Kaden and Kyler are identical twins who both live with learning disabilities, ADHD, social anxiety, and depression. This is due to twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, a rare condition they experienced in the womb. Kyler and Kaden want others to know that although they struggle with socializing, they still long for connection and hope others will take the time to understand and engage with them.
