1. His Eminence was answering a question asking:

"How can we understand whether we are under magic or demonic influence?"

Some symptoms (they need not all occur together) he mentioned prior to this segment:

"Weak memory, lapses or gaps in memory, disturbed sleep.
When attending an Orthodox church during the Divine Liturgy,
they feel someone or something restraining them from entering.
(Compare what happened to Saint Mary of Egypt when she tried to visit the Holy Sepulchre).
They cannot venerate wonder-working relic and holy icons.
They cannot sit next to a virtuous man."

Then he went on to mention the incident with the Psalter in the video.

2. At 2:04,
"This is not something difficult to [decide to] do."

His Eminence means that it's not difficult to seek help from an Orthodox priest in case you suspect you are under demonic or witchcraft influence.

However, not all priests are suited for this task.
His Eminence said: "They need to have certain qualities: first and foremost humility, fasting and prayer."

Each year the Greek faithful on the island of Kefalonia have a processions with St. Gerasimos’ relics on his feast days.
People lay on the ground so that his relics can be carried over them.

By His economy, God allowed the relics to remain incorrupt in order to help people.
And see how God economized this!
Because Kerkyra, Kefallonia, and Zakyntho are near Italy,
and it would be easy for the people to be seduced by Papism,
"placing a dam over" there with St. Spyridon, St. Gerasimos, and St. Dionysios."
