigidity structures
-
-a distortion of the water element-
-
in our relations and bonds.
-
For instance caution emerges,
-
becoming an obstacle for
-
heartfelt unions to unfold.
-
A Union occurs when we become
-
aware that a connection symbolises
-
a reflection the Divine, or a
-
manifestation of the Superior,
-
instead of something that belongs to us.
-
Cation in the face of union is a
-
distortion of the consciousness of that
-
reflection. But also emotional austerity
-
as a refuge; defensiveness as an
-
objection to a true affective consciousness;
-
a prevailing ‘down to earth’ attitude
-
as a protection or a barrier
-
against emotionality; dramatism
-
or painful memories as an
-
excuse to inhibit ourselves emotionally;
-
the anticipation of adversity as
-
an emotional narrative;
-
exemplarity as a way of positioning
-
ourselves in our bonds and relationships;
-
Scorpian like possessiveness;
-
Cancer’s evasion; codependency;
-
Influence; attachement. All these
-
emotional expressions show us
-
a lack of awareness that everything
-
-including the territories of the
-
most immediate and primary receptivity
-
in human experience, human emotionality-
-
is a reflection of the Superior.
-
In a way, this approach to Saturn
-
from the distorted human emotionality,
-
rigidify us and leads us to either
-
pain -to memories of pain-,
-
or ambition -that we seek to ease
-
with our relationships and interactions-.
-
Well, as per usual when we study
-
planets that sustain a triplicity,
-
we’ll delve into the distorted expression
-
of Saturn from the identity structures,
-
from the six personalities, when
-
they claim to themselves our receptivity
-
and channel it to areas where we
-
feel received or receiving -that is
-
to say, territories of human emotionality-.
-
From these personalities we display
-
any of these behaviours that entail
-
a distortion of the maximum receptivity,
-
of the awareness of being vessels:
-
self-defensiveness, control or obstruction
-
of our feelings to avoid emotional
-
involvement. Or we can also polarise
-
into, as I say, emotional lightness.
-
In both options we avoid connections,
-
either protecting ourselves or
-
not committing.
-
In any case, we obstruct the receptive flow
-
because we are not aware that
-
everytime we interact from a
-
receptive place, the primordial
-
receptivity is being expressed.
-
That which sustains everything we
-
receive, express and experience.
-
So we distrust, and become pessimists.
-
Why? Because we make it ours.
-
Thus, projecting ourselves from
-
our ambitions or needs.
-
We’ll see that Cancer can be indifferent.
-
In limitation, Cancer is absent.
-
Therefore being cruel, because
-
we are not in the present moment with you.
-
Or we will see how Scorpio
-
becomes possessive, obstructing
-
the fusion with others as soon as
-
we face something that cause us rejection.
-
Or we will see how in Pisces we
-
protect ourselves from the feeling of ‘dissolution’
-
and consequently, we only favour
-
bonds or unions with others to
-
escape from the fear that causes us.
-
These are different distorted
-
emotional expressions, caused by
-
the deviation of the information
-
that sustains our receptivity,
-
actualised in our unions.
-
This manipulation takes place by
-
ignoring that within those territories
-
of maximum human receptivity,
-
we reflect the primordial reception
-
of absolute balance and creative will
-
that was received and formulated
-
as space-time by Saturn.
-
Hence, Saturn represents from the
-
personalities: the manipulation of
-
ultimate receptivity -I mean the
-
awareness that everything is a reflection
-
of something greater-, and particularly,
-
a distortion we project into our
-
emotional experiences, into our
-
feelings and affections, since this
-
represents the Ego’s closer approach
-
to a receptive flow. So, instead of
-
comprehending our connections as
-
the reflection of something greater,
-
we tend to feel like our connections
-
represent us, or “are us”.
-
By placing ourselves in the centre
-
we lose awareness that everything
-
is a reflection of the Divine.
-
However, from a higher level of
-
consciousness, Saturn embodies
-
the awareness of Infinity, the
-
intuition of Infinite, the openness to
-
big questions like ‘who are we?’
-
‘why are we here?’, ‘what is the
-
purpose of all this?’.
-
The embodiment, manifestation or
-
delimitation akin to a vessel,
-
of something far beyond what
-
we can articulate or formulate
-
in Saturn. Therefore, in our way back
-
from the spiritual journey if you will,
-
when we’ve embraced the awareness
-
of the unmanifested, can we ask ourselves
-
about what we receive, constrain
-
and reflect through Saturn’s
-
information field.
-
This is not easy to express, so
-
hopefully this brief reading will help.
-
Please close your eyes for a moment
-
and see if you resonate with this
-
I don’t expect you to understand it,
-
but more like vibrate with these words.
-
Take a deep breathe, ground yourselves
-
and surrender to this adaptation
-
I did of a writing from Madirolas,
-
a kabbalistic writer. It reads:
-
Oh, infinite deity manifested through
-
Saturn. Today, we approach you
-
through the image of the celestial queen.
-
The great mother, provident and fertile.
-
In your womb, all universes are born,
-
unfold, and perish. You, who
-
bestow life upon all beings,
-
sustain them with loving care in
-
your protective embrace. When their
-
appointed time comes, you beckon
-
them back, enriched by the fruits
-
of their journey through the dimensions
-
of existence you have outlined,
-
leaving behind the false mirages
-
of bad dreams. Please, always
-
reveal to us your luminous and
-
benevolent countenance. In this
-
understanding, we grasp the necessity
-
of concealing light, giving rise to your
-
laws and cycles of births and deaths.
-
We share in your sorrow for the fall
-
of creatures into the worlds of form,
-
blinded by the shadow of ignorance.
-
Yes, we comprehend that this is
-
essential for learning the lessons of form,
-
for without separation, there is
-
neither freedom nor merit.
-
You bear with infinite patience
-
the weight of so much sorrow and
-
misfortune, all the while anticipating
-
the soul's return to its divine roots.
-
In these moments, we too partake
-
in your joy during the reunion,
-
as you hear the jubilant cry of souls
-
whose ultimate perfection radiates
-
a light surpassing the splendour
-
of every earthly luminary. In those
-
instances, you embody the pure joy
-
of existence, Saturn, fulfilling all the
-
soul's aspirations as the Divine Mother.
-
Through you, we seek blessings and
-
an authentic experience of the Mystery,
-
invoking you in the elevated and
-
holiest name of the Universe.
-
The light of your life and energy.
-
Binah of Binah. Saturn of Saturn.
