So we're here in Google Plus Hangout on the air. I'm Eric Mack, managing editor of Crowdsourcing.org, and also in the Hangout we've got Nicolas Reville, who is cofounder and executive director of Amara. Before we talk about what we're doing here today, maybe just to get us started, Nicolas, explain a little bit about what Amara is and what you guys do.
