Ho deciso di rimuovere la k per indicare le migliaia, aggiungendo "mila". Credo sia più opportuno, in quanto è un'abbreviazione prettamente matematica o, comunque, usata in ambito di calcolo numerico.
Ho anche convertito i galloni in litri, poiché credo che un italiano non capirebbe la quantità reale del dato, mentre invece l'autrice lo inserisce per confermare ciò che dice.
