You must use the ground. Your body is designed to support itself. Don't lean on a wall. Don't lean on a chair. Don't sit on a chair as much as you can. For 2024, that's it. That's the one tip. One thing to focus on from us. I hope you can commit to it. Make a decision. Stick to it. I guarantee you it will improve the quality of your life. It's going to take some time to see the improvements, but if you stick to it, you'll see the improvements. Do not just rush into it. If you find that sitting on the floor, if you've lost a lot of mobility and it's very uncomfortable and very painful, then gradually progress. You might have to start with five minutes a day, ten minutes a day, but gradually increase it to the point where you become so comfortable on the ground over time that you don't even want to see a chair. Chairs should become uncomfortable eventually. Use the ground. Happy New Year.
