In this weeks video, coach Alan demonstrates a Tennis fitness challenge you can do to improve your speed and coordination around the Tennis court.
In the 5 ball pick up, the player must collect the 5 tennis balls that are scattered across the service line and the baseline onto his tennis strings. The rule is to only collect one Tennis ball at a time and try to do it in as fast as time as possible.
