in the Bronx of New York City,

in the late 70s and Hip-Hop culture
and music and dance,

it really just started
from just social dances.

Yeah, dances
that you had in birthday parties

or school dances, house parties, yeah.
-
So, I'm going to teach you four dances.

First off, we're going to start off
with the Alf with an A.
-

Arm is going to be up in the air,

one leg up to meet it.

Down and then switch to the other leg.
