  • 0:24 - 0:25
    [Music]
  • 0:25 - 0:28
So I just want to pray for us. Lord,
  • 0:28 - 0:32
help us every day to be disciplined, to
  • 0:32 - 0:35
read your word, to speak it out, to hear
  • 0:35 - 0:38
    ourselves.
  • 0:39 - 0:43
There is a second half to his mission
  • 0:43 - 0:46
and that he will not come as a suffering
  • 0:46 - 0:48
servant but as a conquering king. He
  • 0:48 - 0:51
will not come as a meek lamb but he will
  • 0:51 - 0:54
come as a roaring lion. And when he
  • 0:54 - 0:56
comes the second time it will not be to
  • 0:56 - 0:59
die for our sins but it will be to judge
  • 0:59 - 1:02
the world of their sins and to establish
  • 1:02 - 1:06
    his kingdom upon the earth.
  • 1:27 - 1:30
    [Music]
  • 1:37 - 1:40
    Welcome.
  • 1:41 - 1:42
We want to begin our meeting this
  • 1:42 - 1:45
    morning.
  • 1:51 - 1:53
As I was thinking about our meeting this
  • 1:53 - 1:56
morning, I was reminded of the period of
  • 1:56 - 1:58
time that the people of Israel are in
  • 1:58 - 2:01
    right now.
  • 2:04 - 2:06
All of the people of Israel are right
  • 2:06 - 2:08
now in a time of um saying prayers of
  • 2:08 - 2:11
    forgiveness.
  • 2:13 - 2:15
And that goes through the month of up
  • 2:15 - 2:19
    until the day of atonement.
  • 2:27 - 2:30
And this is a whole month of people
  • 2:30 - 2:32
crying out to God for forgiveness and
  • 2:32 - 2:34
    repenting on behalf of themselves
  • 2:34 - 2:38
personally and the nation of Israel.
  • 2:41 - 2:43
And I used to pray this prayer in the
  • 2:43 - 2:44
synagogue. So I want to share it with
  • 2:44 - 2:47
    you.
  • 3:01 - 3:03
And the prayer goes like this. Lord of
  • 3:03 - 3:06
    forgiveness, examiner of hearts,
  • 3:06 - 3:08
    revealer of depths. You speak
  • 3:08 - 3:10
    righteousness. You're glorious in
  • 3:10 - 3:13
    wonders, eternal in comfort and
  • 3:13 - 3:15
    consolation. You remember the covenant
  • 3:15 - 3:17
of our fathers. You know our innermost
  • 3:17 - 3:19
parts. You are good and do good to all
  • 3:19 - 3:21
living things. you know all hidden
  • 3:21 - 3:24
matters and it goes on describing the
  • 3:24 - 3:24
    Lord.
  • 3:24 - 3:27
    Hallelujah.
  • 3:46 - 3:48
because he is the one who knows our
  • 3:48 - 3:50
innermost parts. He is the key to the
  • 3:50 - 3:54
    forgiveness of sins.
  • 4:00 - 4:02
And we want to pray for the people of
  • 4:02 - 4:04
Israel to receive that revelation right
  • 4:04 - 4:06
now as they're crying out to God with
  • 4:06 - 4:09
    this prayer in the synagogues.
  • 4:12 - 4:16
And that is our uh position, our job to
  • 4:16 - 4:17
pray for that light to be revealed to
  • 4:17 - 4:21
    the people of Israel.
  • 4:24 - 4:27
So let's read from Acts 4:12 and enter
  • 4:27 - 4:31
    into that prayer together.
  • 4:36 - 4:39
    [Music]
  • 4:40 - 4:43
And it says there, there is no salvation
  • 4:43 - 4:45
in any other, for there is no other name
  • 4:45 - 4:48
given us under heaven by which man must
  • 4:48 - 4:50
be saved. That's the name of Yeshua, the
  • 4:50 - 4:53
    Messiah.
  • 4:56 - 4:57
    Yeshua, Hamashiach.
  • 4:57 - 4:59
So our father and our king, we thank you
  • 4:59 - 5:00
and we declare there is none other but
  • 5:00 - 5:04
    Yeshua, the Messiah.
  • 5:06 - 5:07
    Yeshua.
  • 5:07 - 5:09
We declare this morning the name of
  • 5:09 - 5:13
    Yeshua the Messiah.
  • 5:19 - 5:21
We ask for forgiveness of sins today for
  • 5:21 - 5:23
each and every person in the people of
  • 5:23 - 5:27
    Israel that don't know you.
  • 5:32 - 5:34
Father, forgive us for forgive us for
  • 5:34 - 5:36
how we have not acted according to your
  • 5:36 - 5:40
will and according to your plan.
  • 5:47 - 5:50
Father, we ask that during this time of
  • 5:50 - 5:53
prayer for forgiveness up until day of
  • 5:53 - 5:56
atonement that you will do miracles and
  • 5:56 - 5:56
    wonders.
  • 5:56 - 5:59
    Hallelujah.
  • 6:01 - 6:04
    and
  • 6:04 - 6:09
the Lord and declare his power.

many times do I have to forgive?" This
  • 25:26 - 25:29
is connecting to what Yonas said. And
  • 25:29 - 25:32
the Lord, he said, "Seven times." And he
  • 25:32 - 25:37
    said, "No, 7 * 70."
  • 25:39 - 25:43
I don't know exactly if Peter

    Daniel chapter nine, what it
  • 25:49 - 25:53
the time of the coming of the Lord,
  • 25:53 - 25:57
    it says 77s
  • 25:57 - 25:59
are determined for your people and for
  • 25:59 - 26:02
your holy city to finish the
  • 26:02 - 26:06
transgression, to make an end of sins.
  • 26:06 - 26:09
    Hallelujah. That's that's Calvary.
  • 26:09 - 26:12
    That's Golgotaa.
  • 26:13 - 26:17
That's why we have to forgive.
  • 26:17 - 26:20
And and let's not forget also and thank
  • 26:20 - 26:26
you, Aba, that all of the wrath of God
  • 26:26 - 26:29
fell on your son. This was not just some
  • 26:29 - 26:32
    emotional
  • 26:32 - 26:35
    picture of love,
  • 26:35 - 26:38
but this was the completion of all
  • 26:38 - 26:40
    things.
  • 26:40 - 26:43
All of your wrath, all of your wrath
  • 26:43 - 26:46
fell on your beloved one, your only
  • 26:46 - 26:49
begotten, oh God, so that Lord, we could
  • 26:49 - 26:53
forgive 70* seven. We could look at you
  • 26:53 - 26:57
hanging on that cross, mired above all
  • 26:57 - 27:00
    men, unrecognizable,
  • 27:00 - 27:03
and hear you say again and again,
  • 27:03 - 27:06
forgive them for they don't know what
  • 27:06 - 27:08
    they're doing.
  • 27:08 - 27:13
And Lord, none of us, Lord, none of us
  • 27:13 - 27:16
    can withhold forgiveness, Lord,
  • 27:16 - 27:20
because you drank the full cup, Yeshua.
  • 27:20 - 27:23
    You drank the full cup.
  • 27:23 - 27:26
And we want to say thank you. You drank
  • 27:26 - 27:29
    the full cup for Israel.
  • 27:29 - 27:31
You drank the full cup for every one of
  • 27:31 - 27:35
us individually. Lord, you drank the
  • 27:35 - 27:39
full cup for your ecclesia. Lord, you
  • 27:39 - 27:43
drank the full cup for Jews and Arabs,
  • 27:43 - 27:48
for every nation under the sun.
  • 27:48 - 27:50
And Lord, we just want to say thank you.
  • 27:50 - 27:52
    We want to bow.
  • 27:52 - 27:57
Thank you that this forgiveness of 70* 7
  • 27:57 - 28:00
    cost you everything.
  • 28:00 - 28:02
You were marred by the wrath and the
  • 28:02 - 28:05
    sin. Hallelujah.
  • 28:05 - 28:09
    Hallelujah. We thank you Aba.
  • 28:09 - 28:14
    Hallelujah. 70* 7
  • 28:14 - 28:18
    we will forgive Bashm Yeshua.
  • 28:18 - 28:23
    [Music]
  • 28:23 - 28:26
    coming.
  • 28:26 - 28:28
    [Music]
  • 28:28 - 28:32
    You're all we want.
  • 28:32 - 28:35
    You're all we want.
  • 28:35 - 28:37
    Holy
  • 28:37 - 28:39
    Spirit,
  • 28:39 - 28:41
    come
  • 28:41 - 28:44
    on.
  • 28:44 - 28:48
    You're one.
  • 28:48 - 28:52
    You're one.
  • 28:52 - 28:52
    [Music]
  • 28:52 - 28:53
    [Applause]
  • 28:53 - 29:01
    [Music]
  • 29:01 - 29:03
    Heat. Heat. Heat.
  • 29:03 - 29:08
    [Music]
  • 29:08 - 29:11
    [Applause]
  • 29:11 - 29:14
    [Music]
  • 29:16 - 29:19
    Heat. Heat.
  • 29:22 - 29:25
    [Music]
  • 29:26 - 29:29
    Yeah.
  • 29:32 - 29:33
    Heat.
  • 29:33 - 29:41
    [Music]
  • 29:41 - 29:42
    [Applause]
  • 29:42 - 29:45
    Yeah.
  • 29:48 - 29:49
    Heat.
  • 29:49 - 29:58
    [Music]
  • 30:00 - 30:03
    Come.
  • 30:04 - 30:07
    [Music]
  • 30:07 - 30:08
    You're
  • 30:08 - 30:22
    [Music]
  • 30:22 - 30:25
    one.
  • 30:25 - 30:30
    You're one. You're all we want. You're
  • 30:30 - 30:33
    we want.
  • 30:33 - 30:37
    You're we want.
  • 30:37 - 30:41
    You're all we want.
  • 30:41 - 30:45
    You're all we want.
  • 30:45 - 30:49
    You're all we want.
  • 30:49 - 30:53
    You're all we want.
  • 30:53 - 30:55
    You're one.
  • 30:55 - 30:57
    All we want. Oh,
  • 30:57 - 31:02
    you're all we want.
  • 31:09 - 31:17
    [Music]
  • 31:17 - 31:19
    me
  • 31:19 - 31:39
    [Music]
  • 31:39 - 31:40
    to
  • 31:40 - 31:42
    show
  • 31:42 - 31:45
    I
  • 31:46 - 31:49
    I
  • 31:49 - 31:51
    [Music]
  • 31:51 - 31:54
    me
  • 31:55 - 31:58
    [Music]
  • 32:00 - 32:07
    [Music]
  • 32:07 - 32:11
    all who are thirsty
  • 32:11 - 32:14
    Come and drink.
  • 32:14 - 32:18
    Come and drink free
  • 32:18 - 32:23
and drink of the water of life.
  • 32:23 - 32:28
    Let all who are thirsty.
  • 32:28 - 32:31
    Come and drink.
  • 32:31 - 32:34
    Come and drink. Drink freely.
  • 32:34 - 32:40
    Drink the water of life.
  • 32:40 - 32:43
    Yes.
  • 32:48 - 32:51
    Drink freely.
  • 32:51 - 32:53
    [Music]
  • 32:53 - 32:56
    Breathing
  • 32:56 - 33:00
    water of life.
  • 33:00 - 33:02
    I'm
  • 33:02 - 33:12
    [Music]
  • 33:14 - 33:15
    presing
  • 33:15 - 33:21
    [Music]
  • 33:21 - 33:23
    the love
  • 33:23 - 33:27
    and without you.
  • 33:27 - 33:29
    But I
  • 33:29 - 33:32
    know
  • 33:36 - 33:52
    [Music]
  • 33:55 - 33:57
    presence. This is
  • 33:57 - 34:05
all I need. It's all I want. All I see
  • 34:05 - 34:07
    without it
  • 34:07 - 34:11
    without it.
  • 34:12 - 34:15
    [Music]
  • 34:15 - 34:18
    My pres.
  • 34:18 - 34:30
    [Music]
  • 34:36 - 34:39
    [Music]
  • 34:39 - 34:39
    [Applause]
  • 34:39 - 34:45
    [Music]
  • 34:45 - 34:48
    Heat. Heat. Heat.
  • 34:48 - 34:55
    [Music]
  • 34:55 - 34:58
    Heat. Heat. Heat.
  • 35:00 - 35:05
    [Music]
  • 35:05 - 35:09
    Heat. Heat.
  • 35:09 - 35:16
    [Music]
  • 35:16 - 35:19
    Heat. Heat.
  • 35:24 - 35:36
    [Music]
  • 35:36 - 35:38
    [Applause]
  • 35:38 - 35:41
    So
  • 35:44 - 35:47
    again,
  • 35:49 - 35:53
    [Music]
  • 35:57 - 36:02
    [Music]
  • 36:04 - 36:06
    Heat. Heat.
  • 36:06 - 36:18
    [Music]
  • 36:18 - 36:21
    Heat. Heat.
  • 36:22 - 36:31
    [Music]
  • 36:32 - 36:35
    Heat. Heat.
  • 36:38 - 36:42
    [Music]
  • 36:42 - 36:44
    Heat. Heat.
  • 36:44 - 36:47
    [Music]
  • 36:49 - 36:52
    [Music]
  • 36:53 - 36:57
    The rain
  • 36:57 - 37:21
    [Music]
  • 37:23 - 37:27
    Oh, come on.
  • 37:27 - 37:38
    [Music]
  • 37:42 - 37:44
    L
  • 37:44 - 38:05
    [Music]
  • 38:08 - 38:10
    and I
  • 38:10 - 38:12
    Oh,
  • 38:12 - 38:21
    [Music]
  • 38:21 - 38:23
    yeah.
  • 38:23 - 38:25
    Glor.
  • 38:25 - 38:31
    [Music]
  • 38:31 - 38:33
    [Applause]
  • 38:33 - 38:46
    [Music]
  • 39:05 - 39:14
There will be no one like you. No one
  • 39:14 - 39:15
    beside
  • 39:15 - 39:19
    you alone.
  • 39:19 - 39:23
    Early on,
  • 39:24 - 39:26
    [Music]
  • 39:26 - 39:30
    there will be no
  • 39:30 - 39:32
    like
  • 39:32 - 39:36
    no one beside
  • 39:36 - 39:39
    you.
  • 39:40 - 39:43
    Where are
  • 39:43 - 39:46
    the voices
  • 39:46 - 39:49
    [Music]
  • 39:52 - 39:55
    Heat. Heat.
  • 39:56 - 39:59
    [Music]
  • 40:02 - 40:03
    Heat. Heat. Heat.
  • 40:03 - 40:12
    [Music]
  • 40:12 - 40:15
    Heat. Heat.
  • 40:17 - 40:21
    [Music]
  • 40:21 - 40:23
    [Applause]
  • 40:23 - 40:25
    [Music]
  • 40:25 - 40:28
    Heat. Heat. Heat.
  • 40:35 - 40:36
    Heat. Heat.
  • 40:36 - 40:48
    [Music]
  • 40:48 - 40:50
    Heat. Heat. Heat.
  • 40:50 - 40:58
    [Music]
  • 40:59 - 41:02
No other name. No other name.
  • 41:02 - 41:05
    [Music]
  • 41:05 - 41:09
No other name. No other name.
  • 41:09 - 41:14
No other name. No other name.
  • 41:14 - 41:16
    [Music]
  • 41:16 - 41:19
    No other name.
  • 41:19 - 41:21
    No other name.
  • 41:21 - 41:27
    [Music]
  • 41:27 - 41:29
    Only your name Yeshua
  • 41:29 - 41:34
ready in our hearts and our mouths.
  • 41:34 - 41:37
No other name be lifted high.
  • 41:37 - 41:40
No other name but yours Yeshua.
  • 41:40 - 41:45
    No other word is worthy
  • 41:45 - 41:51
of our hearts, our attention, our love.
  • 41:52 - 41:54
    [Applause]
  • 41:54 - 41:58
No other name we lifted high.
  • 41:58 - 42:04
No other name be lifted high.
  • 42:06 - 42:13
    [Music]
  • 42:13 - 42:16
    [Applause]
  • 42:21 - 42:24
    [Music]
  • 42:24 - 42:26
We can keep singing this song over and
  • 42:26 - 42:30
    over and over again.
  • 42:36 - 42:38
Father in heaven, we lift you high. We
  • 42:38 - 42:43
    praise you. We exalt you.
  • 42:46 - 42:49
Not everyone understands why we need to
  • 42:49 - 42:52
    do this.
  • 42:52 - 42:59
    [Music]
  • 43:00 - 43:01
But I was reminded of the word of the
  • 43:01 - 43:04
Lord which is powerful and authentic and
  • 43:04 - 43:08
    true for today.
  • 43:08 - 43:15
    [Music]
  • 43:20 - 43:22
And that's us. That's each and every one
  • 43:22 - 43:24
of us sitting here because it says in
  • 43:24 - 43:27
John 7:31, "He who believes on me, as
  • 43:27 - 43:29
the scripture has said, from his
  • 43:29 - 43:31
innermost being will flow rivers of
  • 43:31 - 43:35
    living water.
  • 43:35 - 43:39
    [Music]
  • 43:41 - 43:43
And brothers and sisters, that's what
  • 43:43 - 43:45
those people who do not have Yeshua in
  • 43:45 - 43:49
    their lives are missing.
  • 44:02 - 44:06
And it says in Romans chapter 3 that God
  • 44:06 - 44:10
is one who justifies through faith those
  • 44:10 - 44:12
who believe in him. He is just and the
  • 44:12 - 44:13
justifier of the one who has faith in
  • 44:13 - 44:18
Yeshua. So we need that faith
  • 44:22 - 44:24
that we will walk both by faith in
  • 44:24 - 44:29
Yeshua and according to his words, his
  • 44:34 - 44:36
feel wants to remind us in the spirit
  • 44:36 - 44:38
    today even regarding forgiveness and
  • 44:38 - 44:41
    repentance.
  • 44:44 - 44:49
    [Music]
  • 44:49 - 44:52
because we don't grasp the depth of true
  • 44:52 - 44:55
forgiveness between God and us and
  • 44:55 - 44:58
    between us and other people
  • 44:58 - 45:05
    [Music]
  • 45:05 - 45:07
and the greatest forgiveness that God
  • 45:07 - 45:09
has given each and every one of us
  • 45:09 - 45:11
    forgiveness of our sins.
  • 45:11 - 45:20
    [Music]
  • 45:20 - 45:22
So let's pray into that a little bit
  • 45:22 - 45:24
more because I feel strongly in my heart
  • 45:24 - 45:25
that we need to pray into this issue of
  • 45:25 - 45:27
forgiveness for the body of Messiah all
  • 45:27 - 45:31
    over the world.
  • 45:34 - 45:36
The body of Messiah is standing against
  • 45:36 - 45:39
the largest enemy that opposes God which
  • 45:39 - 45:41
    is unforgiveness.
  • 45:41 - 45:44
    [Music]
  • 45:46 - 45:48
Unforgiveness is a trap that leaves us
  • 45:48 - 45:52
    in bondage inside.
  • 45:52 - 45:56
    [Music]
  • 45:56 - 45:58
So, Father in heaven, we declare
  • 45:58 - 46:00
forgiveness over each one of us, over
  • 46:00 - 46:04
our hearts, through our very DNA.
  • 46:05 - 46:08
    Help
  • 46:08 - 46:09
us understand the power you have
  • 46:09 - 46:12
forgiven. You have given us to forgive
  • 46:12 - 46:15
    even to forgive ourselves.
  • 46:19 - 46:21
Give us the strength and the
  • 46:21 - 46:23
    understanding to forgive one another.
  • 46:23 - 46:26
    Father,
  • 46:31 - 46:34
help us to forgive those who hurt us,
  • 46:34 - 46:38
    even from outside your body.
  • 46:42 - 46:44
We want to live it out and have it be
  • 46:44 - 46:46
real in our lives and understand it
  • 46:46 - 46:50
    before we go out.
  • 46:54 - 46:56
Father, in our flesh we are weak, but
  • 46:56 - 47:00
together with you we are strong.
  • 47:00 - 47:02
    Thank you for your grace,
  • 47:02 - 47:05
    for your forgiveness
  • 47:05 - 47:06
    in the name of Yeshua.
  • 47:06 - 47:08
    Amen.
  • 47:08 - 47:10
    Amen.
  • 47:10 - 47:14
We want to move on to more prayers now.
  • 47:14 - 47:18
So we'll open up the microphone
  • 47:18 - 47:21
    regarding forgiveness
  • 47:21 - 47:25
in every circle that it touches.
  • 47:25 - 47:27
We could dedicate a full day to going
  • 47:27 - 47:30
    into this subject.
  • 47:30 - 47:32
But that's our job because God hears our
  • 47:32 - 47:35
    prayers.
  • 47:39 - 47:40
But there's other directions and topics
  • 47:40 - 47:42
of prayer that we want to cover today
  • 47:42 - 47:45
    also.
  • 47:50 - 47:53
Because our warfare is not with uh
  • 47:53 - 47:55
princip is not with flesh and blood but
  • 47:55 - 47:57
with principalities and powers and the
  • 47:57 - 48:01
rulers of the darkness of this world.
  • 48:05 - 48:08
And today there are 60,000 reserve
  • 48:08 - 48:12
    soldiers being called in.
  • 48:14 - 48:16
    And if negotiations regarding the
  • 48:16 - 48:20
    hostages will not continue,
  • 48:24 - 48:26
the war will continue and we are going
  • 48:26 - 48:31
    to move deeper into Gaza
  • 48:31 - 48:35
which is a very difficult scenario.
  • 48:35 - 48:39
Soldiers will have to give their lives.
  • 48:39 - 48:43
    Soldiers may be wounded. Helpless
  • 48:44 - 48:47
    [Music]
  • 48:47 - 48:49
civilians and children in Gaza will be
  • 48:49 - 48:53
    hurt and die.
  • 48:53 - 48:54
We don't know what is the right or wrong
  • 48:54 - 48:57
    answer.
  • 49:00 - 49:02
But father we pray let your will be
  • 49:02 - 49:04
done. Let your kingdom come on earth as
  • 49:04 - 49:06
    it is in heaven.
  • 49:06 - 49:09
    [Music]
  • 49:11 - 49:13
And our warfare is not against people.
  • 49:13 - 49:15
It's not against flesh and blood, but
  • 49:15 - 49:18
    it's spiritual.
  • 49:23 - 49:25
So I want us to pray for protection over
  • 49:25 - 49:27
the soldiers, over the security forces,
  • 49:27 - 49:31
    and over the innocent civilians.
  • 49:34 - 49:36
and that the glory would all go to the
  • 49:36 - 49:38
King of Kings who is fighting on our
  • 49:38 - 49:41
    behalf.
  • 49:42 - 49:43
That the glory would go to God for the
  • 49:43 - 49:47
miracles we are seeing in Syria.
  • 49:48 - 49:52
For the miracles we have seen in Yemen.
  • 49:52 - 49:54
For the miracles we have seen in
  • 49:54 - 49:57
    Lebanon.
  • 50:00 - 50:02
for the miracle that we saw in Gaza with
  • 50:02 - 50:06
the small group that tried to conquer a
  • 50:06 - 50:10
    military point.
  • 50:10 - 50:12
God fights for us and he hears our
  • 50:12 - 50:15
    prayer.
  • 50:16 - 50:18
Let's open our hearts and pray. Father
  • 50:18 - 50:21
    in heaven,
  • 50:22 - 50:25
    we invite you, Father,
  • 50:25 - 50:29
    and we call upon you,
  • 50:30 - 50:33
and we stand in our place on the
  • 50:33 - 50:36
    spiritual front lines.
  • 50:38 - 50:42
    We declare your plan, Father.
  • 50:43 - 50:45
We declare protection over your full
  • 50:45 - 50:48
    plan.
  • 50:50 - 50:53
protection over all those who are acting
  • 50:53 - 50:56
    according to your plan.
  • 50:56 - 50:58
    [Music]
  • 50:58 - 50:59
We pray that you would protect all the
  • 50:59 - 51:03
    security forces.
  • 51:04 - 51:06
Bring them out in peace and bring them
  • 51:06 - 51:09
    back in peace.
  • 51:12 - 51:13
Father, if it's not your will, close
  • 51:13 - 51:17
every door that's not from you.
  • 51:24 - 51:26
Father, we take our place and by your
  • 51:26 - 51:29
authority given to us, we bind every
  • 51:29 - 51:31
    land of the enemy.
  • 51:31 - 51:35
    [Music]
  • 51:35 - 51:36
Thank you for your grace and your
  • 51:36 - 51:38
    protection.
  • 51:38 - 51:40
    In the name of Yeshua.
  • 51:40 - 51:43
Yes, Father, we want to pray into this
  • 51:43 - 51:48
and not grow tired. Lord, it's hard to
  • 51:48 - 51:52
after two years, so many waves of this
  • 51:52 - 51:56
war and these operations in Gaza, but
  • 51:56 - 51:57
Lord, we lift it up to you and we
  • 51:57 - 52:00
continue to pray, Lord, the highest
  • 52:00 - 52:02
prayer, which I believe what I see is
  • 52:02 - 52:05
the highest prayer, 1 Timothy 2. Lord,
  • 52:05 - 52:07
we're praying that you would change
  • 52:07 - 52:10
Gaza. That there would be a power, a
  • 52:10 - 52:14
rule, a Mishtar, as we say, in Gaza that
  • 52:14 - 52:15
would be good for the gospel. You said
  • 52:15 - 52:18
it's your desire that every man is saved
  • 52:18 - 52:21
and come to the knowledge of the truth.
  • 52:21 - 52:22
And Lord, we know that the doors have
  • 52:22 - 52:26
been closed to the gospel since 2007.
  • 52:26 - 52:29
And we pray for open doors, Lord, that
  • 52:29 - 52:31
you would use the Israeli army, the IDF
  • 52:31 - 52:34
to open those doors, Lord. that you to
  • 52:34 - 52:39
to uh remove and destroy evil rule that
  • 52:39 - 52:40
is against you and that is against the
  • 52:40 - 52:43
gospel from Gaza. Lord, that you would
  • 52:43 - 52:46
put a rule, a government in Gaza that
  • 52:46 - 52:49
allows for the freedom of the gospel,
  • 52:49 - 52:51
Lord, for those 2 million people, Lord,
  • 52:51 - 52:53
who have suffered so many things in the
  • 52:53 - 52:57
last two years and whose whose little
  • 52:57 - 53:00
    citystate has been totally destroyed.
  • 53:00 - 53:03
Lord, we pray for righteousness. We pray
  • 53:03 - 53:06
for goodness. We pray for our Arab
  • 53:06 - 53:08
brothers and sisters of of evangelists
  • 53:08 - 53:10
and pastors and missionaries and people
  • 53:10 - 53:12
who are preparing to go in and to be
  • 53:12 - 53:15
there and to minister to these people.
  • 53:15 - 53:17
Lord, we pray for that they would have
  • 53:17 - 53:20
freedom to do so. Freedom for the gospel
  • 53:20 - 53:26
in Gaza, Lord. Bishm Yeshua. Amen.
  • 53:30 - 53:33
Lord, I want to pray for grace. Your
  • 53:33 - 53:36
word says, Lord, that where sin abounds,
  • 53:36 - 53:40
grace does much more super abound. Lord,
  • 53:40 - 53:42
even as as we sang about this river of
  • 53:42 - 53:46
life, Lord, let the grace flow freely
  • 53:46 - 53:51
from your throne like a mighty river to
  • 53:51 - 53:55
Gaza, through Gaza, to Israel, Lord, to
  • 53:55 - 53:58
all this region, oh God. Lord, none of
  • 53:58 - 54:01
us deserve grace. You know that better
  • 54:01 - 54:04
than anybody, Aba. But Lord, you gave us
  • 54:04 - 54:06
grace while we were still enemies.
  • 54:06 - 54:09
Enemies of the gospel, Lord. God, we're
  • 54:09 - 54:13
asking for grace. No one deserves it.
  • 54:13 - 54:15
We're asking for your name to be
  • 54:15 - 54:18
glorified by the pouring out of your
  • 54:18 - 54:21
grace, oh God. Hallelujah, God. Like a
  • 54:21 - 54:24
river, like a river that everyone would
  • 54:24 - 54:27
    know that there's a God. There's a God
  • 54:27 - 54:31
in this region, oh God, living full of
  • 54:31 - 54:35
    grace, kindness, mercy that triumphs
  • 54:35 - 54:38
over judgment, oh God. Hallelujah. Open
  • 54:38 - 54:41
the heavens, oh God. Open the heavens
  • 54:41 - 54:44
and pour out your spirit. Pour out your
  • 54:44 - 54:48
    grace, oh God, abundantly, God.
  • 54:48 - 54:52
Hallelujah. We thank you, Aba. Thank
  • 54:52 - 54:53
    you, Lord.
  • 54:53 - 54:59
    [Music]
  • 55:01 - 55:03
Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Lord,
  • 55:03 - 55:08
we pray for our soldiers. We pray for
  • 55:08 - 55:10
the reservists for the millowim Lord. We
  • 55:10 - 55:12
pray that those who are fighting for
  • 55:12 - 55:14
    Israel,
  • 55:14 - 55:16
Lord will turn to you, the God of
  • 55:16 - 55:18
Israel. They will turn to the rock of
  • 55:18 - 55:21
Israel, Lord, that they will see that
  • 55:21 - 55:24
you are their strength, that you are the
  • 55:24 - 55:27
God who's made covenant with Israel.
  • 55:27 - 55:30
Lord, I pray that there will be a a
  • 55:30 - 55:34
ripple of turning to you throughout the
  • 55:34 - 55:37
soldiers. Oh God, I pray for those who
  • 55:37 - 55:40
are believers, Lord, to speak out and to
  • 55:40 - 55:42
encourage those around them and to turn
  • 55:42 - 55:45
their hearts to you, oh God.
  • 55:45 - 55:48
Lord, I pray that that all Israel will
  • 55:48 - 55:50
turn to you and Lord, and it will start
  • 55:50 - 55:53
in the soldiers. It will start with
  • 55:53 - 55:54
those who are on the front lines. It
  • 55:54 - 55:57
will start to those who are defending
  • 55:57 - 56:01
Israel and that they will proclaim
  • 56:01 - 56:04
as the psalmist. Truly my soul silently
  • 56:04 - 56:08
waits for God for him comes my
  • 56:08 - 56:11
salvation. He only is my rock and my
  • 56:11 - 56:14
salvation. He is my defense. I shall not
  • 56:14 - 56:18
be greatly moved. Lord, I pray when the
  • 56:18 - 56:21
soldiers are afraid, they will turn to
  • 56:21 - 56:24
you. When they are discouraged, they
  • 56:24 - 56:25
will turn to you. When they feel
  • 56:25 - 56:27
hopeless, they will turn to you and they
  • 56:27 - 56:30
will say, "You are my rock. You are my
  • 56:30 - 56:33
salvation. You are the only hope, oh
  • 56:33 - 56:35
God. And we put our trust in you and you
  • 56:35 - 56:40
    alone." Amen.
  • 56:40 - 56:43
    You are love.
  • 56:43 - 56:48
You bring light to the darkness.
  • 56:48 - 56:51
    You give hope.
  • 56:51 - 56:53
    You restore
  • 56:53 - 56:54
    [Music]
  • 56:54 - 57:01

  • 57:32 - 57:35

  • 57:35 - 57:38

  • 57:38 - 57:40
    as we
  • 57:40 - 57:46

    You are love.
  • 58:33 - 58:38
You bring light to the darkness.
  • 58:38 - 58:41
    You give hope.
  • 58:41 - 58:44
    You restore
  • 58:44 - 58:48
every heart that is. Sing that again.
  • 58:48 - 58:52
You give life. You give life.
  • 58:52 - 58:54
    You are love.
  • 58:54 - 58:57
    You bring light
  • 58:57 - 59:00
    in the dark.
  • 59:00 - 59:02
    You give up.
  • 59:02 - 59:05
    You restore
  • 59:05 - 59:12
    every heart that is broken.

    [Music]
  • 59:14 - 59:18
    Great. Are you
  • 59:18 - 59:21

    [Music]
  • 59:25 - 59:26
    How great

  • 60:29 - 60:31
    Great.
  • 60:31 - 60:35
    Are you Lord?
  • 60:35 - 60:38
    [Music]
  • 60:41 - 60:44
Hallelujah. Um before I get into the
  • 60:44 - 60:45
main message today, I just want to make
  • 60:45 - 60:48
a little uh promo for everyone out there
  • 60:48 - 60:52
especially uh we are holding our bianual
  • 60:52 - 60:55
is that right? Semianual every two years
  • 60:55 - 60:58
is which one? Bianual. Thank you. by
  • 60:58 - 61:01
annual uh USA Tikon Global USA
  • 61:01 - 61:05
conference next week on September 11th,
  • 61:05 - 61:10
911 and 9:12 in Anaheim, California. And
  • 61:10 - 61:13
uh so uh we won't have our local meeting
  • 61:13 - 61:14
here next week. Most of our leadership
  • 61:14 - 61:16
is going to be out there and there's
  • 61:16 - 61:19
still some room at the Rock Church in
  • 61:19 - 61:20
Anaheim where it's going to be held. So
  • 61:20 - 61:22
if you're out there and especially in
  • 61:22 - 61:25
Southern California and you can come,
  • 61:25 - 61:27
come and join us. You can find
  • 61:27 - 61:32
    information on our website tunlobal.org
  • 61:32 - 61:33
and uh look forward to seeing you there
  • 61:33 - 61:35
and appreciate you all praying for us.
  • 61:35 - 61:38
It's something uh real strategic time in
  • 61:38 - 61:39
a lot of ways for for the ministry and
  • 61:39 - 61:43
for America and uh we really um we
  • 61:43 - 61:45
really enjoy being there with a lot of
  • 61:45 - 61:47
our partners and friends and appreciate
  • 61:47 - 61:50
    you all praying for us.
  • 61:50 - 61:54
Uh today I'm going to speak on a message
  • 61:54 - 61:57
um that I'm calling his circumcision,
  • 61:57 - 62:00
    our circumcision. Okay? His
  • 62:00 - 62:03
    circumcision, our circumcision, and you
  • 62:03 - 62:05
can guess what the message is about,
  • 62:05 - 62:09
circumcision, right? Um, and I've just
  • 62:09 - 62:11
been studying uh recently the book of
  • 62:11 - 62:13
    Colossians
  • 62:13 - 62:16
and um these verses in chapter 2:es 11
  • 62:16 - 62:19
and 12 kind of really grabbed my
  • 62:19 - 62:22
attention and they read like this. In
  • 62:22 - 62:25
him you were also circumcised with a
  • 62:25 - 62:28
circumcision made without hands in the
  • 62:28 - 62:31
removal of the body of the flesh by the
  • 62:31 - 62:35
circumcision of Christ of Messiah having
  • 62:35 - 62:38
been buried with him in baptism in in
  • 62:38 - 62:40
which you were also raised up with him
  • 62:40 - 62:41
through faith in the working of God who
  • 62:41 - 62:45
raised him from the dead. So this this
  • 62:45 - 62:48
phrase the circumcision of Messiah this
  • 62:48 - 62:51
is the only place in the New Testament
  • 62:51 - 62:54
of course and not in not in the
  • 62:54 - 62:55
circumcision of Christ. This is the only
  • 62:55 - 62:58
place you think wow what's he talking
  • 62:58 - 63:01
about exactly? You see the parallel a
  • 63:01 - 63:03
little parallel with the baptisms you
  • 63:03 - 63:06
know death and life and all that. So I
  • 63:06 - 63:08
want to kind of just dig into this. What
  • 63:08 - 63:11
is he talking about this circumcision of
  • 63:11 - 63:13
Christ? And I'm going to basically say
  • 63:13 - 63:15
two things. We're going to end up with
  • 63:15 - 63:17
two things. That one, it's I mean really
  • 63:17 - 63:19
in context here, he's talking about the
  • 63:19 - 63:22
circumcision of the heart and what
  • 63:22 - 63:24
happens uh internally when we put our
  • 63:24 - 63:26
faith in Yeshua when we're baptized.
  • 63:26 - 63:29
    This transformation that happens, this
  • 63:29 - 63:31
exposure to God and to the Holy Spirit.
  • 63:31 - 63:33
That's the main part. But also the
  • 63:33 - 63:35
    circumcision of Christ is his
  • 63:35 - 63:38
circumcision. You know, Jesus Yeshua was
  • 63:38 - 63:41
circumcised on the eighth day. uh just
  • 63:41 - 63:44
like all Jewish children since the time
  • 63:44 - 63:47
of Isaac. Okay. And so it's also a story
  • 63:47 - 63:49
about his circumcision and what that
  • 63:49 - 63:52
mean what that means for us. Okay. Now
  • 63:52 - 63:53
I'm going to we're going to start and
  • 63:53 - 63:55
spend some time on the chapter. We're
  • 63:55 - 63:57
going to kind of go back to the the
  • 63:57 - 64:01
Tanakh the foundation for the whole and
  • 64:01 - 64:02
you want to know anything about
  • 64:02 - 64:04
    circumcision, why God instituted it,
  • 64:04 - 64:07
what's it about? We go to Genesis 17.
  • 64:07 - 64:12
That's the chapter the covenant of God
  • 64:12 - 64:16
    with Abraham when he
  • 64:16 - 64:18
    institutes or what's what's what's the
  • 64:18 - 64:20
right word initiates or or makes this
  • 64:20 - 64:23
covenant of circumcision. So let's go
  • 64:23 - 64:26
there. And this this chapter I mean I've
  • 64:26 - 64:28
been sort of meditating and on it for
  • 64:28 - 64:30
the last 48 hours. I feel like I could
  • 64:30 - 64:34
teach five to 10 lessons 30 minutes each
  • 64:34 - 64:37
just on this chapter. It's so rich. It's
  • 64:37 - 64:40
so important. It's so foundational to
  • 64:40 - 64:42
biblical faith. Okay. So, we're going to
  • 64:42 - 64:44
kind of go through that, then look at a
  • 64:44 - 64:46
few of the other prophecies and then
  • 64:46 - 64:48
come back to Colossians and the New
  • 64:48 - 64:51
    Testament. All right. Chapter 17.
  • 64:51 - 64:53
    Genesis chapter 17.
  • 64:53 - 64:55
    V. This is I'm we're just going to go by
  • 64:55 - 64:56
verse by verse. There's so much
  • 64:56 - 65:00
revelation, so much happening here. A
  • 65:00 - 65:02
remember he's still called Ara here. Not
  • 65:02 - 65:06
    Abraham. He's a bentim
  • 65:06 - 65:10
    he's 99 years old.
  • 65:19 - 65:23
So this is one of those places where the
  • 65:23 - 65:25
verb in Hebrew, I mean most translations
  • 65:25 - 65:28
appeared that Jehovah appeared. It's the
  • 65:28 - 65:31
verb to see in the passive basically.
  • 65:31 - 65:35
Okay. He was seen by, right? It's not
  • 65:35 - 65:38
like in Genesis 15 just two chapters
  • 65:38 - 65:41
before another important chapter it says
  • 65:41 - 65:45
who he appeared makaz in a vision. Okay,
  • 65:45 - 65:47
that's in chapter 15 here and in a few
  • 65:47 - 65:49
    other places
  • 65:49 - 65:52
he saw okay not in a vision not in a
  • 65:52 - 65:55
dream like you and me are seeing each
  • 65:55 - 65:59
other. He saw Adonai Jehovah okay and
  • 65:59 - 66:01
he's speaking with him. The next chapter
  • 66:01 - 66:03
Genesis 18 we talked about this a few
  • 66:03 - 66:05
weeks ago on the basis of Asher's book
  • 66:05 - 66:08
who ate lunch with Abra with Abraham
  • 66:08 - 66:12
also he up he comes walking and and
  • 66:12 - 66:14
Abraham recognizes him that's why he
  • 66:14 - 66:16
gets up and gets all excited and says
  • 66:16 - 66:19
come my lord wash your feet and Sarah
  • 66:19 - 66:20
you got we got to make lunch for him
  • 66:20 - 66:23
    because he sees the same
  • 66:23 - 66:26
person in the next chapter it's really
  • 66:26 - 66:28
    clearly it's a person right but it's
  • 66:28 - 66:31
    Jehovah it's it's Yahweh It's it's
  • 66:31 - 66:34
Adonai. All right. So that's the first
  • 66:34 - 66:36
thing. The second thing is this is the
  • 66:36 - 66:41
first place that the name of God to the
  • 66:41 - 66:43
patriarchs appears. God says it's like
  • 66:43 - 66:46
he's introducing us. Hi, my name is
  • 66:46 - 66:50
What's his name? El Shadai. He says Ani
  • 66:50 - 66:52
    El Shadai.
  • 66:52 - 66:55
It's the first time El Shadai appears.
  • 66:55 - 66:58
So God is now sharing his name. Now,
  • 66:58 - 67:00
it's interesting that in the same verse,
  • 67:00 - 67:05
he's the text calls him Yhovah.
  • 67:05 - 67:07
So, what was his name back then? If you
  • 67:07 - 67:10
could get in a time machine and go back
  • 67:10 - 67:12
and say to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,
  • 67:12 - 67:14
the God who you believe in, the God who
  • 67:14 - 67:15
you're speaking with, the God who you're
  • 67:15 - 67:17
in covenant with, what's his name? What
  • 67:17 - 67:20
    would they have said?
  • 67:20 - 67:21
    Elshai.
  • 67:21 - 67:21
    Elai.
  • 67:21 - 67:25
Elshai. And they would not have said
  • 67:25 - 67:27
because they didn't know the name. This
  • 67:27 - 67:30
    Exodus chapter 63 incredibly important
  • 67:30 - 67:33
verse when God Jehovah is now revealing
  • 67:33 - 67:34
himself to Moses after the burning bush
  • 67:34 - 67:38
and his name and he says by this name
  • 67:38 - 67:42
Yode Vave he says to Moses Exodus 6:3 I
  • 67:42 - 67:45
did not make myself known to the
  • 67:45 - 67:48
patriarchs Abraham Isaac it's very clear
  • 67:48 - 67:52
Abraham Isaac and Jacob Ellah except I
  • 67:52 - 67:55
instead I made myself known as Elshadai
  • 67:55 - 67:57
    that was my name
  • 67:57 - 68:00
So why is Jehovah here in the text?
  • 68:00 - 68:04
Why is yaf actually starts in Genesis 2
  • 68:04 - 68:08
if they didn't know the name?
  • 68:08 - 68:13
Well, let's remember who wrote the book.
  • 68:13 - 68:15
Abraham didn't write it. Moses did.
  • 68:15 - 68:19
Moses now knows looking back through the
  • 68:19 - 68:22
revelation of Sinai and of Jehovah who
  • 68:22 - 68:25
that Elshadai is. It's the same God, but
  • 68:25 - 68:29
he's got a new upgraded name because
  • 68:29 - 68:31
    there's a new upgraded revelation
  • 68:31 - 68:33
happening at Mount Si. Why is that
  • 68:33 - 68:35
important for us? Because that's exactly
  • 68:35 - 68:40
what we do as New Testament believers.
  • 68:40 - 68:44
We look back and we go, El Shadai
  • 68:44 - 68:47
Yhovah, that guy who was eating and
  • 68:47 - 68:49
    talking with the patriarchs, that's
  • 68:49 - 68:52
Yeshua. That's his name which is
  • 68:52 - 68:54
upgraded now. That is the name which is
  • 68:54 - 68:56
above every other name. Right? And so
  • 68:56 - 68:58
it's part of the way that God works in
  • 68:58 - 69:01
covenant history at each major stage.
  • 69:01 - 69:03
And there are really three. The the
  • 69:03 - 69:06
patriarchs si and then the new covenant.
  • 69:06 - 69:09
At each stage the same thing happens.
  • 69:09 - 69:11
There's new laws. Laws are changed. Laws
  • 69:11 - 69:14
are upgraded. There's a new name
  • 69:14 - 69:18
a more clear distinct name. um and
  • 69:18 - 69:22
    events things happen covenantally that
  • 69:22 - 69:25
God has promised in the previous one but
  • 69:25 - 69:27
now they come to pass right so that's a
  • 69:27 - 69:30
little bit about the name Elshai next
  • 69:30 - 69:34
    verse number two
  • 69:38 - 69:40
and I'm going to make and give my
  • 69:40 - 69:42
covenant between us and I'm going to
  • 69:42 - 69:47
increase you hugely okay and It's
  • 69:47 - 69:50
interesting that in chapter 15, you
  • 69:50 - 69:52
know, as you read through the Abraham
  • 69:52 - 69:56
story, it starts in in in Genesis 12.
  • 69:56 - 69:58
In Genesis 12, there's no covenant, just
  • 69:58 - 70:00
a word, a promise from God. In Genesis
  • 70:00 - 70:04
15, when uh he takes him outside, look
  • 70:04 - 70:06
at the stars, and so shall your
  • 70:06 - 70:10
    descendants be.
  • 70:10 - 70:12
And and Abraham believed in God, and it
  • 70:12 - 70:14
was credit credited to him as
  • 70:14 - 70:16
    righteousness. And then there's this
  • 70:16 - 70:18
    covenant ceremony. A Abraham slaughters
  • 70:18 - 70:22
the animals and the the the oven, this
  • 70:22 - 70:24
this furnace goes through and and in
  • 70:24 - 70:26
verse in chapter 15, it starts and it
  • 70:26 - 70:30
says, "And Adonai made a covenant with
  • 70:30 - 70:32
Abraham." That's how that's the start of
  • 70:32 - 70:34
the covenant. But then you get here and
  • 70:34 - 70:37
    now he's it's it's not just God, I'm
  • 70:37 - 70:41
making a covenant with you. It's
  • 70:41 - 70:43
    it's God. It's like he's coming further
  • 70:43 - 70:48
    down and further in cooperation.
  • 70:48 - 70:50
It's not just God unilaterally making a
  • 70:50 - 70:53
covenant. It's now we're doing something
  • 70:53 - 70:55
together. Okay? And you see the same
  • 70:55 - 71:01
language repeated in uh verse 7. Um
  • 71:04 - 71:06
and so he fell on his face and God spoke
  • 71:06 - 71:09
with him saying verse four. Now, verse
  • 71:09 - 71:11
four is a tricky little verse,
  • 71:11 - 71:13
especially if you read Hebrew. If you're
  • 71:13 - 71:15
    reading in translation, the translators
  • 71:15 - 71:17
took care of it of something that they
  • 71:17 - 71:21
had to take care of. In Hebrew,
  • 71:25 - 71:27
what's the problem, Hebrew speakers, in
  • 71:27 - 71:31
the first part of the of the verse?
  • 71:31 - 71:33
No. What's the subject of the There's
  • 71:33 - 71:38
two sentences, right? First one is
  • 71:40 - 71:41
The first one is most English saying,
  • 71:41 - 71:44
"Behold, my covenant is with you."
  • 71:44 - 71:47
That's a sentence semicolon. And you
  • 71:47 - 71:50
shall be the father of many nations.
  • 71:50 - 71:53
    What's the problem in Hebrew?
  • 71:53 - 71:55
Uh there's well no there's no semi
  • 71:55 - 71:58
    there's two subjects
  • 71:58 - 72:00
    ani
  • 72:00 - 72:01
which is the subject of the sentence.
  • 72:01 - 72:04
Now in Hebrew we have a problem which is
  • 72:04 - 72:06
in in biblical Hebrew and all the way
  • 72:06 - 72:11
until today in a simple uh sentence of
  • 72:11 - 72:13
existence I guess you call it you don't
  • 72:13 - 72:18
need the verb to be in Hebrew right zev
  • 72:18 - 72:21
right in Hebrew that literally is this
  • 72:21 - 72:23
computer but it's a full sentence that
  • 72:23 - 72:26
we would translate this is a computer so
  • 72:26 - 72:27
in English or Greek and other like you
  • 72:27 - 72:31
need this verb to be right an Ariel
  • 72:31 - 72:34
Nemo, I am Ariel. But there's no am,
  • 72:34 - 72:37
right? So, you can't tell that the verb
  • 72:37 - 72:39
and its placement and its person, all
  • 72:39 - 72:41
that stuff would help you helps you know
  • 72:41 - 72:42
a little bit more about the subject. But
  • 72:42 - 72:46
here you have two subjects, ani or
  • 72:46 - 72:48
watch, I I'll prove it to you. Take off
  • 72:48 - 72:52
    the ani.
  • 72:55 - 72:57
    Perfect sentence. Makes perfect sense.
  • 72:57 - 72:59
Perfect sense. If you take the eye off,
  • 72:59 - 73:01
it just says my covenant. That's the
  • 73:01 - 73:03
subject is with you. You shall be a
  • 73:03 - 73:05
covenant. Or the opposite. Take off my
  • 73:05 - 73:08
    covenant.
  • 73:08 - 73:11
I behold I'm with you. I'm with you. It
  • 73:11 - 73:16
could work both ways. I think this is a
  • 73:16 - 73:19
funny sentence for these two subjects
  • 73:19 - 73:21
because what's happening here is this
  • 73:21 - 73:24
first hint. Remember this is Yeshua
  • 73:24 - 73:26
    speaking
  • 73:26 - 73:28
    to Abraham
  • 73:28 - 73:32
and he's saying this covenant between us
  • 73:32 - 73:37
is me. I am the essence of our covenant.
  • 73:37 - 73:40
In other words, yes, it's your son
  • 73:40 - 73:43
Isaac, but I am covenanting with you to
  • 73:43 - 73:46
become one of your descendants. I'm
  • 73:46 - 73:48
enter my DNA, your DNA. We're entering
  • 73:48 - 73:51
    into not just a covenant.
  • 73:51 - 73:54
    We're becoming one family.
  • 73:54 - 73:57
I my covenant. It's the same thing. I am
  • 73:57 - 73:59
my covenant with you. Okay? Now, he
  • 73:59 - 74:02
couldn't explain that because it's we we
  • 74:02 - 74:03
    couldn't understand it until Yeshua
  • 74:03 - 74:05
comes 2,000 years later, right? But
  • 74:05 - 74:07
there it is. This hint in verse four.
  • 74:07 - 74:13
    Amazing. Um verse five.
  • 74:14 - 74:17
    from.
  • 74:24 - 74:28
And this is where he adds the letter he
  • 74:28 - 74:30
to Aram's name and he becomes Abraham.
  • 74:30 - 74:33
It's a play on words. The word in Hebrew
  • 74:33 - 74:36
for you will become the father of many
  • 74:36 - 74:40
is Hamon. And so it's the Ha is inserted
  • 74:40 - 74:44
into his name. Now later and us reading
  • 74:44 - 74:46
it now there's another part of the play
  • 74:46 - 74:48
on words which is the hey is the letter
  • 74:48 - 74:52
of Jehovah yud hey he vav there it's two
  • 74:52 - 74:54
letters or two of the four letters in
  • 74:54 - 74:57
his name are he and so he also gets the
  • 74:57 - 74:58
hey inserted in his name but he didn't
  • 74:58 - 74:59
know that then because he didn't know
  • 74:59 - 75:03
the name right but we now know this
  • 75:03 - 75:06
promise this amazing promise that Abra
  • 75:06 - 75:09
Ara is going to become the father of a
  • 75:09 - 75:11
huge huge number of people of every
  • 75:11 - 75:16
tribe tongue and nation. Um let's jump
  • 75:16 - 75:17
    to
  • 75:17 - 75:20
    um
  • 75:21 - 75:24
here it is verse 8. And I want you to to
  • 75:24 - 75:26
notice this here. I've been doing a
  • 75:26 - 75:29
study I'm probably going to share a
  • 75:29 - 75:31
message when we're in California maybe
  • 75:31 - 75:33
called the Zionist gospel or something
  • 75:33 - 75:36
like that. But to see how to that the
  • 75:36 - 75:39
    promise of the land
  • 75:39 - 75:42
    of Israel to Abraham
  • 75:42 - 75:44
and to him be a father the father of
  • 75:44 - 75:46
many nations into blessing the whole
  • 75:46 - 75:50
    earth it's there constantly
  • 75:50 - 75:52
every place where God makes this
  • 75:52 - 75:55
    covenant with Abraham he mentions
  • 75:55 - 75:57
immediately it's the same in Genesis 15
  • 75:57 - 76:00
right everyone we know and he he
  • 76:00 - 76:02
believed in God and it was credited to
  • 76:02 - 76:04
    credited to him as righteousness.
  • 76:04 - 76:05
Everyone knows that from the new
  • 76:05 - 76:07
covenant from Romans, right? The next
  • 76:07 - 76:11
verse in uh verse 7 in Genesis 15 is and
  • 76:11 - 76:12
I'm going to give you the land of
  • 76:12 - 76:14
Canaan. It's right there all the time.
  • 76:14 - 76:16
Right next to the gospel is the promise
  • 76:16 - 76:19
of the land. Very very important for our
  • 76:19 - 76:20
    day.
  • 76:20 - 76:22
Why? because there's a lot of
  • 76:22 - 76:24
controversy about who was this land and
  • 76:24 - 76:28
who does it belong to and d
  • 76:28 - 76:29
    um
  • 76:29 - 76:32
you know the what's out there in the
  • 76:32 - 76:36
wider world these days of uh the
  • 76:36 - 76:39
controversy about the land uh among the
  • 76:39 - 76:43
the woke sort of left wing and the
  • 76:43 - 76:45
Muslims have attached themselves to it.
  • 76:45 - 76:50
The Jewish people are colonial settlers
  • 76:50 - 76:53
who have conquered the land from the
  • 76:53 - 76:54
    original people, namely the
  • 76:54 - 76:57
    Palestinians, right? They're white
  • 76:57 - 76:59
European. They came under the British
  • 76:59 - 77:01
and it's this terrible colonial thing
  • 77:01 - 77:03
which is just as bad as the British in
  • 77:03 - 77:06
India or the Americans or the Spanish in
  • 77:06 - 77:08
the New World, whatever. Okay, that's
  • 77:08 - 77:10
    what they're saying, right? They're
  • 77:10 - 77:13
saying the the so the Palestinians are
  • 77:13 - 77:16
the indigenous people and the Jews and
  • 77:16 - 77:18
know Christians. What are you talking
  • 77:18 - 77:20
about? Before the it was the Muslims who
  • 77:20 - 77:22
came here. When did the Arabs came? They
  • 77:22 - 77:25
came with Islam. That was 13,400 years
  • 77:25 - 77:27
ago. When Islam conquered the Middle
  • 77:27 - 77:29
East, they're the they're the colonial
  • 77:29 - 77:31
    settlers, right? Because before that,
  • 77:31 - 77:33
you have all this archaeology in the
  • 77:33 - 77:35
Bible. The Jews were in dig. We were
  • 77:35 - 77:39
here. We have a thousand years here,
  • 77:39 - 77:40
    right?
  • 77:40 - 77:44
Well, right. Sort of. You know why? I
  • 77:44 - 77:46
got news for you. Neither we the
  • 77:46 - 77:48
Israelis or the Palestinians or the
  • 77:48 - 77:51
    indigenous people here
  • 77:51 - 77:53
right here in the covenant. He says,
  • 77:53 - 77:56
"I'm giving you the land of whom?" Of
  • 77:56 - 77:58
    Canaan.
  • 77:58 - 78:00
Oh, it's I'm sorry. It's in in Genesis
  • 78:00 - 78:01
    15. He says, "The land of the of all the
  • 78:01 - 78:03
itites." You know, the the Keszites and
  • 78:03 - 78:05
the Jebusites and the and all those
  • 78:05 - 78:06
    itites.
  • 78:06 - 78:08
    They're Canaanite tribes. the seven
  • 78:08 - 78:12
    Canaanite tribes. Okay, they're I don't
  • 78:12 - 78:13
know if there was anybody here before
  • 78:13 - 78:16
them, but as far as we know, the
  • 78:16 - 78:17
    Canaanites
  • 78:17 - 78:19
are the indigenous people. And you're
  • 78:19 - 78:23
right, boy, did we conquer them and take
  • 78:23 - 78:26
over. Anybody read the book of Joshua?
  • 78:26 - 78:30
    Talk about colonial settlers.
  • 78:32 - 78:34
So, what it comes down to is not who was
  • 78:34 - 78:38
your first entity. comes down to God and
  • 78:38 - 78:40
    covenant.
  • 78:40 - 78:41
    Uh-oh.
  • 78:41 - 78:43
So, the secular arguments only go so
  • 78:43 - 78:45
    far.
  • 78:45 - 78:47
Ultimately, you've got we got to say,
  • 78:47 - 78:50
God, this is by covenant to Abraham.
  • 78:50 - 78:53
It's the same covenant as salvation as
  • 78:53 - 78:57
fa as salvation by faith. Genesis 15:6
  • 78:57 - 78:59
is followed by Genesis 15:7. It's all
  • 78:59 - 79:02
like this. And you can't separate them.
  • 79:02 - 79:03
And if you try to pull them apart,
  • 79:03 - 79:05
you're going to end up with some kind of
  • 79:05 - 79:08
    weird biblical
  • 79:08 - 79:10
gospel that may not be a gospel. All
  • 79:10 - 79:14
right, so that's uh about that verse and
  • 79:14 - 79:17
about the land. Okay, the next one, and
  • 79:17 - 79:18
this is what we're talking about today.
  • 79:18 - 79:20
Finally, you get to verse 12. What is
  • 79:20 - 79:21
this covenant? What's going to be the
  • 79:21 - 79:23
sign of it? What do they have to do?
  • 79:23 - 79:25
    What's the obedience from Abraham's
  • 79:25 - 79:29
    part? It's verse 12.
  • 79:36 - 79:40
and you shall circumcise every male at 8
  • 79:40 - 79:43
days. Okay, this is the covenant of
  • 79:43 - 79:46
circumcision. Did you know that in the
  • 79:46 - 79:47
    ancient world there were different
  • 79:47 - 79:50
tribes and peoples and still are today
  • 79:50 - 79:53
    who circumcise male circumcision?
  • 79:53 - 79:55
Uh some of the Muslim tribes uh still do
  • 79:55 - 79:58
    it today. archaeology, wall paintings.
  • 79:58 - 80:00
There's all kinds of evidence. There
  • 80:00 - 80:02
were tribes in Africa, uh, Asia, the
  • 80:02 - 80:05
    Pacific Islands who practiced male
  • 80:05 - 80:09
circumcision at this time, but they did
  • 80:09 - 80:13
it almost exclusively at or around
  • 80:13 - 80:16
puberty. Okay? It's interesting, by the
  • 80:16 - 80:19
way, that Ishmael is 13 years old here.
  • 80:19 - 80:21
Okay? And he gets circumcised along with
  • 80:21 - 80:23
Abraham and the whole tribe. All right?
  • 80:23 - 80:26
But he's a better. So, so these tribes,
  • 80:26 - 80:28
it was like part of a coming of age
  • 80:28 - 80:31
thing. Some say it was parallel to, you
  • 80:31 - 80:32
know, the beginning of the menstrual
  • 80:32 - 80:34
cycle for the girls. And there's all
  • 80:34 - 80:35
    these explanations, but that's where
  • 80:35 - 80:38
when it was done. Only the Jewish
  • 80:38 - 80:41
people, the Hebrews from this time
  • 80:41 - 80:43
    forward
  • 80:43 - 80:47
have circumcised an infants at 8 days
  • 80:47 - 80:50
    old. That's the circumcision
  • 80:50 - 80:53
covenant. And so really the first Jew
  • 80:53 - 80:55
according to the covenant is not
  • 80:55 - 80:57
    Abraham.
  • 80:57 - 81:00
It's Isaac. Isaac is the first one who
  • 81:00 - 81:03
is circumcised according to the the the
  • 81:03 - 81:05
conditions of this covenant at at 8 days
  • 81:05 - 81:08
old. Okay. And it's still unique today.
  • 81:08 - 81:10
Yeah. Obviously it's a very different
  • 81:10 - 81:12
experience and a very different thing to
  • 81:12 - 81:14
circumcise an 8-year-old as compared to
  • 81:14 - 81:17
a 13year-old or Abraham who circumcises
  • 81:17 - 81:20
himself here who's 99 years old.
  • 81:20 - 81:21
    Um,
  • 81:21 - 81:23
someone was saying to me, "Yeah, it's
  • 81:23 - 81:25
99." I said, "Yeah, well, ask." I said,
  • 81:25 - 81:27
"Ask me when I get there." You know, I'm
  • 81:27 - 81:31
    58. Um, anyway, we won't talk about what
  • 81:31 - 81:33
happens to men in later age or whatever.
  • 81:33 - 81:37
    Okay. Um,
  • 81:37 - 81:42
so he's this covenant of circumcision
  • 81:42 - 81:45
    becomes the foundation
  • 81:45 - 81:48
for the whole thing. Everything we've
  • 81:48 - 81:49
just read about this all, it's all in
  • 81:49 - 81:51
the same chapter. It's all in the same
  • 81:51 - 81:55
discussion, the name of God, the seeing
  • 81:55 - 81:59
    Yeshua, Yeshua promising, hinting that
  • 81:59 - 82:01
he's going to be coming into Abraham's
  • 82:01 - 82:04
family. All right? In order to make
  • 82:04 - 82:07
Abraham to be this father of many
  • 82:07 - 82:09
nations. This one man, this Iraqi guy
  • 82:09 - 82:12
from 4,000 years ago, becomes the father
  • 82:12 - 82:14
of the faith and the father of many
  • 82:14 - 82:19
nations. And it requires the obedience
  • 82:19 - 82:22
of his descendants to circumcise their
  • 82:22 - 82:25
children on the eighth day. And we've
  • 82:25 - 82:28
been doing it for a long time. For us
  • 82:28 - 82:30
here in Israel in Jewish, it's a very
  • 82:30 - 82:33
normal part. We just had a birth of a a
  • 82:33 - 82:35
baby boy in our congregation. In a few
  • 82:35 - 82:37
days, we'll have the the circumcision
  • 82:37 - 82:39
    ceremony. It's a it's a ceremony and you
  • 82:39 - 82:41
get food and everybody comes and there's
  • 82:41 - 82:44
the the mohil is the name of the the
  • 82:44 - 82:46
rabbi guy who who who does this. That's
  • 82:46 - 82:49
his his business. It is a business. They
  • 82:49 - 82:52
get paid pretty good. U some it's like a
  • 82:52 - 82:53
required donation, you know, and all
  • 82:53 - 82:57
that. Um you I was thinking about our uh
  • 82:57 - 83:01
our third son Lvie who just celebrated
  • 83:01 - 83:04
his 10th birthday uh was born to us in
  • 83:04 - 83:06
China when we were in Shian China for 2
  • 83:06 - 83:09
years. Now you you can't find a moel in
  • 83:09 - 83:11
Shian, China. All right. It turns out
  • 83:11 - 83:15
there's only one at that time. He lived
  • 83:15 - 83:16
in Hong Kong and he served the Jewish
  • 83:16 - 83:18
communities all over East Asia because
  • 83:18 - 83:20
there's just not that many Jews, you
  • 83:20 - 83:23
know, to support full-time moes. Uh what
  • 83:23 - 83:25
was his name? Do you remember? Geon
  • 83:25 - 83:28
Geono. That was the Gimmo. Anyway, he
  • 83:28 - 83:31
came up and we invited and we were uh
  • 83:31 - 83:34
going to a church there. our dear uh
  • 83:34 - 83:36
dear brother Pastor Ga who we continue
  • 83:36 - 83:40
to pray for uh because of his situation.
  • 83:40 - 83:42
Um and so you know all the Christians so
  • 83:42 - 83:45
it was like 30 Christians Chinese
  • 83:45 - 83:48
Christians and I also invited my uh
  • 83:48 - 83:50
teacher the the director of the Chinese
  • 83:50 - 83:52
    language department at the university
  • 83:52 - 83:53
    where I was studying. She's not a
  • 83:53 - 83:55
Christian. Okay, but I invited her and
  • 83:55 - 83:56
    she didn't know anything about
  • 83:56 - 83:58
circumcision. Like she didn't read the
  • 83:58 - 84:00
Bible. The Christians were all excited
  • 84:00 - 84:02
because they had never seen it, right?
  • 84:02 - 84:03
And they've been reading about it and
  • 84:03 - 84:05
they're like, "Wow, you know, and uh
  • 84:05 - 84:08
wow." So uh Var's father also came from
  • 84:08 - 84:11
Israel was the Sanduck and Held in it.
  • 84:11 - 84:14
And boy, she I can't remember her name.
  • 84:14 - 84:16
Professor in the middle of the thing,
  • 84:16 - 84:19
    she turned white
  • 84:19 - 84:21
and she's like I think she was felt like
  • 84:21 - 84:23
she was going to throw up and she ran
  • 84:23 - 84:25
out of the road. She said, "What do you
  • 84:25 - 84:28
do? Why are they doing this?" you know,
  • 84:28 - 84:29
and all the Christians were like, you
  • 84:29 - 84:32
know, we're kind of laughing. Um, but
  • 84:32 - 84:34
we've been doing it. We've been doing it
  • 84:34 - 84:35
    everywhere. Everywhere where Jewish
  • 84:35 - 84:37
people are, that's been the custom.
  • 84:37 - 84:39
Okay. So, let's go back. Well, no,
  • 84:39 - 84:41
before we go back to the New Testament,
  • 84:41 - 84:43
let's just look quickly at a few
  • 84:43 - 84:47
    prophecies from Deuteronomy and from
  • 84:47 - 84:50
Jeremiah. Okay. In Deuteronomy 10, uh,
  • 84:50 - 84:54
verse 12, it says, "You must circumcise
  • 84:54 - 84:56
your hearts." This is the first time
  • 84:56 - 84:58
that expression, right? God's taking the
  • 84:58 - 85:00
    circumcision. Yeah, it's good that
  • 85:00 - 85:01
you're circumcised. That's part of the
  • 85:01 - 85:04
    covenant. Abraham, obedience. Amen. But
  • 85:04 - 85:06
    it's much more than that. There's a
  • 85:06 - 85:08
    circumcision
  • 85:08 - 85:12
of the heart. Deuteronomy 30 6 God
  • 85:12 - 85:14
    promises. Now, it's not it's not a
  • 85:14 - 85:16
command or a warning, but a promise. He
  • 85:16 - 85:19
says, "I will circumcise your hearts."
  • 85:19 - 85:22
It's interesting in Deuteronomy 30, the
  • 85:22 - 85:25
context is when the Jewish people have
  • 85:25 - 85:28
been scattered and then brought back to
  • 85:28 - 85:30
the land of Israel. He says,"I will
  • 85:30 - 85:32
circumcise your hearts." Just as in
  • 85:32 - 85:36
Ezekiel chapters 11 and 36, he says,
  • 85:36 - 85:38
especially chapter 36, it's in the
  • 85:38 - 85:41
context of a return, a major return of
  • 85:41 - 85:43
the of the exile, Jewish exiles to the
  • 85:43 - 85:46
land of Israel. And Ezekiel through
  • 85:46 - 85:48
through Ezekiel, God promises to remove
  • 85:48 - 85:50
the heart of stone. It's similar and to
  • 85:50 - 85:53
give a heart of flesh, right? Um, so
  • 85:53 - 85:55
that helps us to pray like we were
  • 85:55 - 85:56
praying this morning and believe that
  • 85:56 - 85:58
God didn't just bring the Jewish people
  • 85:58 - 86:00
back here for war and to wait for the
  • 86:00 - 86:03
Messiah. He brought us back here to pour
  • 86:03 - 86:05
out his spirit to take the heart of
  • 86:05 - 86:08
stone out of our and to circumcise our
  • 86:08 - 86:10
hearts. Hallelujah. And then we come to
  • 86:10 - 86:12
the new test new testament and it's
  • 86:12 - 86:15
    fulfilled in
  • 86:15 - 86:19
Luke 2:21. It's just one verse. It just
  • 86:19 - 86:21
says, "And according to the custom and
  • 86:21 - 86:24
according to the commandment, Joseph and
  • 86:24 - 86:28
Mary brought Jesus up to Jerusalem. They
  • 86:28 - 86:30
were here and he was circumcised." Okay?
  • 86:30 - 86:32
And that's when they announced his name.
  • 86:32 - 86:33
By the way, for all those out there who
  • 86:33 - 86:35
don't know, with Jewish boys, you don't
  • 86:35 - 86:38
announce the name until the circumcision
  • 86:38 - 86:39
ceremony. And that's what it says also
  • 86:39 - 86:41
in Luke that that's when they declared
  • 86:41 - 86:44
his name is Yeshua or Yahushua, just
  • 86:44 - 86:47
like the angel had said to them. Um so
  • 86:47 - 86:51
then we have what this circumcision
  • 86:51 - 86:55
is his circumcision. Yeshua had to be in
  • 86:55 - 86:59
this line. He was the one we saw in
  • 86:59 - 87:01
    chapter 7 who's speaking who's appearing
  • 87:01 - 87:04
chapter 18 who's eating with with
  • 87:04 - 87:07
Abraham and he's beginning this plan
  • 87:07 - 87:09
    that it's not just a I'm God making a
  • 87:09 - 87:13
covenant with man like this. It's Ben
  • 87:13 - 87:16
together between us, we're going to
  • 87:16 - 87:19
cooperate to the degree that I'm I the
  • 87:19 - 87:23
son of man is going to become a Jewish
  • 87:23 - 87:26
baby that has to be circumcised on the
  • 87:26 - 87:30
eighth day. Okay? And he all of that is
  • 87:30 - 87:34
to fulfill and to provide this anchor
  • 87:34 - 87:36
for our faith so that we know who the
  • 87:36 - 87:39
Messiah is and that we know the truth
  • 87:39 - 87:41
and the gospel that go that went out
  • 87:41 - 87:43
from here to every tribe, tongue and
  • 87:43 - 87:44
nation. And many people are here from
  • 87:44 - 87:46
those tribes, tongue and nations to make
  • 87:46 - 87:50
Abraham your father as well. Amen. And
  • 87:50 - 87:52
    uh
  • 87:52 - 87:54
    there's there's I mean the verses about
  • 87:54 - 87:55
what this means that the the
  • 87:55 - 87:57
circumcision of the heart. Just going to
  • 87:57 - 88:01
read a few of them. Um Romans
  • 88:01 - 88:06
uh 6:es 6-7. Knowing this that our old
  • 88:06 - 88:09
self was crucified with him. We saw this
  • 88:09 - 88:10
in Colossians. It's parallel to baptism.
  • 88:10 - 88:13
It's parallel to the crucifixion. In
  • 88:13 - 88:15
order that our body of sin might be done
  • 88:15 - 88:17
away with so that we would no longer be
  • 88:17 - 88:19
slaves to sin. For he who has died is
  • 88:19 - 88:21
freed from sin. This picture of the
  • 88:21 - 88:24
circumcision of the heart is a removal,
  • 88:24 - 88:29
a removal of this fleshly old man,
  • 88:29 - 88:33
right? To expose our fresh our heart to
  • 88:33 - 88:37
God and allow us and empower us to walk
  • 88:37 - 88:41
in the light as children of God and not
  • 88:41 - 88:44
    submit to sin anymore. Amen.
  • 88:44 - 88:48
Romans 2:29 he but he is a Jew who is
  • 88:48 - 88:51
one inwardly and circumcision is that
  • 88:51 - 88:54
which is of the heart by the spirit not
  • 88:54 - 88:57
by the letter and his praise is not from
  • 88:57 - 88:59
men but from God now in the next verse
  • 88:59 - 89:01
Paul says so what is am I saying that
  • 89:01 - 89:04
physical circumcision is now useless he
  • 89:04 - 89:06
says no no no that's not what I mean he
  • 89:06 - 89:08
said there's many of it's good thing
  • 89:08 - 89:10
it's the covenant with Abraham it's good
  • 89:10 - 89:12
    to be a Jew
  • 89:12 - 89:13
primarily he says because to them we're
  • 89:13 - 89:17
committed the oracles of God. Yeah. So,
  • 89:17 - 89:20
in in closing, just thinking about how
  • 89:20 - 89:24
God has set this up and why it's so
  • 89:24 - 89:25
important what we read in Colossians,
  • 89:25 - 89:28
what we read in Ephesians and Galatians,
  • 89:28 - 89:29
how more than anybody else, it was the
  • 89:29 - 89:32
Apostle Paul, and I write about a lot
  • 89:32 - 89:35
about this in my book, One New Man.
  • 89:35 - 89:40
He took this in stand that the Gentiles
  • 89:40 - 89:42
not just don't need to be circumcises,
  • 89:42 - 89:45
they must not be circumcised. They
  • 89:45 - 89:47
    should not be circumcised.
  • 89:47 - 89:49
And it's easy for us today, oh because
  • 89:49 - 89:51
we have those these writings. But back
  • 89:51 - 89:54
then it was the the most natural thing
  • 89:54 - 89:57
and logical thing was that all of these
  • 89:57 - 90:00
new believers, Gentiles who are coming
  • 90:00 - 90:01
in and being grafted in, whatever you
  • 90:01 - 90:03
want to call it, believing in the God of
  • 90:03 - 90:05
Israel, converting to faith in the God
  • 90:05 - 90:08
of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and for
  • 90:08 - 90:10
them to join the covenant just like
  • 90:10 - 90:13
Abraham did. You know, we say, "Oh, but
  • 90:13 - 90:15
like Paul says in Galatians, but first
  • 90:15 - 90:18
was Genesis 15:6 that first was faith."
  • 90:18 - 90:20
    Amen. Okay.
  • 90:20 - 90:23
Right? And he believed in Jehovah and it
  • 90:23 - 90:26
was credited to him as righteousness. So
  • 90:26 - 90:28
it's by faith. Okay. But two chapters
  • 90:28 - 90:30
later, God says, "That's right. Faith is
  • 90:30 - 90:32
we're starting now. We're going to make
  • 90:32 - 90:35
a covenant together." And your response
  • 90:35 - 90:37
    is circumcision.
  • 90:37 - 90:39
So when people when teachers came to the
  • 90:39 - 90:41
Galatian church, let's say after Paul
  • 90:41 - 90:43
had left and they began to teach that,
  • 90:43 - 90:46
it made perfect sense. Are you with me?
  • 90:46 - 90:48
It made perfect sense that the Gentiles
  • 90:48 - 90:50
should be should be not just circumcised
  • 90:50 - 90:52
that they should keep the Sabbath. They
  • 90:52 - 90:53
should eat not they should eat kosher
  • 90:53 - 90:56
food and basically convert to Judaism
  • 90:56 - 90:59
and be Jews. But the revelation that
  • 90:59 - 91:02
Paul had was said no no no God has a
  • 91:02 - 91:06
plan for every tribe, tongue and nation
  • 91:06 - 91:09
by faith by the circumcision of the
  • 91:09 - 91:11
heart circ. It's not circumcision or
  • 91:11 - 91:12
    uncircumcision that matters. what
  • 91:12 - 91:15
matters is a pure heart faith and
  • 91:15 - 91:17
walking in the in the true holy
  • 91:17 - 91:20
commandments of God. Okay? And how
  • 91:20 - 91:22
important this is. So it's, you know,
  • 91:22 - 91:24
some there's a lot of confusion today.
  • 91:24 - 91:26
It's not just that you shouldn't or you
  • 91:26 - 91:29
don't have to be. It's no, you shouldn't
  • 91:29 - 91:32
be because God doesn't want God made
  • 91:32 - 91:34
this this people Abraham, Isaac, and
  • 91:34 - 91:36
Jacob, the Jewish people. and he's got a
  • 91:36 - 91:38
plan and he brought Yeshua came into our
  • 91:38 - 91:40
DNA to could come and be the the
  • 91:40 - 91:41
blessing to the whole world that he
  • 91:41 - 91:43
promised to Abraham and that and that's
  • 91:43 - 91:45
what he wants for the Jewish people. He
  • 91:45 - 91:47
doesn't want that for other people. He
  • 91:47 - 91:49
has other he has a plan to bring us all
  • 91:49 - 91:51
    together. Every tribe, tongue and
  • 91:51 - 91:53
nation, the Chinese as the Chinese, the
  • 91:53 - 91:55
Koreans as the Koreans. You know, I look
  • 91:55 - 91:57
at the I mean, the Korean I was with a
  • 91:57 - 91:58
    Korean group yesterday talking the
  • 91:58 - 92:01
Korean revival in 1907 which really
  • 92:01 - 92:03
began the the big outpouring in what we
  • 92:03 - 92:04
see today and you have millions of
  • 92:04 - 92:06
    Korean Christians and missionaries.
  • 92:06 - 92:08
Imagine if that wrong gospel, the
  • 92:08 - 92:11
circumcision gospel had had carried the
  • 92:11 - 92:14
day, okay, that you'd have tens of
  • 92:14 - 92:17
millions of Koreans who basically can
  • 92:17 - 92:19
    become Jews.
  • 92:19 - 92:21
What would that look like? Would they
  • 92:21 - 92:23
want to all live here? There's a 100
  • 92:23 - 92:25
million Chinese Christians for them to
  • 92:25 - 92:27
all be c of course the men to be
  • 92:27 - 92:30
circumcised, right? And no, no, God says
  • 92:30 - 92:33
no, we didn't want that. Abraham is the
  • 92:33 - 92:34
father of the circumcised and the
  • 92:34 - 92:39
uncircumcised by faith. And together we
  • 92:39 - 92:41
come together and we become the family
  • 92:41 - 92:43
of God. And that's his plan. Amen. Let's
  • 92:43 - 92:47
pray. Father, we thank you for your
  • 92:47 - 92:50
word. We thank you for these the oracles
  • 92:50 - 92:53
of God in that you did in indeed commit
  • 92:53 - 92:56
to our people that Moses first wrote
  • 92:56 - 92:59
down these stories, these chapters from
  • 92:59 - 93:02
Genesis, Lord, with one man 4,000 years
  • 93:02 - 93:04
    ago.
  • 93:04 - 93:06
You decided to change the world. You
  • 93:06 - 93:09
decided to come into this world, into
  • 93:09 - 93:14
the DNA of a real family, a real people
  • 93:14 - 93:17
because your son is a person.
  • 93:17 - 93:19
But we thank you that he is bringing and
  • 93:19 - 93:22
making not just the Jews but people from
  • 93:22 - 93:25
every tribe, tongue and nation to be a
  • 93:25 - 93:28
people of Abraham. And Lord, we pray
  • 93:28 - 93:30
over the struggle that we have over the
  • 93:30 - 93:34
true Abrahamic faith in the Middle East
  • 93:34 - 93:37
and our and our conflict and our
  • 93:37 - 93:41
controversy with Islam and the lies that
  • 93:41 - 93:43
have that that have penetrated so many
  • 93:43 - 93:44
people. Lord, we were praying earlier
  • 93:44 - 93:47
and we just prayed to break that
  • 93:47 - 93:49
    spiritual stronghold of the wrong
  • 93:49 - 93:52
Abrahamic faith over the peoples of the
  • 93:52 - 93:55
    Middle East.
  • 93:55 - 93:58
And Lord, we thank you that he is you
  • 93:58 - 94:01
said you honored Abraham so much and his
  • 94:01 - 94:04
faith to make him to be the father of us
  • 94:04 - 94:06
    all.
  • 94:06 - 94:08
    We thank you, God,
  • 94:08 - 94:12
Bashem Yeshua. Amen. Amen. Any uh
  • 94:12 - 94:16
    comments? We got a microphone.
  • 94:22 - 94:23
    Yeah, go ahead.
  • 94:23 - 94:26
    Um two things. Um,
  • 94:26 - 94:29
one is when you mentioned the land. Um,
  • 94:29 - 94:33
I've always felt that Israel is a model
  • 94:33 - 94:36
of the first model of people, you know,
  • 94:36 - 94:39
who are called to take a piece of land
  • 94:39 - 94:39
    on
  • 94:39 - 94:40
    covenanted
  • 94:40 - 94:43
covenant to take a piece of land. But I
  • 94:43 - 94:46
I I feel like it's kind of intimated in
  • 94:46 - 94:49
Genesis 9 and 10 when he names the
  • 94:49 - 94:50
    nations
  • 94:50 - 94:53
and and then he also says, you know,
  • 94:53 - 94:56
boundaries were given according to the
  • 94:56 - 95:00
sons of of Noah of of Noah of of of no,
  • 95:00 - 95:02
the Ben Israel, the the sons of
  • 95:02 - 95:05
he says that in uh yeah, Exodus 1.
  • 95:05 - 95:08
Exodus 1. But he also he
  • 95:08 - 95:09
    sorry, Deuteronomy 32.
  • 95:09 - 95:13
Deuteronomy 32. But Paul Shaul, he also
  • 95:13 - 95:18
um reiterates it in Acts when he says
  • 95:18 - 95:18
    boundaries
  • 95:18 - 95:19
    in Athens
  • 95:19 - 95:22
or in Athens. So I've always felt that
  • 95:22 - 95:26
it's Israel has to take their land. Um
  • 95:26 - 95:28
it's the model for taking back the whole
  • 95:28 - 95:31
planet, all the nations actually. Um
  • 95:31 - 95:33
    the model, it's the
  • 95:33 - 95:34
    it's the
  • 95:34 - 95:36
    precedent legal precedent.
  • 95:36 - 95:37
    The legal precedent
  • 95:37 - 95:38
    for God taking possession.
  • 95:38 - 95:40
Yeah. Because you know when I look at
  • 95:40 - 95:43
the sons of Noah I see you know the sons
  • 95:43 - 95:49
of um uh yafet yeafett is yavan which is
  • 95:49 - 95:52
Greece and then you see Greece kafis
  • 95:52 - 95:56
kitim and you see that there really is a
  • 95:56 - 95:58
    there's no nation without land
  • 95:58 - 95:59
    there's no such thing
  • 95:59 - 96:01
    there's no such thing uh
  • 96:01 - 96:03
or as a there's no as a people without a
  • 96:03 - 96:04
    land
  • 96:04 - 96:07
there's no such thing god place places a
  • 96:07 - 96:10
people on a piece of his planet and he
  • 96:10 - 96:13
says now steward this. Um so that's I I
  • 96:13 - 96:16
just really feel that this really needs
  • 96:16 - 96:19
to be expressed globally. It's very
  • 96:19 - 96:22
important for other nations as well to
  • 96:22 - 96:25
lay hold of their their territory for
  • 96:25 - 96:28
God. Um, the other thing I wanted to say
  • 96:28 - 96:30
was a lot of people say, well, you know,
  • 96:30 - 96:33
um, I've heard this said Ishmael is, you
  • 96:33 - 96:35
know, was the first, uh, was was
  • 96:35 - 96:39
circumcised before Isaac. But he wasn't
  • 96:39 - 96:41
    circumcised according to covenant
  • 96:41 - 96:42
    of the eighth day.
  • 96:42 - 96:43
    Of the eighth day, right?
  • 96:43 - 96:46
And that's that's very very significant,
  • 96:46 - 96:48
    I think.
  • 96:48 - 96:49
Okay, just those two things I wanted to
  • 96:49 - 96:50
    say.
  • 96:50 - 96:52
Yeah. in one man one in my book one new
  • 96:52 - 96:55
man I talk a lot about Genesis 10 and
  • 96:55 - 96:57
the nations and the plan that how God
  • 96:57 - 97:00
established each each person each people
  • 97:00 - 97:03
in their land go ahead on the subject of
  • 97:03 - 97:06
the circumcision um there's a unusual
  • 97:06 - 97:08
scripture in Exodus 4 when Moses is
  • 97:08 - 97:12
going to Egypt and along the way the
  • 97:12 - 97:14
    Lord seeks to kill him
  • 97:14 - 97:15
    and listen to your wife
  • 97:15 - 97:17
then his wife steps in and circumcises
  • 97:17 - 97:19
him and I just wanted to hear your
  • 97:19 - 97:20
    comments anything related related to
  • 97:20 - 97:23
your topic today about why why the Lord
  • 97:23 - 97:28
was seeking to kill him and um yeah your
  • 97:28 - 97:28
    thoughts.
  • 97:28 - 97:30
    What do you think?
  • 97:30 - 97:32
What do I think? I think that um because
  • 97:32 - 97:34
    the covenant was established with
  • 97:34 - 97:36
    Abraham
  • 97:36 - 97:38
and he's moving forward to enter into
  • 97:38 - 97:42
the next stage of um God's revelation
  • 97:42 - 97:45
meaning Mount Si that he can't move
  • 97:45 - 97:48
forward without having the foundation of
  • 97:48 - 97:49
    what was already established through
  • 97:49 - 97:52
    Abraham. It's really serious
  • 97:52 - 97:55
especially for a leader and also by the
  • 97:55 - 97:59
    way shows that what we've
  • 97:59 - 98:00
since the second third centuries when
  • 98:00 - 98:03
the rabbi shifted Jewishness to the
  • 98:03 - 98:06
mother it's not from the Bible
  • 98:06 - 98:09
it was from his father because she's not
  • 98:09 - 98:13
Jewish tipur right she's the daughter of
  • 98:13 - 98:16
Jethro medianite yeah I agree that's it
  • 98:16 - 98:20
it's it's it the this is What what I
  • 98:20 - 98:22
don't know how if I said it well enough
  • 98:22 - 98:27
or how it came across but we there
  • 98:27 - 98:29
    in Christianity there's been a tend a
  • 98:29 - 98:33
tendency to extract okay so you say all
  • 98:33 - 98:35
right well the New Testament points to
  • 98:35 - 98:37
    Genesis 15:6
  • 98:37 - 98:40
he believed in God and it's his faith
  • 98:40 - 98:44
and it's all by faith that's it right so
  • 98:44 - 98:45
you don't really need all that old
  • 98:45 - 98:47
testament stuff and you don't even need
  • 98:47 - 98:48
half of the New Testament right it's
  • 98:48 - 98:50
just believe in the gospel, faith,
  • 98:50 - 98:53
faith, faith. And that's true, but it's
  • 98:53 - 98:55
    an extraction.
  • 98:55 - 98:57
And what happens when you extract too
  • 98:57 - 99:01
much, you God, for whatever reason,
  • 99:01 - 99:03
decided to put all this together in like
  • 99:03 - 99:06
like a a ball of wool or something, you
  • 99:06 - 99:08
know, the the the land, the
  • 99:08 - 99:09
    circumcision,
  • 99:09 - 99:12
uh the covenant, you know, all of these
  • 99:12 - 99:14
things. It's all it all goes together.
  • 99:14 - 99:16
That's why I've been just studying this
  • 99:16 - 99:18
and I I said I'm going to share this
  • 99:18 - 99:20
message and I'll probably call it the
  • 99:20 - 99:23
Zionist gospel just to kind of wake
  • 99:23 - 99:25
people up a little bit. Zionism is such
  • 99:25 - 99:28
a bad word out there in California. Um
  • 99:28 - 99:30
not at the church we're going to, but
  • 99:30 - 99:32
    outside
  • 99:32 - 99:34
uh fortunately we have four four or six
  • 99:34 - 99:36
policemen who are going to be standing
  • 99:36 - 99:38
watch around our conference because it's
  • 99:38 - 99:42
California these days. It's America. um
  • 99:42 - 99:47
and uh that um he puts the the promise
  • 99:47 - 99:51
of the land is right there. Every good
  • 99:51 - 99:55
    New Testament, New Covenant gospel
  • 99:55 - 99:57
spiritual verse that you want to take
  • 99:57 - 100:00
from Genesis or from some or Jeremiah.
  • 100:00 - 100:02
Jeremiah 31, the new covenant there.
  • 100:02 - 100:05
Read Jeremiah 31 starts with as long as
  • 100:05 - 100:06
the stars are in heaven and the sun
  • 100:06 - 100:08
rises I this people is going to remain a
  • 100:08 - 100:10
people before me. You know, it's all
  • 100:10 - 100:14
it's all right there. So, we're saying
  • 100:14 - 100:17
be be careful about how you extract
  • 100:17 - 100:19
things cuz you might mess up the whole
  • 100:19 - 100:22
ball. You know, God put it together.
  • 100:22 - 100:24
Would God, what does it we say at the
  • 100:24 - 100:26
    mar about their couples?
  • 100:26 - 100:29
Would God join together? Don't separate
  • 100:29 - 100:31
    them. Yeah. Go ahead.
  • 100:31 - 100:35
I'm a woman. Obvious uh obviously.
  • 100:35 - 100:38
So for circumcision for me it's uh very
  • 100:38 - 100:41
easy because uh I couldn't do it uh
  • 100:41 - 100:45
    physically and I
  • 100:45 - 100:47
of course I said okay I can do it
  • 100:47 - 100:51
    spiritually have second second session
  • 100:51 - 100:54
um so about the covenant um I suddenly
  • 100:54 - 100:59
have an idea I wanted to ask you men
  • 100:59 - 101:02
because the covenant is about marriage
  • 101:02 - 101:06
about the like the the church uh Christ
  • 101:06 - 101:09
    with the the bride.
  • 101:09 - 101:13
Um so I wanted to just
  • 101:13 - 101:18
know your man's feeling about as a bride
  • 101:18 - 101:19
    married to
  • 101:19 - 101:20
    just kind of the opposite.
  • 101:20 - 101:22
Yes. The opposite. How do you feel?
  • 101:22 - 101:23
So just like you have trouble relating
  • 101:23 - 101:25
    to circumcision,
  • 101:25 - 101:27
we have trouble relating to being the
  • 101:27 - 101:27
    bride.
  • 101:27 - 101:30
Yes. So I I I wanted to have a better
  • 101:30 - 101:33
    understanding, right? Because uh Okay.
  • 101:33 - 101:34
And now I'm get getting ready to be
  • 101:34 - 101:37
holy. Uh to be the the bride as the the
  • 101:37 - 101:41
virgin to get the um the lamb the oil
  • 101:41 - 101:44
get ready to marry to Jesus Christ and
  • 101:44 - 101:46
also the church get ready to marry to
  • 101:46 - 101:49
with uh w with uh with Jesus Christ as
  • 101:49 - 101:52
well. And then uh now I have difficulty
  • 101:52 - 101:55
to to understand on the opposite how you
  • 101:55 - 101:57
    men feel as a bride.
  • 101:57 - 101:59
All right men come on line up. It's all
  • 101:59 - 102:02
right. Well, I would say it's first of
  • 102:02 - 102:04
all, it's easier for us, I think, cuz I
  • 102:04 - 102:06
can just put on a white dress and a veil
  • 102:06 - 102:09
or something. Sort of pretend. Uh, just
  • 102:09 - 102:13
kidding. We don't do that. Um,
  • 102:13 - 102:19
well, I think it it just points to how
  • 102:19 - 102:23
in the beginning when God made us in his
  • 102:23 - 102:27
image, singular, he made them plural in
  • 102:27 - 102:30
his image, male and female. And so, from
  • 102:30 - 102:33
the beginning, God has always it's we
  • 102:33 - 102:35
    we're together,
  • 102:35 - 102:38
    right? He's a it's a family. Abraham is
  • 102:38 - 102:40
    circumcised. But then there's the
  • 102:40 - 102:41
there's also the promise to Sarah here.
  • 102:41 - 102:43
    I didn't get into that. It's interesting
  • 102:43 - 102:45
to think about that he had to be
  • 102:45 - 102:48
    circumcised before
  • 102:48 - 102:52
the act which finally brought Isaac into
  • 102:52 - 102:54
the world. I didn't mention that today.
  • 102:54 - 102:57
    Interesting, right? Um but it's
  • 102:57 - 103:00
together. It's him and Sarah together.
  • 103:00 - 103:03
Um and on this side it's the males who
  • 103:03 - 103:07
represent the tribe just as Adam
  • 103:07 - 103:10
    represents
  • 103:10 - 103:14
that humankind, you know, uh so he has
  • 103:14 - 103:17
the covenant, but like you said, the the
  • 103:17 - 103:18
marriage, the bride, you know, it's not
  • 103:18 - 103:21
that we're individually brides. We are
  • 103:21 - 103:23
together the bride of Christ. And so
  • 103:23 - 103:26
it's something that we we need, we men
  • 103:26 - 103:30
need you women to help us in worship and
  • 103:30 - 103:33
in intimacy, in bridal intimacy with
  • 103:33 - 103:37
Jesus. You bring that to us. I'm not
  • 103:37 - 103:38
really sure how we bring circumcision to
  • 103:38 - 103:41
you all, but it's but it's a different
  • 103:41 - 103:44
thing, but the circumcision of the heart
  • 103:44 - 103:46
I think is maybe a little more universal
  • 103:46 - 103:48
and easy for all of us like you said at
  • 103:48 - 103:50
the beginning. So, I don't know. Anybody
  • 103:50 - 103:53
else go? Hey, men, come on. Stand up.
  • 103:53 - 103:55
You're a doctor. Come on. Tell us tell
  • 103:55 - 103:56
    us about circumcision.
  • 103:56 - 103:57
    Well, I have a question
  • 103:57 - 103:59
and the heart. He's a heart doctor.
  • 103:59 - 104:03
I have a question for you regarding the
  • 104:03 - 104:04
    covenant.
  • 104:04 - 104:05
But wait, wait. I want one other guy to
  • 104:05 - 104:08
speak, not just me, about her.
  • 104:08 - 104:09
    I have no response.
  • 104:09 - 104:11
You have no words. All right. All right.
  • 104:11 - 104:13
    Someone else after him.
  • 104:13 - 104:15
It says that the covenant is established
  • 104:15 - 104:18
through the circumcision of the males.
  • 104:18 - 104:21
But what does that mean? What what is
  • 104:21 - 104:23
    your theological impression with regard
  • 104:23 - 104:27
to the other 50% of people who aren't
  • 104:27 - 104:29
    being circumcised,
  • 104:29 - 104:30
    the women?
  • 104:30 - 104:33
Okay. Well, it goes back to what I just
  • 104:33 - 104:35
    said. God's covenant
  • 104:35 - 104:37
is with Abraham, but it's with his
  • 104:37 - 104:41
family. It's with him and Sarah.
  • 104:41 - 104:45
    Okay? And so,
  • 104:45 - 104:46
    I don't know how graphic I mean,
  • 104:46 - 104:50
obviously, God chose to put the mark on
  • 104:50 - 104:51
a certain part of the male body that has
  • 104:51 - 104:54
a lot to do with the interaction with
  • 104:54 - 104:56
the other 50%, especially when it comes
  • 104:56 - 104:59
to family and children. Right. That was
  • 104:59 - 105:01
    I said that diplomatically, didn't I?
  • 105:01 - 105:05
Very good. Okay. Thank you. Wait. Um,
  • 105:05 - 105:06
you can keep that on the video maybe.
  • 105:06 - 105:10
Anyway, u uh so it's all I don't see it
  • 105:10 - 105:14
    as a it's not I mean it's a tribal
  • 105:14 - 105:18
thing. It's a family thing. Okay. Uh so
  • 105:18 - 105:21
I don't see the the problem um you know
  • 105:21 - 105:24
the the Jewish women are marrying the
  • 105:24 - 105:27
the circumcised male and bringing the
  • 105:27 - 105:29
Jewish children in or the Hebrew
  • 105:29 - 105:34
children into the world. No. Um so you
  • 105:34 - 105:36
know by the way that's what happened.
  • 105:36 - 105:38
Why today I don't if I spoke about this
  • 105:38 - 105:42
here today in Judaism legally all kinds
  • 105:42 - 105:44
of ramifications for us with aliyah and
  • 105:44 - 105:47
things like that Judaism is from the
  • 105:47 - 105:50
mother. When did that come about?
  • 105:50 - 105:51
Because you look in the Bible all the
  • 105:51 - 105:53
    genealogies
  • 105:53 - 105:56
uh you know the story of uh Ruth and
  • 105:56 - 105:58
Boaz you know she leaves her she she
  • 105:58 - 106:00
joins the that's how it was for most of
  • 106:00 - 106:03
history. The woman leaves her family and
  • 106:03 - 106:06
her identity, her tribe and marries into
  • 106:06 - 106:09
the identity of the man and that's the
  • 106:09 - 106:11
children take his like still today in
  • 106:11 - 106:13
most of our societies the children you
  • 106:13 - 106:17
know woman uses the surname the family
  • 106:17 - 106:18
name of her husband and the children
  • 106:18 - 106:20
take the the name they're in his tribe
  • 106:20 - 106:24
not hers right uh that's how it was what
  • 106:24 - 106:26
    happened was
  • 106:26 - 106:29
the first Jewish rebellion in 70 and
  • 106:29 - 106:31
then the second one Barba which was even
  • 106:31 - 106:33
worse in terms of the number of of of
  • 106:33 - 106:37
deaths. In the 2 century, 1336
  • 106:37 - 106:40
was this major rebellion again by the
  • 106:40 - 106:42
Jews against the Romans. The Romans
  • 106:42 - 106:44
brought in the big guns. They say,
  • 106:44 - 106:47
    historians think probably 800,000
  • 106:47 - 106:50
people were killed, mostly men, Jewish
  • 106:50 - 106:53
men. Okay? And the women were taken as
  • 106:53 - 106:55
    slaves
  • 106:55 - 107:00
um to Rome. And it's from that time more
  • 107:00 - 107:02
or less that you start to see in
  • 107:02 - 107:04
    rabbitic literature this idea of
  • 107:04 - 107:08
Jewishness coming from the woman. Do you
  • 107:08 - 107:11
get it? There's a lot of rape. Jewish
  • 107:11 - 107:13
women are slave. There's no the number
  • 107:13 - 107:17
of Jewish men is is gone like this.
  • 107:17 - 107:19
Well, how are we going to preserve the
  • 107:19 - 107:22
Jewish people? You can you know who you
  • 107:22 - 107:24
know also you you know who the mother is
  • 107:24 - 107:27
most of the time, right? But you may not
  • 107:27 - 107:29
know who the father is or the father may
  • 107:29 - 107:32
be dead. Right? So if Jewishness is only
  • 107:32 - 107:34
through the father, we're in big trouble
  • 107:34 - 107:35
basically. And it's from that time that
  • 107:35 - 107:37
we they started to reckon Jewish
  • 107:37 - 107:39
Jewishness from the mother. It was a
  • 107:39 - 107:41
practical way to keep the Jewish people
  • 107:41 - 107:45
alive. So is that did that help you? I
  • 107:45 - 107:46
mean and and by the way listen I mean
  • 107:46 - 107:48
the new covenant but the new covenant is
  • 107:48 - 107:50
the circumcision of the heart which is
  • 107:50 - 107:52
    for everybody. That's clear right?
  • 107:52 - 107:55
That's not a problem. Go ahead. also
  • 107:55 - 107:59
covenant it's it's never never about
  • 107:59 - 108:02
myself it's not a personal things my
  • 108:02 - 108:05
covenant with Ariel like it's our
  • 108:05 - 108:07
    children like it's there's children
  • 108:07 - 108:10
there's family also thinking about our
  • 108:10 - 108:13
covenant with this land it's not about
  • 108:13 - 108:17
me it's not about also it's not al about
  • 108:17 - 108:22
Israel it's what we doing out of it like
  • 108:22 - 108:25
let's say about this uh ulam This
  • 108:25 - 108:26
    hall
  • 108:26 - 108:29
home we as Don Global we bought this
  • 108:29 - 108:32
place if we bought this place just for
  • 108:32 - 108:36
ourself for our team what is it for it's
  • 108:36 - 108:39
it's it's because we want to host the
  • 108:39 - 108:43
people because we have a purpose also
  • 108:43 - 108:45
our family it's not just about ourself
  • 108:45 - 108:47
    we
  • 108:47 - 108:52
we have a calling as a family
  • 108:52 - 108:55
how like we the the idea Yeah. If what
  • 108:55 - 108:59
we doing out of it like are we making
  • 108:59 - 109:03
people feel home? We've we we minister
  • 109:03 - 109:06
    to people. We
  • 109:06 - 109:11
This land is not about just us and
  • 109:11 - 109:13
it's not center about the Jewish people.
  • 109:13 - 109:17
    It's a center about God's heart
  • 109:17 - 109:23
and his family. And if we not have it
  • 109:23 - 109:25
    to make people home,
  • 109:25 - 109:29
    it's it's it doesn't
  • 109:29 - 109:31
    fulfill its purpose.
  • 109:31 - 109:34
Good job. Yeah. And well, one thing I
  • 109:34 - 109:36
just want to just say that's what do we
  • 109:36 - 109:39
see in in Genesis, the story of Abraham.
  • 109:39 - 109:41
God's covenant is personal with him, but
  • 109:41 - 109:44
it's for the entire world. It's for the
  • 109:44 - 109:45
nations. I'm going to bless every
  • 109:45 - 109:47
nation. You're going to be the father of
  • 109:47 - 109:50
millions of people. So yeah, that's how
  • 109:50 - 109:51
    God works.
  • 109:51 - 109:52
    [Music]
  • 109:52 - 109:54
All right, last word and we got a
  • 109:54 - 109:57
wanted to say something about what um
  • 109:57 - 109:59
just in answer to this male female
  • 109:59 - 110:02
thing. Um just I think it simplifies it
  • 110:02 - 110:06
just to say that um they were one male
  • 110:06 - 110:08
and female before they were two. And I
  • 110:08 - 110:10
think God still honors that, you know,
  • 110:10 - 110:12
because in the new covenant the
  • 110:12 - 110:15
Pharisees came to Yeshua and said, "What
  • 110:15 - 110:16
do you think of divorce?" And they were
  • 110:16 - 110:18
trying to trick him. And he and he says,
  • 110:18 - 110:21
"Well, it was not like this from the
  • 110:21 - 110:24
beginning." And I I really believe that
  • 110:24 - 110:28
he meant that holy act of creation of
  • 110:28 - 110:31
Adam with the woman inside. So I think
  • 110:31 - 110:35
he honors and and still glorifies that
  • 110:35 - 110:40
that whole act of the oneness of before
  • 110:40 - 110:42
there were two. And that's why divorce
  • 110:42 - 110:45
is such an abomination to the Lord in
  • 110:45 - 110:48
    most cases, right?
