-
“A’uzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir
Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem.”
-
“Atiullah atiur Rasul wa Ulil amre minkum.”
And always a reminder for myself
-
ana abdukal 'ajeezu, dayeefu, miskinu, zhalim, wa
jahl, and but for the grace of Allah (AJ) that we
-
are still in existence. And alhamdulillah,
that Allah (AJ) granted us to enter the
-
rahmah (mercy), the rahmah, of Ramadan. And
alhamdulillah, all these realities that they
-
put together for us, that Allah (AJ) granted
this ‘uloom and knowledges, that the rahmah
-
and the mercy of Allah (AJ) is the presence
of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. And for his nation,
-
and the love he has for his nation, and especially
the love he has for those who love him ﷺ and try
-
their best to serve Allah (AJ) by serving the
nation of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ. And as easy as
-
a durood sharif (praising on Prophet Muhammad ﷺ)
and salawat (praises upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) and
-
praisings upon this Divinely reality that we can
draw near into that rahmah and that mercy that
-
gives us the gift and the ability to receive the
mercy of Ramadan and to enter into the fastings
-
of Ramadan, the blessings, and the joy of holy
month of Ramadan. And then Allah (AJ) gave us,
-
after 10 days, a gate will open for you, the gates
of maghfirah and forgiveness. In those 10 days,
-
the 20th section of the 10 days that go to the
20th day – these are the days of forgiveness.
-
That as you are fasting, Allah (AJ) dressing
the souls with immense Divinely forgiveness.
-
Then is a time in which to give charity,
to read Qur'an, and to ask for forgiveness,
-
make istighfar (seeking forgiveness). When
we say, ‘Astaghfirullah,’ we're not only
-
saying only, ‘Astaghfirullah’ but we ask through
sifat al-’Azim (attribute of The Magnificent). In
-
the Fajr (dawn prayer) awrad (daily practice) we
have “Astaghfirullahal ‘Azim, wa atubu ilayk”.
-
By the sifat al-’Azim in which Allah’s (AJ)
Might and Majesty that nothing can stop
-
Allah's (AJ) ‘Azim. When Allah (AJ) destined
for somebody, nothing can stop it, nothing
-
can block it. Under the immensity of this ‘Azim,
Astaghfirullahal ‘Azim, Allah (AJ) to destroy all
-
sins, all corruption, all nifaaq (hypocrisy)
within the servant, all the badness within
-
the servant to be destroyed and to be washed
away. This is an immense 10 days in Ramadan,
-
the middle of Ramadan, in which Allah (AJ) is
granting these immense oceans of forgiveness.
-
This sifat (attribute) of Ramadan Al-Muntaqim
(The Avenger) that is from the realities of the
-
heart of awliyaullah (saints) that this is the
ninth month and the sultanate (kingdom) of 9,
-
in which 9 actually is a nuqt (dot) and a zero.
That 9 represents the highest power, and the
-
highest power has the power to render a servant
into nothingness. That as all the dunya (material
-
world) is making people to be something, Allah
(AJ) grants in the month of Ramadan that, ‘My
-
Ramadan will crush you into nothingness.’ This is
the immense power of the sultanate of the heavens,
-
the immense power of muhyil qulub (reviver of
hearts), mahidh dhunub (eraser of sins) the
-
reality of the soul of Prophet ﷺ like a... for
people to even comprehend, like a immense turbine,
-
like a fan, or like an ocean of power that spins
with such an immense power it rips everything
-
apart. When you go and you give blood to the lab,
they put the specimen of blood in a centrifugal
-
device that takes the blood and spins it at such
a rapid speed that everything within the blood
-
begins to come out. Means the elements that
they're searching for, the signs that they're
-
searching for, it’s through that spinning. And
this just for us to understand the immensity
-
of that reality. That in this world of light,
when the souls are moving back into the oceans
-
of the light in the world of light, in which
it actually never left the light. You must be
-
continuously connected to a source of power, like
trees, like the light bulbs that are connected to
-
an electrical outlet. You think you're this bulb
on a wire and that you're existing from nowhere,
-
but in actuality, awliya (saints) come into our
lives and taught us that: no, you're actually
-
plugged into a source, and the only reason
you're shining through that physicality that
-
you find yourself to be existing is because
Allah (AJ) has you plugged into a power.
-
And as a result of being plugged into that
reality, you find yourself to have an existence,
-
but that existence is coming from an ocean of
power. And the people from the world of light,
-
they don't focus on this light bulb, but they
focus on this source of energy that coming to
-
me. I want to go back into the system, and I want
to go back into the cords. I want to go back into
-
that energy. Where this energy is coming from,
I want to go back. And this is a journey to the
-
Lord of Power. That I'm a bulb on the outside
and I shine bright, I shine nice, and all the
-
different entrappings and encasings of dunya
that may fool people, trap people, delude people,
-
but the reality is not this. The reality is that
where is my power coming from? Where is this
-
illumination coming from? Where is this energy
coming from? And they’re to look back. Means, ‘Who
-
knows himself will know his Lord’ - his power, his
Rab. And when they take a life of going inward and
-
not outward. When they go inward and they found
that their energy is coming from this energy
-
source, and as they go back into that reality of
that energy source, they found that its source is
-
an ocean called “Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ”. And
that when they're going back into that ocean,
-
one of the realities of Prophet ﷺ is continuously
taking the energies of people, all these soul for
-
us and our animators to even understand it's like
a source of power and all these beatific lights,
-
like the streams of LED lights that are connected,
all coming back into that one ocean. And in that
-
ocean of reality, Muhammadun Rasulallah ﷺ,
Allah (AJ) made his light to spin, spin with
-
such an immense force that every badness that the
lights are sending back, that force destroys it,
-
annihilates it, spins with such a speed in which
all the darkness is thrown out and everything is
-
renourished and re-illuminated and cleansed.
The immensity of this power, the immensity of
-
that light, that nothing bad enters back into the
heavens, that all the dirtiness is in this process
-
of spinning is thrown back out into the dunya and
that this becomes mahidh dhunub – the one whom
-
crushes and annihilates all the badness and all
the sins in this world of light so that everything
-
remains as it has always been - pure and purified
for Allah (AJ). And at that same spinning is
-
muhyil qulub – the one whom rejuvenates the energy
of the heart and the lights within the heart. This
-
is an immense gift in Ramadan for the nation of
Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ, in which the servants enter
-
into a fast, and they don't even have to know
these realities. Whom Allah (AJ) wants to know,
-
He inspires, ‘Go sit with them. I've destined for
you to know,’ others they're not destined to know,
-
so it's not something... if they know they
know and if they don't know they don't know.
-
But whom Allah (AJ) destines a life in which to
have heavenly knowledges then these are immense
-
realities for the heart. That, ‘Ya Rabbi
as I’m asking maghfirah and forgiveness,’
-
then they put all of these teachings
together. ‘Of course I'm going to forgive you,
-
how could I punish you when you're in the
presence of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ’.
-
Make your istighfar, make your salawats
so that your soul is always in the company
-
of whom you love and whom you love his holy
nazar (gaze) always upon you and then no doubt
-
Allah (AJ) grants that reality, its maghfirah, its
forgiveness, its repentance, and its cleansings.
-
As a result of its cleansings, it's being
washed, it's being put back to its state
-
of its birth. They say by the end of Ramadan, the
servant comes as if they've been newly born. It's
-
an entire reset in which no creation has that
capability unless they are under the nation
-
of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and they entered into
Ramadan. Ramadan is not something small. ‘Oh, I'll
-
do it, I'll do it halfway, then I won't do it,
or maybe I'll do it.’ This is a immense, immense
-
gift in which those who understand technologies
and realities, that as our life becomes filled
-
with viruses, all sorts of negativities. When the
kids play too many video games and they say the
-
connection is slowing, the computer is slowing,
everything's slowing, this is an analogy for our
-
dunya, because the gaming is symbolic of our
lives. They're playing at such a fast pace and
-
entertaining themselves as if they're trying to
understand life, but within a 2-hour session and
-
our lives just seem to be an 80-year session.
We play, play, play, and along this playing,
-
we bring a lot of burdens, a lot of badness, a lot
of difficulty, a lot of negativity. And imagine
-
the majority of humanity has no reset until they
enter into the grave. And what happens in the
-
grave when Allah (AJ) describes, ‘Okay, you've
come now, this is what you've brought with you.’
-
No need to be angry at your Creator, you entered
the grave with what you have brought with you.
-
But when Allah (AJ) loves a servant, and these
are the signs of love. Islam is a sign of love,
-
it's a sign of Divinely love. When you enter into
Islam, it's not from your brain, it's a gift from
-
Allah (AJ). If you take the treasures of Islam,
these are gifts from Allah (AJ), and the greatest
-
treasure or one of the greatest treasures is the
holy month of Ramadan. As soon as they enter into
-
that month, Allah (AJ) is resetting their soul
and their nafs (ego), their dunya, everything.
-
Everything that they put bad upon themself,
Allah (AJ) is rendering by the power of the
-
sultanate of 9 that ‘I return you back like reset,
reboot you, take away all of the badness that you
-
have put upon yourself, all the entrappings from
shaitan (satan) and your nafs and everything to be
-
rendered and to be destroyed, so that you can go
and destroy yourself again for another year’.
-
And described to Prophet ﷺ, ‘Your nation is never
tired of sinning, and I'm never tired of forgiving
-
them.’ Very few will leave Ramadan and continue to
be like they’re in Ramadan. But this is the mercy
-
of Allah (AJ) is that we're submersed in this
dunya with all its entrapments, and Allah (AJ)
-
gives for us the greatest washing, the greatest
cleansing that, ‘Enter into this holy month,
-
I dress you from a rahmah,’ because the rahmah is
needed for us to even begin to fast. ‘Then I begin
-
to dress you with maghfirah, with a cleansing and
the washing upon your reality’. We said the 81st
-
name, when we want to understand the power of 9
and the sultanate of 9, when it comes to the ninth
-
month, means it multiplies; multiplication brings
a reality out of something. When the 9 wants to
-
multiply with the month and the ninth month, it
brings the secret of 81, and the 81st name of the
-
99 Names of Allah (AJ) is Al-Muntaqim – The One
whom avenges His servants. See, the Prophet’s ﷺ is
-
a key for these realities. That whatever shaitan
is putting upon us, trying to destroy us, the only
-
one who can save us is Allah (AJ). That, ‘Under
my sifat al-Muntaqim is that you've entered into
-
this Ramadan, you entered into the deen (religion)
of Islam, the love of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ and I
-
will avenge you from shaitan. Whatever shaitan
has tried to put upon you, I will avenge you.
-
I will destroy and annihilate the sins that
he has put upon your soul, upon your nafs,
-
upon your being’. And only Allah (AJ) can avenge
us from the darkness and the difficulty of what
-
shaitan has put upon us, upon our lives, our
families, our communities. These are a immense
-
love, immense blessings, and an immense gift
to the nation and to the nation of Sayyidina
-
Muhammad ﷺ. And for those whom wish to be from
‘arifeen who knowers of Divinely reality, just by
-
knowing these names, knowing these zikrs (Divine
remembrances), knowing these understandings,
-
these are immense gifts and realities to open
upon the soul and to dress upon the soul.
