    Use elevated leg, push off and step up
  • 0:06 - 0:08
    Bring grounded leg on top of bench
  • 0:08 - 0:09
    Take grounded leg and return it back to start. Repeat for reps
  • 0:10 - 0:12
    Switch legs and repeat on opposite side
