If the doctor misplaced the eye, it would have been problematic.

He would then have to send some matching eye, just as a matching ball is issued in the game of cricket.

In a physical combat, the opponent would hold them by near empty place of non-existing stomach and defeat them.

They could use boxing gloves as stomach.
